It’s funny but there are a few stories on Daily Mail about the Olympics & NBC, & in the comments section there are a lot of people annoyed by Hoda’s gaping open mouth.

Ugh. Just saw Hoda doing the “whaaaat?” with the ice dancing pair. Just stop.

Kathie Lee is looking scary skinny these days. Look at her legs. Hoda, stop trying to make Adam Rippon happen.

I do like the live audience also. I felt sorry for KLG on the 1st day trying to get down all of those stairs in high heels. She was grabbing people’s hands to shake them, but also to keep her balance.

Hoda: “one of the best parts of our job is they all stop here. It’s like the coolest thing in the world. You look over there, you see a medalist, you know that the gymnasts are...” ((trailed off)) These are the WINTER games, no gymnasts here!

Remember when Kathie Lee was getting a lot of flack for talking about her kids all of the time when they were little? Hoda, take note!

Are “a lot of people” really interested in how George Clooney met his wife? Really?

I know a little girl with Rett’s syndrome. She is now walking with a walker & can talk with an assisted device. There is always hope! i hope in my lifetime they will find cures for conditions like this & autism. We’ve had a long, long road with our son, & are lucky in that he is higher functioning now. Wishing the Engels strength to cope with it, & happy they are celebrating the little “inch-stones!” I think Hoda is very lucky she’s got her mom to pick out her clothes for her & a makeup & hair team to help her out, & enough money that she doesn’t have to cook or clean. If she was an average schmoe I think she’d be a mess!

Savannah to the female reporter covering the story of the senator that’s expecting: “isn’t this better than covering the government shut down?” That’s kind of insulting. A fluff piece is better than covering a serious one?

Savannah is not stupid but when she’s interviewing a celebrity she really comes across that way. Also during their Trending segments when she’s not reading off a prompter. My new most hated thing is the Pop a Shot basketball game they play with celebrities during KLG & Hoda’s hour.

So the Olympic gymnastic dr made Savannah’s “stomach turn” but Matt Lauer was her “dear friend”?

Hoda says “love you” at the end of every interview she does. It annoys me.

I agree. Lately the show seems about 5-10 min of “serious news” & the rest seems like an Access Hollywood, E news or Extra.

It’s funny they keep mentioning that Hoda is on the cover of People magazine when they are congratulating her on the co- hosting gig. But the cover has to do with the Matt Lauer scandal! That was printed before they let out she got the job (unless they leaked it to People, & I’m not reading it to find out).

I still think Peter Alexander would have been better for the job. Neither Savannah nor Hoda seems like they could do a serious interview. Savannah comes off very abrasive & Hoda seems best at human interest stories.

Ive said this before, she reminds me of a Muppet with her mouth open & exaggerated laughter.

I agree with you, & they give Hoda every story about cancer patients. what is surprising to me is that Kathie Lee is friends with the Kardashians. Talking about Khloe’s pregnancy- if it was any other celebrity she’d make a snarky remark about “in my day we get married first” or roll her eyes & say “I don’t care about these people! Why are they famous?” like she does about other reality tv stars. Ann Curry was on the cover of Parade magazine- she’s got a pbs series coming up, but interesting timing since I haven’t heard from her since her Today show departure.

I’m conservative, a Republican, so let’s try to keep the politics off this forum. Agree to disagree. i think KLG has her funny moments. They obviously let her have free reign on what she says. I did not agree with her (or Savannah or Hoda) lamenting about their “dear dear friend Matt” while barely mentioning the victims. I also am tired of her religious ramblings. I’m surprised they haven’t asked her to tone it down. Maybe because her religious song she wrote after Frank died was a hit, NBC told her to go for it.

This is really shallow, but I havent seen Natalie since she left the Today show. Did she have “work” done? Botox?
