I really like this show. I believe it. I, too, like Carolyn F a lot. Her life has zero in common with mine, and yet she is a human being. Of course she's eccentric and snobbish, could there be another option for her? She's also warm and cute and makes strides to be normal. I think she's a wonderful addition to the show.

This episode made me laugh a lot, especially when Peter pluralized Smurfs to "Smurves". That's going to be in my vocabulary forever.

Because Utley is appealing his suspension, he gets to play until the appeal is heard. That won't be until at least tomorrow and probably not even then. Utley will play both games in New York.
That is total bullshit. If that's the rule, they should hurry up and hold a hearing.
ETA: Looks like the Royals small ball expertise is back... this is fun to watch.

That Florida story is madness. You cannot have your players taking random supplements without realizing the consequences. Hell, I lived with a women's water polo player at Michigan and even she would take absolutely nothing without checking it will her trainer. A miss on Grier's part for not thinking it through and a bigger miss on the coaching staff for not properly instilling that mindset.

Northwestern plays Michigan not Michigan State. It's in Ann Arbor. I haven't seen Northwestern play this year, so I have no clue what to expect.
This is a fun season! I've been extremely lazy and antisocial on Saturdays this year because it seems there's always something I want to see. Next weekend is a little less interesting; I don't think I care enough about Cal/Utah to watch that one.
Polls are out. Lots of teams getting first place votes including one for Texas A&M. MSU dropped a bit as they should because Purdue is indeed horrible.

I was so nervous Notre Dame was going to pull a Notre Dame and win yesterday. It was reeeeeally close. They were playing so fast and good in the 4th quarter and then a few very costly errors. I don't think they will drop too far in the rankings though.

1st Half tOSU were HORRIBLE! 2nd Half MI St was horrible. Buckeyes score should've been higher, but 7 crucial penalties and 2 critical turnovers made it too close for my comfort. The O-Line is a disaster this year.
Good to know. Maybe we will finally, finally, finally give you a fight this year (other than 2013 which was a fluke, I think Michigan was under a magic spell). Either way, both Michigan and the Buckeyes are significantly stronger on defense than offense. My only hope is that MSU gets healthy and really bangs you around the prior weekend. Also that we stay healthy. We're already down a running back and lost a critical defender today probably through the season.
At least all of America is Clemson fans tonight. Goooo Tigers!

I dunno, LSU is playing the extemely lame Eastern Michigan and look only ok. What in the world is Ole Miss doing?!? At least the Irish are losing.

Go Hoosiers, indeed. I didn't see Sparty or the Buckeyes, but the scores are unimpressive. Did they look as bad as scores suggest?

I can't comment on the whole episode because I fell asleep, but woof. That was not good. I actually liked last week's two episodes, but this was not good. The fight scene in the lobby of that building was AWFUL. Are there not quick cuts or camera angles that can be used to make your actress who is clearly not athletic look even remotely like a fighter? Or just speed it up a little? I thought that scene was one of the worst I've seen including Heroes original recipe goes to the circus.

I would not like to hang out with Julie especially for lunch due to annoying eating habits. This is the second week in a row she ordered vegetables when others ate food. Last week she left the very nice looking bread uneaten next to her soup and this week she orders a side of kale with a side salad? No thanks, I'll take Marissa's big American hot dog.

The AL west is really interesting still. The Rangers and Angels have to play each other still, so maybe the Astros could get in still. I'm not a fan, but it's nice to have someone different. I've been cheering for the Mets because of the nice people in this forum and because they are so much more fun than normal NL front runners.

Bowling Green is 2-2 and the two wins were against 2 of the worst teams in the Big Ten. Purdue might not win again.
Did Iowa recently do something to Wisconsin or just upcoming game smack talk? I grew up in Madison and always had warm fuzzies for the Hawkeyes (but they had a really fun basketball team in the mid/late 90s). My parents are still in Madison and do not get my dad started on the weakness of the Badgers conference schedule. He wants them to be able to prove themselves.
I already arranged family plans to be available all day on the day of MSU/OSU. I assume the Buckeyes win in the shoe, but oh god what if they don't. Can't be missed.

What in the world are we to make of the Utah-Oregon game? Is Oregon overrated? Does that mean Michigan State is also overrated? Or did Utah just play out of their minds tonight? They certainly were not that good 3 weeks ago, but they looked pretty damn great today.
The TCU-TT game was pretty wacky... I don't know what you can say about that either. I'm not sure if TCU has terrible defense or if that was some sort of rivalry anomaly type game that we should read into.
Michigan looked really good today. I know BYU was exhausted after a brutal opening schedule, but still, much improved quarterback decision making by Rudock.
Really hope Clemson beats ND next week, I hate when they win.

I love Dylan, so the episode was good for me. The repeat of the Joe gets into school, Cam/Mitch wanting the other to get a job, and even Mitchell as Van Gogh (they have done that visual gag before) was pretty sad. I don't like fat suits (cheap joke that isn't funny to me), so the Andy storyline went in the totally wrong direction for my taste.

I think Vanessa knows she played the best game, so that makes me not feel too bad that she lost. That HoH competition is asinine. You're gonna lock people in a house for three months and then have a crapshoot? Lame.

I thought Liz's reaction after Vanessa walked out was very sweet. I don't even like her, but that was endearing.
And dammit my husband is home so now I have to wait for the West coast broadcast.

This was my favorite episode so far. I liked early in the episode when they were closing a meeting and Stewart said "does everyone have something to do?" and the mole guy quickly said "oh yes I'm a critical part of the team". I am retelling that joke horribly, but on screen it was great.
