  1. No doubt, I'm tuning in. Could absolutely care less about Carl and Lindsay. New girl looks like a low-rent version of Lala. Is it possible to be a lower rent version of Lala? I'll be curious to see how that lip liner translates in full screen time. First impression of the new guy is yuck. I hope they don't villainize Craig. We get it Paige, you're a "strong, independent woman" who isn't going to be tied down by the man. Don't need to keep over-emphasizing that, everyone's gotten the memo. And I like Paige. The trailer was posted a few pages on Instagram and man, the Paige fans are almost at Beyonce level. If anyone posts anything supporting Craig or questioning her in the slightest, they get absolutely piled on. It's pretty ridiculous.
  2. Whitney is still a 10 year old boy who's been sent away to Swiss boarding school his whole life but has to come home during the summer and try to fit in with the neighborhood kids. He is just as awkward in his 50's. It was kind of funny when the show started and he was just a ridiculous dork trying desperately to fit in with the cool kids, but now it's just uncomfortable to watch. When he was fat shaming Molly, I wanted to give her a big pat on the back for continuing to eat the cupcake! Don't put it down, girl! I felt bad for her. I like Craig. I like Paige. But the sad part is that Craig has always wanted to do things by the normal standards. And their relationship is being dictated by Paige's established timeline. And I get it! Paige loves NYC and she has a ton going on in her life right now. No girl needs to be giving all that up to settle down and get married if that's not what they want. I still feel Craig's going to be the one coming up with the short end of the stick and I think that's too bad.
  3. Thanks for posting the update, snarts. I came here to do that yesterday but just deleted my post because everything I wrote was mean and it made me feel like it was better to say nothing at all. But since I can't help myself 😆, I sure hope that the sperm donor is a nice man who will be a present and positive parent in Gemma's life. Lord knows she's going to need it considering who her Mother is.
  4. JT - stop trying to make "fuck boy exorcism" a thing. Yeah, it may have gotten a chuckle at the reunion but it doesn't need to go beyond that. He had a girlfriend the entire time this sad, unbelievable, showmance with Venita was being concocted. My question is whether Venita was in on this fact or not. The level of Shep's family's wealth never ceases to surprise me. The farm caretaker definitely treated him exactly like the rich son that he is. And yet jobless mailbox money Shep feels it's his place to criticize Craig for wanting to protect and grow his business. Good Lord. It's amazing how Madison came on the scene kind of a low rent, foul mouthed, bully girl and now we're supposed to believe she's the leader of Charleston polite society.
  5. Wow - they both (Mandy in particular) seemed to be a huge argument for nature over nurture. I don't feel certain either way if she was involved or not but I know there's no way I would have been able to convict her. I mean come on, zero evidence. Mandy made my blood literally boil. Good Lord, another case of a woman throwing herself AND HER CHILDREN completely in the line of danger all to have a man. She brought this fresh out of prison killer into a home with what appeared to be at the time a pre-teen or young teenage daughter. Unforgiveable. She didn't tell any of the family about his history. And now appears to remain committed to him even after he slaughtered an absolutely amazing relative of hers. I mean, I don't know how you can get any more gross. Good luck looking in the mirror, Mandy.
  6. Sex & The City posed the question best: "Why are there so many incredible single women and no incredible single men"?? It seems to grow even truer as women get older. I can't really begrudge these women for thinking he was a catch. What scared me the most was how Kasi's friends approved of him, liked having him around, and how he just kind of fit in nicely. They weren't blinded by love. I don't think women should not be open to it. So it's so frightening to think you can be fooled and conned and before you know it it's too late. The overly romantic stuff? Yuck. That would have totally the opposite affect on me but again, some women eat that up. Completely agree once John showed his true colors everyone should have run for the hills. Desperate needy women who can't survive without a man? That's on them. Desperate needy women who can't survive without a man and expose their children to these monster? Unforgiveable. Andrea's tennis skirt had me dying 😆
  7. Which girl is in the pumpkin "blouse"? There are two (the other is the younger cutie who always squints) that I can never remember their names. The daughter in the pic has grown to look remarkably like Nurie but much prettier. Nurie is always so pointed and harsh looking to me. This poor thing has such a nice smile, despite what her Mother has done to her eyebrows. Did everyone see that Jill is putting "made by" Ivory Cream Boutique? Is this how she's skirting Etsy's rules? So she's a dress designer for Temu and Target now? Everyone has used the words "performative modesty" and I absolutely love that. It's been said a million times but modest style is actually really popular right now without most of it even being labelled as modest. They could all wear maxi skirts/dresses, puffed and ruffled sleeves....heck, even sailor and peter pan collars have suddenly made a comeback!! But if they did that and didn't instead layer a long sleeve blouse under a strapless gown, how would they ever be identified as the supremely Godly beings that they are??!!
  8. I recommend it as well. But it was soooo heartbreaking and soooo infuriating!!! Once again, these women who support these monsters and turn a blind eye are every bit as guilty as the monsters themselves.
  9. I think this may have been the only episode that I liked Morgan. I hate characters that are written where every single thing they say is sarcastic or like their own little comedy routine. There's nothing realistic about her. Why can't she just communicate like a normal human. Plus....she's mean.
  10. Believe me, I'm all for Ellen calling Jill out. But she's doing it passively-aggressively and via social media. Isn't that just the same ick, different name? Anyone associated with this circus is just gross. I don't have hope for any of them.
  11. I'm adding "Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" here because apparently, most of these ladies are certainly not Mormon. The whole thing was just a complete train wreck and I'm left with more questions than answers. I really can't believe there's not a thread for it! I'm dying to hear other people's reactions.
  12. And even then, there's always still a screw missing 😆
  13. Tamra had a brow lift and CO2 laser - way different than a chemical peel. My aunt had the laser with her facelift and she said recovery from the laser was the most frightening and painful part of the whole thing. Tamra looks literally like a walking monster in her posts. I'm not really sure after all the work she's had done that this will make that much of a difference? Well, at least for now her ugly outsides match her ugly insides.
  14. Hannah Berner was on Dave Portnoy's podcast where she basically said that she got fired for doing an ad for Truly (the problem being that Truly is a competitor of Lover Boy). I don't think that she specifically said that Kyle and Amanda called for her to be fired, or had that kind of weight, but that they actively froze her out because of it. It's been so long since I've watched her last season but didn't things go south and get a bid weird around her "relationship" with Luke? I thought she kind of went off the rails and became totally unlikeable. I tried to watch her Netflix special and I lasted about 10 minutes. She didn't make me crack a smile, let alone laugh. And yet every audience shot showed everyone literally throwing themselves on the floor, rolling around in hysterics. Yeah, it certainly wasn't that. Did anyone ever think of her as funny on Summer House? This comedienne thing has come out of left field.
  15. Aghhhh......Shannon's conversation with her daughter's in the living room so reminds me of my own dear Mother. After her devastating DUI, my sisters and I gathered around her, all as peers, and spouted off the greatest hits: "everything happens for a reason" and "learn from this and move on". OMG, I was dying. This is so far from my reality I don't even know how to process it. And I'm so happy about that. Shannon's very lucky her daughter's appear to have turned out well despite her. The irony is not lost that no one appears to be wearing the same face with the exception of Heather! Who could use a little nip and tuck to the neck if ya know what I'm saying. The weird thing about their faces though is sometimes they look really good and other times they look reallllyyyy bad. I think it totally depends on the lighting, angle and make-up. Doctor, heal thyself! It's like he's completely worked on everything BUT his nose! Everything else has been whittled down but the nose remains! I'm sorry but "Jesus Jugs" will never not make me laugh!!!
