Lexi - you "dated" this dude for a month. He didn't kill your dog. He didn't burn down your house. It's your own fault that you chose to rush into something far too fast. You chose not to try to have friendships with the girls. I just can't with this chick. She's running her mouth with every single opportunity that crosses her path (social media, podcasts). In no way did this stupid one month of an interaction with a walking set of giant teeth constitute this level of outward blathering. What I do wish is that someone in the house (along with telling her to shut up) would also call her out on how obvious it is that she's trying to angle for a spin-off for herself, Mom and sister. Please, for the love of God, get this spoiled child off of our t.v. screens. And take away her access to lip liner while you're at it. And please send Gabby away too. She has contributed nothing, said nothing, for however many years she's been hanging around being Lindsey's minion, but now, at the one moment that West finally decides he's going to say something meaningful at dinner, she starts talking over everyone and won't let him put in his two cents? You've missed your opportunity Miss Thang. There's the door, please leave. Paige has acted all summer like a "star" who is only flying in for her contractually obligated visits. Far above the rest of the lowly cast. Sadly, I think it's time to close up the summer house. You can't reboot these ideas with new people. They just need to close up shop.

Not sure anyone will see this on this dead thread but I just became aware that Steven and his family have had a show on Peacock called "The McBee Dynasty". And it was just given a second season and will be moving over to Bravo! I've only watched two episodes of the first season and it's pretty slow. It focuses on his Dad and his brothers too. Calah is on it! Wow - Steven's Dad does not like her! I can barely remember her on Joe Millionaire at this point but I thought she was a pretty quiet girl. Seems like a big B now! There's the potential for some drama with all of the characters in this family . They try to make themselves out to be far more important than they are - it's pretty funny, honestly.

Southern Hospitality - General Discussion

It really is pitifully sad that both of them are more concerned about proving other people wrong than their actual relationship and long term happiness. Which they aren’t going to find with each other. Emmy’s “happiness” from this engagement is completely so she can be a smug asshole who can say “I told you so” to everyone. She’s not even taking into consideration the prize she just won: a devoid of personality, duck lipped douche, who actively despises her and doesn’t hesitate to share it with whoever will listen. My friends and I label these types of couples the ones who have to get married in order to finally break up with each other. Hard to explain but when you’ve seen it in real life you understand. -
Farmer Wants A Wife - General Discussion

Agree that none of these people seem to have even barely started to get to know each other. I’m almost cringing thinking about the farmers meeting families. Awkward! Jay is the closest to the exception. I also like him the best. John doesn’t need this show. Colton is prevented from getting to know anyone because of his persistent chronic boner. And while nobody wants Matt to be like Colton, he’s so far on the opposite end of the spectrum it’s a little uncomfortable. I'm glad Juliana is gone. Whatever cool girl vibe she was trying to throw around was hard to digest. All those sultry looks and hair tossing indicated she thought she was pretty hot stuff. Oof. -

My fear as well!! She is totally going to come back once he locks into a final two. Ughhhhhh. There goes Colton again with his two seconds of conversation and straight to sucking face. John's date was like watching a textbook case of "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days". Leading with how overly emotional you are and how nobody seems to love you as much as you love them is just never going to go over well with a man. in contrast to Colton, I do appreciate Matt not going around kissing all the girls. But at the same time, he does need to start to warm up a little bit. -
The best part of this episode was them serving the meal for the American Cancer Society. If Imrul walked his post one night stand self into my kitchen and started touching me and the food with his hands the first thing I'd ask him is if he'd washed them. Loved Paige telling him he should get an STD test. I can't fathom that he'll be asked back for another season.

Lindsay made a complete fool of herself. She should be totally embarrassed but she doesn't have the self-awareness for that. Sometimes I worry for Carl. I like Paige. I would be friends with her. But she is really starting to need to sit at a table, put a napkin in her collar, and eat a big, heaping slice of humble pie. "I'm the breadwinner"? "I could buy Lover Boy"? This coming from the girl who rightly saw Danielle's CEO comment for the ludicrous statement that it was? She's become that. Paige is on a roll, 100%. She's hitting it out of the ballpark. She is flying high. But Giggly Squad is nothing tangible. It is not anything that you can hold in your hand, see or feel. It's a podcast. It's a stage show. It's a hair commercial. You aren't curing cancer, my friend. If she would take a humorous, humble and honest approach to it, I would love her for it. But she's taking an egotistical and big headed one and it's hard to see.

Regarding Karen Read, I think it's also because what happened is highly debatable with many people having a strong opinion. It's a true "whodunnit". I don't know that it will ever be truly clear or proven, one way or the other. I've watched the Dateline and the MAX documentary, as well as done some reading online, and I'm still not sure where I stand. I'll be following the next trial.

Thank you. Lindsey doesn't need to attack Carl for "cheating". She needs to ridicule him for following up his relationship with her with a kooky, awkward, dare I say, unattractive, "yoga" teacher? Here she is, secure in the next step of her life and he's dinking around with this woman child? Doesn't really look like there's a chance of a long-term relationship there for good old Carl. Lindsey should harangue him for that, not for the DM's. If she and Gabby are going to sit around and look like gossipy harpies, I'd choose that angle. I feel bad for Lexie and I don't think she was just acting jealous. She brought up the flirting and statements made to Ciara as the bigger hurt. I do think there is a sliver of truth to the fact that Jessie is just not used to having to be mindful of someone else and was just acting impulsively without thinking about her first. In addition to needing a lip liner intervention, how come Lexie doesn't do something about her terrible hair? As a model, I would think it would be almost a requirement that she get extensions to beef it up. Her sister and even her Mom have such beautiful hair. West is so gross looking to me and his appearance coupled with his kind of "aww shucks" demeanor is soooo dangerous. He's a stealth fuck boy so you don't see him coming until it's too late. When Imrul was by the pool handing out high fives and half naked hugs I would have backed away and been like.....all good! Dude is soooo skeevy. Ick.

