  1. I had to snicker when MM was singing the praises of Leeann Tweeden, and mentioned that she was a Playboy model.
  2. I didn't see the show today, but when I saw the posts about Al Franken, I said, Oooooh, sh*t !!!! I really like(d) him. I don't know what guys are thinking. Very disappointing. I would have thought it of Louis CK, judging by his comedy routines. Regarding the clapping seals. I've been to one comedy show & there was always somebody motioning for applause. I didn't.
  3. I like reno shows, but I'm a bit sick of the same old, same old. Designer is given a budget, they find something that MUST be addressed, homeowners start yelling, some things can't be done, etc. etc. I don't know how anyone can commit to renovating something and not realize they need permits for certain things.
  4. Black? Do you mean Blake? I sure do! Note to self: Must pay attention when posting! "Black" might be not too bright either, though. LOL
  5. I've heard that Black is not the sharpest tool in the shed. And the fact that he's a hunter is a total turn-off.
  6. I think the kids have to be really good actors with well written characters or they just drag the show down. Characters have been "forgotten" before. What happened to Carrie's sister? Chuck Cunningham? I don't really care, frankly.
  7. Oh, boo hoo. What short end? Paying child support? Poor guys! I'm guessing that, too.
  8. It seems that a lot of afternoon shows (geared toward women) do this. What are they thinking with regard to their audience? Does it make the hosts & guests feel good? Does the studio audience feel as though they are going to have a real treat? The screaming doesn't psych me up in the least, & I really resent being taken for a moron.
  9. Hoo boy, tonight's episode was pretty dull.
  10. I got a kick out of Jenifer Lewis. Didn't really know much about her, but I sure want to read her book.
  11. Oh boy, lackluster guests is all I have to say. Whoopie's birthday? No. Will check out highlights on FB & not bother watching.
  12. I didn't really care for her. She looks a bit old.
  13. Hate the two of them! The are vultures.
  14. Don't agree that the tension is having someone new & I'm not enjoying the "cat fight" aspect. The chemistry was much better with Jed & I was liking the show for the first time in years. It's like having a moody, recalcitrant 14-year old in your midst & having to walk on eggshells - not entertaining in an opinion show.
