  1. Well, it looks like Jill Wagner did leave Hallmark. Here is an article that lists all the actors that have left Hallmark for the GAF channel. The only actors will really miss are Jill Wagner, Merrit Patterson and Sam Page. Christoper Russel too.
  2. Jill Wagner is one of my favorite Hallmark actresses. Just wondering why you will not watch a movie with her. She has an ease to her acting, she is beautiful to look at and has a lovely voice. She has great chemistry with her lead actors (Victor Webster comes to mind). I'm hoping she will still continue to make movies for Hallmark.
  3. Quoting myself here. After reading more comments about Cheryl and her podcast, I understand why ABC didn't invite her for Len's tribute. Too bad ABC has thin skin.
  4. Regarding Charity better feet........I had to pause the DVR during Charity's dance and both of her feet were pointed beautifully.
  5. I read on the Media thread that Cheryl said she was not invited. What? I don't understand that at all. Did she leave the show on a bad note like Tom B?
  6. I went back and looked but must have glossed over them. It is so much easier to spot discussion about a movie when the title of the movie is in bold text. Whoever started doing that on this forum, my sincere gratitude to him/her.
  7. Gee, not one word yet about Checkin' It Twice. I really like the leading lady. I first saw Kim Matula in Ghosts of Christmas Always and liked her then. She is the perfect actress to take over the reigns of the older more mature Hallmark actresses that seem to be aging out of these types of roles. Her leading man seemed way too old (was referred to as Gramps) to still be hopeful for a professional hockey career in the NHL but I do like the actor. I liked the movie and thought the two leads had great chemistry together. I wasn't counting winter coats, but the leading lady wore the same winter hat through out the movie.
  8. I keep my bedroom TV tuned to the Hallmark Channel, not the mysteries channel. It was the Lacey Chaber movie that I saw. At this point, it really doesn't matter which movie kicked off the Christmas season. I'm passed that. I did have a Peppermint hot chocolate today to celebrate the kick off of the Hallmark Countdown to Christmas. Hallmark debuts their brand new movies in the evening, usually at 8:00PM on a Saturday.
  9. I would add Ariana to make up my top 4 in the finals. They all should be there.
  10. I'm in Florida and Jason's intro and dance was designated to 1/4 of my TV screen. 3/4 of my TV screen was the airing of the live launch of Space X satellites. What a bummer. It was not so easy watching Jason's dance.
  11. No one is watching this channel? No discussion about the Danica McKellar movie, Swing Into Romance? I liked the movie. Danica did really good with the dancing. I enjoyed seeing Gleb Savchenko in an acting role in this movie. He is a great pro dancer and made Danica look great in the dancing segments.
  12. Funny......that is not the movie I saw on that day and hour. It was the Lacey Chabert movie that takes place in Ireland. I didn't turn on the TV until just past 7am but the movie had started just over an hour ago.
  13. Well, here it is, the morning of October 20th, I turn on the Hallmark channel and I don't see Reba. There is a Lacey Chabert Christmas movie in Ireland on. Did this movie kick off Countdown to Christmas at 6am Eastern?
  14. Barry Williams' Foxtrot
  15. I thought so too.
  16. Don't agree. Jon Hamm would have chemistry with a light post.
  17. Hallmark's Ghosts of Christmas Always is a great movie. Watch for it this Christmas season. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt20193354/ The leading actor reminds me of a young Jack Lemmon.
  18. Alfonso has co-hosted with Tom B. before. Not sure how many times though. He subbed for Erin.
  19. Val and Xochiti were great but I did not like the sneakers. Latin dancing should be danced in Latin shoes.
  20. Voting is open at the beginning of the show and Alfonso announced to "vote for your favorite". That goes against voting for the best dancer. This has been the controversy since the inception of this show. I did not watch the show the seasons Tyra was hosting so I'm back now that she is gone. So glad Tyra is out.
  21. I think you said A Bride for Christmas in your previous post (about not being attracted to the leading man) instead of the Rocky Mountain movie. I've seen A Bride for Christmas and I love Andrew Walker as the leading man to Arielle Kebbel in that movie. Regarding the leading man in the Rocky Mountain movie with Arielle Kebbel, I agree with you that I didn't find him very attractive. His shaved hair on the sides kept going from clearly visible hair to shaved hair throughout the movie. That was so distracting to me. Having said that, I really liked Kebbel in the movie.
  22. Is Andrew Walker the actor who you said is not all that attractive to you in A Bride for Christmas? He is the same actor in Bridal Wave and you said you watch that movie regularly. I'm a bit confused.
  23. I was just watching Bridal Wave with Andrew Walker from 2015. That movie stays on my DVR all summer. Ariel Kebbel is looking gorgeous in the Smokey Mountains movie. So good to see her again. Looking forward to watching this new movie of hers.