I wonder why Nathan killed his beloved Grandpa? Money had to be the motivation? I think it's pretty cut and dry that he killed his Mom but I think he killed his Grandpa too. I wonder if he had a ton of pent up anger or a complete disconnect from human emotion and attachment, or all of it? A really sad story all around. The comment from the sister/aunt at the end about Nathan being buried next to the Grandpa in the family plot was thought provoking. Thinking of him as his child self and how that would have pleased her Father. Not as the wayward adult he had become.

Not making light of the ultimately chilling aspect of this but the image of it did kind of make me chuckle. I bet they were like, WTH??? These lunatics representing themselves in court only goes to show a person who continues to believe they are smarter than everyone else in the room. I.e., capable of getting away with murder. What a great tactic for the prosecutor to pin Dana down to "yes" or "no" questions and show her complete inability to comply. She had to explain away everything. I was a little worried with her looking like a pretty nice, benign, older lady by the time of the last trial. And just being given an open floor to plead her case/side of the story. I really felt for the daughter having had a strained relationship with her Dad at the time of his death. Typical of so many teenagers but never having had the chance to repair it. I hope she's forgiven herself and understands she was just a child. The thing that kills me about Andrea are the completely asinine rhetorical type questions she asks (and to be fair, I think other interviewers do this as well in this type of format). My husband and I often yell alternative answers at the t.v. "You must really miss Victim A?"....."Yeah, not really". "So she was just a pretty amazing person, huh?"......"Actually, she was kind of terrible and awful to be around". I mean come on. What are they going to say? It happens over and over again.

Nobody watching? I'm still enjoying it. The friends all seemed a little weird/awkward with the exception of Jay's. But it was also very obviously scripted so I'm sure there was a certain element of being uncomfortable having to "act". Oh yuck, I cannot stand Hallah (sp?) and now it seems like Matt actually likes her? And the friends co-signed? I don't mind Jay's zookeeper girl but he doesn't seem into her. Princess/model needs to get sent home. I couldn't get a full view but Grace's outfit at the bar was priceless! What was she wearing? I felt bad for Chloe. She seemed genuinely sweet, just quiet, and like she was really trying to open up and share when she was talking to Matt. The way the producer ran up to hug her at the end made me feel like they must have known she was a good girl. I don't know Colton's red haired girl's name. But the best way I can put it is that her mouth just seriously gets in the way when she's talking. She's got some major mouth over exaggeration going on there. I will say, I think she was nervous. It doesn't seem that noticeable in her talking heads. I about died when he compared her to a horse. And then again, he talks to her for two seconds and then he's off swallowing her face whole. Dude....try to keep it in your pants. It's annoying. -
I loved the flashback clips. I would've hands down preferred an entire episode of that versus a reunion! Craig saying he thought Whitney was setting them all up when filming started was classic. Why does Leva feel she has to jump in with her superior self to explain to everyone what someone is "trying to say". Shut up and tuck your boobs in. I'm so thankful she's not returning. Venita and JT can go away too. I was kind of rooting for Venita this season but I'm over her now. I thought JT quit? Why is his rat face back? This great love story about how deeply they know and care about each other and then she waltzes back with a sugary cocktail and hands it to a diabetic? Slick move there, soulmate. Taylor, you are so desperately trying to one up everyone but the day I am crowned Queen of England is the day you will marry Gastone. Not going to happen. Shep's little speech at the end was sweet but it seemed wasted because of the fact that very few on the stage were original recipe and therefore were certainly not deserving of the sentiment.

Farmer Wants A Wife - General Discussion

I actually think this season has the potential to be fun! So much more promising than that terrible flop last time! These guys blow those rejects out of the water. Anybody else think John is pretty damn sexy? Although, he's got to lose that moustache. I think Samantha realized she wasn't going to be bossing this guy around once she saw the house - major game plan change. I'm glad he called her out on why you'd go on a dating show if you were adamant about not kissing on camera. He's got to be doing the show to bring attention to the family name and their business ventures. It certainly cannot be to find a wife/girlfriend. I'm still adoring Jay. He just seems so genuine. I hope he chooses one of the quieter girls. "Princess" needs to go. He appears to be on to her. You loudly proclaim you're afraid of bugs, don't care about farming but you're there to fall in love with a farmer? Also, runway model? Sure, Jan. He's got some good choices in his group so I'm hopeful for him. Colton is just going to want to suck face way too soon with all the girls. He'll be the awkward one to watch through your fingers. I can't stand that "pick-me" girl in Matt's group. She needs to go so we can learn more about the others. He's too low-key for her. -
I'm so tired of hearing about Craig and Paige. I need Southern Charm and Summer House both to be over so we can all just finally move the heck on. Can Taylor please not be invited back next year? Pretty, pretty, please? What a do nothing dullard. Why did Leva wear a dress that she was so obviously uncomfortable in? Plus, she looked like crap in it. Madison usually has such beautiful clothes and there are so many wonderful, feminine dress styles out there right now and she chooses to look like she's going to a funeral to debut her belly bump? Odd choice. Salley seems to have negative, mean edge to her. I wouldn't care if she doesn't come back. I like Molly. I think she's too good and interesting of a person for this show. I really could care less about the Venita and JT storyline.
