If Huck is telling the truth, then I'm not understanding why they didn't just have her go with her Dad to the other facility? Just say "hey you're smart, you can help and work with your dad". Something isn't adding up. It seems like A LOT of angst and stupidity and risk to Hope for no reason if this is the real reason for getting her to New York.

Was I assuming that Iris was the assent or is Hope assuming that she is the asset? Is Hope the asset? I can't recall why I thought it was Iris.

It seems that whenever someone rightfully pulls a gun on someone on this show, and doesn't shoot right away, it's a bit of a given that no one gets what they deserve. In the show or out of it.

Seriously. How did Felix get hit with a pipe or gun or whatever that was and think he merely twisted his ankle. I feel like that might feel different and leave a different looking injury? Not to mention he was standing pretty still when she hit him. How does one roll one's ankle when they are standing still?

I kind of wish they would get on with it to let us know a little bit about the motivations of the overlords and whatever it is they are doing at the research facility. Just enough so that we wouldn't know at all what the hell is going on.

Elton's balls grew three sizes that day. Stories will be told of how he single handedly killed three, four? walkers? I've already forgotten.

I'm guessing it has something to do with the value they place on Iris? But it's going to take a lot more than that to justify that huge waste of life. If Iris is an 'Asset' why are they allowing her life to be at constant risk as she bumbles her way across the country?

Crap, I didn't realize the show was starting early tonight.

I thought so, too. The timeline and logistics don't make any sense. But that house was huge, I wonder if there was a back staircase and dad somehow pulled himself all the way up there as he was dying. Then turned instantly in the bedroom. All in the span of a two minute conversation the kid was having at the door. Makes no sense.

The walkers in this show are so mellow. Silas's dad was just nudging him in a gently taunting 'no, you ah' kind of way. Dad was just chilling in the bedroom admiring the pillow shams. Just standing there, no shuffling. Not moving towards the sound of a warm body calling out to him.

Elton just said 'Marauders'. Like in normal human conversation.

You didn't miss much of any consequence. They picked up Huck, she found some boots for Silas which triggered her military flashbacks. Felix got a haircut, Huck and Felix did the Dew. Elton was mesmerized by magic tricks. Iris flirted with Percy, Silas appeared put out again. Kids congregated to drink and play truth or dare. I think the map stuff came after that? They figured out by combining maps where Hope and Iris' dad is.

this looks like they've resorted to simply showing us video game footage.

Seriously they make SO MUCH NOISE. Puppet Master has such a loud conversational speaking voice.

There is zero sense of urgency. It's like watching the dullest shade of paint dry. Seriously we're watching them play truth or dare. What's next beer pong? Flip cup?

What was that, Iris? About not always waiting around for someone to save you? That dumpster walker looked like it was trying to cop a feel not trying to eat her face as it would have done in the OG show.
