  1. To me, the funniest part of all this was that NYP even asked Mika's ex-husband for comment: https://nypost.com/2024/11/19/us-news/joe-scarborough-visits-donald-trump-and-raises-ire-of-dems/ Reached for his take on this, Brzezinski’s former husband James Hoffer said, “How the hell would I know? … I don’t really watch the show.” Good for him!!
  2. When I watched MJ, it was basically background while I ate breakfast and got ready for work. Even then, it was tiring listening to Joe's endless bloviating and bellowing, though it was amusing sometimes to see Mika's eyes glaze over in sheer boredom when the guys would go on and on (and on, and ON...) about sports. Still, I would enjoy when writers like Tim Alberta and David French were featured. Those are two men who have paid the price, both personally and professionally, for NOT "kissing the ring". I also like some of their regular contributors like Eugene Robinson. Maybe MSNBC should just keep Willie as well as Jonathan Lemire and go on without Mr. and Mrs. Scarborough.
  3. What is their real angle here? Is being part of the D.C. elite and being invited to all the fancy parties worth it now that everyone knows they're sell-outs? I guess it is for them. They have absolutely no credibility now...not that they had much to begin with...
  4. I haven't watched MSNBC or really any news since the election for obvious reasons, but what is the general vibe between Mr. and Mrs. Scarborough since their bombshell announcement and their regular panelists? Jennifer Rubin, a regular MSNBC panelist, has publicly blasted them, as has Saturday host Katie Phang more indirectly.
  5. I don't know how else to describe the Scarboroughs but as rich, clueless and TOTALLY unrelatable.
  6. All this and then some. Are there any women out there who will trust anything Mika says regarding women again? What a hypocrite.

My man Michael Steele was on this weekend, in for Ayman and Mehdi Hasan. He seems to be one of the network's go-to subs this year and I am here for it!! 😁😁😁😁😁

Hey, graphics department...you forgot the "h" in "establishments"!!! 🙄
  9. It was actually a fun show this morning. Joe, Mika, Willie, Jonathan Lemire, Michael Steele and Katty Kay were all laughing at what the former occupant of the White House's "big announcement" turned out to be. Joe is actually almost palatable when he's not bellowing for segments on end!!
  10. The show was slow on the uptake, but they finally have the official merchandise!! @theredhead77
  11. Where he can scream at the kids to get off his lawn and shake his fist at passing cars. I'm actually surprised he doesn't do this on the show. 😂😂😂😂😂
  12. For the money he gets???? We should all be so lucky.

He does have a very thick accent, but not so much that I can't understand him. Mehdi and Ayman made a fun bet last week re: England vs. France in the World Cup. Mehdi bet on his native England, Ayman on France. If France won, Mehdi was to eat a croissant on the air. If England won, Ayman would eat fish and chips on the air. Last night, the handoff from Mehdi's show to Ayman's ended with Mehdi happily chowing down on a croissant.
  14. If she was blond, blue-eyed and perfectly feminine we probably would not be seeing this amount of vitriol from her detractors. You're right. It's disgusting. I always turn this show on in the morning and find it effective while I get ready for work. Who needs an alarm clock or snooze button with Joe bellowing? 😉😁😂
  15. I looked it up and MJ debuted April 9, 2007. My guess is they will keep up the "15" until the end of this year.
