A couple of things that I know about the housewives especially in the OC and NYC. About 10 years ago they all learned a new word, vagina for the first time. That's right they had never heard this word before.  So they feel like they have to say this word in different situations even when in mixed company with total strangers. You know kind of like a couple of 14 year old girls giggling over the strange word.

And when one of the houswives says "I'm done" and stomps off out of camera range they are not done. Usually they will return to keep the argument going full steam.

And those double doors swinging open, hilarious.

And they are confused about what a vagina is as well. I don't understand why they refer to their external genitals as my vagina

I know she was trying to say that her Dad would not wanted to have a long protracted death in the hospital but the casual way she she said “sure it is sad he was dead alone in his apartment for a few days until he was found but it’s better than dying in the hospital on machines” had some real psycho vibes. I know her relationship with her dad was strained but I would be haunted by the thought that someone I loved in any way was just dead in their apartment for days. She is a weird one.

I understand that. I would rather die suddenly at home than in a hospital. I'm a nurse.

Yep. It’s not just that Heather is fake - her intentions are dark. She plays with the others - yanking on the puppet strings to make them fawn over her (Gina); making them seem unbalanced, as you say (Shannon); presenting herself as a guru (Jen & Gina) - like a psychopath or someone with npd.

    She's a mean girl

Dr. Jen's billboard at the strip mall next to Raul's Shoe Repair is reminiscent of Cher's billboard on Sunset Boulevard next to Tower Records...NOT.

Did Heather actually say that the phrase "Put a pin in it" means you pin the topic on a bulletin board to be revisited another time? Heather, the knower of all things. Lol. I have only ever heard that term used exactly as Shannon did - to put a pin in something to deflate it. Like Gina's massive ego.

So Gina thinks Shannon is jealous of her. and pities Shannon  Lets see.....Shannon lives in a very nice home (rented, but still nice). Gina lives in a shoebox. Shannon has a boyfriend who is very supportive, successful, has his own home on the water and a boat to boot. Gina's boyfriend moved in with her very quickly after meeting, so apparently didn't have his own place. Do we even know what Travis does for a living? Between them they have six small children. Yikes. And no thanks. Shannon's kids all appear to be nice, well adjusted young ladies. In short, I would take Shannon's life over Gina's in a Long Island minute. I loved Jen asking why Gina is obsessed with Shannon. Why indeed.

I also loved Noella sticking up for Shannon. I thought Heather's head was going to explode. Almost wanted to stick a pin in it to let out some of that steam.  Heather saying that you have to believe what people do, not what they say was hilarious considering who it was coming from. I believe both, and with Heather what she says and does proves every episode what a pretentious twat she is.  And did she actually tell Noella that what has happened in her life is her karma? Can't wait until the Dubrows' karma comes knocking. Because when it does, it won't be the good kind.

Put a pin in it means your head is inflated like a baloon. I've never heard Heather's interpretation.

@Keywestclubkid you don't get your score on the Bar. All we know is that Shane passed the same year they lowered the standard. Who knows if that made the difference this time? He may well have passed with a higher score. Hell, he's taken it enough times that he should have the questions memorized. 😁

    It's different, every time

Heather has entered into a whole new world of wealth and privilege...I'd be surprised if any of her white privileged, entitled OC kids go to a school like Syracuse. They looked pretty unimpressed with SU and even more so, they looked like they had never seen rain.

    They are ethnically, Jewish.

I have lived in SoCal for nearly 18 years and not once have I seen, been offered, or have known anyone who did coke. A couple of months years ago in two towns in Orange Cty and housewives mentioning it do not mean it’s prevalent nor characteristic of a massive region.

I’m quite sure that every franchise is VERY familiar with coke but I wouldn’t generalize it to the respective states or cities.

    I would

I wonder how many episodes we'll have of Kyle being uncomfortable around Cynthia and apologizing to her, before she has her NOTHING I DO IS GOOD ENOUGH blow up?

At first I thought it was crazy that Kenya couldn't even play along with the astrologer, but then for her to start delving into the whole thing with Kenya's mom.  Nope.  Not cool.  Leave that topic alone please Bravo.

That was some bullshit. Although Kenya made it a story.

Every time I'm ready to quit Ramona, she reels me back in with her absurdities.

Cynthia has always struck me as someone who's stuck in middle school mode (remember the Friendship Contract?). Yes, Kenya isn't being very supportive, but why does Cynthia need so much support? Join the party and kiki with Kenya later as she tells you what all she's learned about the other Housewives on the trip.

Bad look on Cynthia. What's her problem? The weight gain?

I would be pissed if she showed MY faceless, blurred vulva and bare ass on tv for the whole world to see! Did she have those other gal's permission to show that pic off? People have their kinks, and that's fine, as long as all players are consenting adults.

Does Noella really want to do these things, or is she trying to do and be what she thinks a man's fantasy is? It feels very performative and that is sad.

It's just so dehumanizing to me

depends on the shade and hue of the blue.  Royal blue is beautiful and striking with black, in fact I can't think of a blue that I wouldn't like with black.  Black is the neutralist of neutrals so it really matches with anything in my opinion.  Brown for me, goes with some but not all blues.

How about Navy blue? I don't like blue with black.

Since Vegas, MERI has worn very tight fitting jeans that make me squirm looking at them.  It would seem very uncomfortable to wear something so snug.  I’d be worried about UTI or blood clots due to decrease in circulation.

Compression is good for venous return. That's why we wear compression hose.

Those windbreakers she wears are a terrible choice for her.  They end at her waist, accenting the girth of her hips.  The brown pleather one is the worst, she seems very fond of it and wears it with colors that do not blend with it at all.

I guess in Meri's world, royal blue with brown is edgy.

Blue and brown match, IMO.  Blue and black don't

I can tell Cece is the kind of kid who likes all kinds of attention - even negative - so she probably would have just amped up the sassiness for the cameras if Dr Jen tried to reprimand her.  Jen knew that so she let it slide (at least, that's what I think and probably would have done the same).

Once we got home and away from cameras, however, Sassy Cece would get an earful on respect and good behavior.

IMO, I don't think you let them get away with speaking to you like that even if the cameras are rolling. First, you are a parent. You correct immediately disrespectful behavior no matter what else is going on.

That Cece is irritating.  I can’t stand kids like that.

Oh Gina the ass-kissing.  I wonder if she’s embarrassed after watching this.

Yeah, that kid need to learn her place. I would be mortified if my girls had ever acted like that. She's a brat.

Noelle doesn't seem to get the fact that even her perversion gets old. No man will stay with a woman like her.

When texting by phone to friends and family, I'll frequently neglect to shift to the other keyboard to achieve the capital letters required or abbreviate words to "c u later".

The difference is that Maddie is using her Instagram as a platform to garner followers and potential customers for whatever product she is selling at the time.  Looking at her Instagram posts would not inspire me to purchase anything from her.  If she is careless enough not to bother proof-reading her public postings, I wouldn't feel confident that she would get the quantity ordered or shipping label right.

I get it. I am impulsive and a little ADD and sometimes I don't bother to look either. On twitter it means a lot of deletes. So, you would think I would stop doing it, but I don't
