  1. I don't want this show to be over soon because I really like this group of women. Even when there isn't much that happens in an episode their personalities and interaction with each other make it fun to watch. The way Neka was originally introduced into the show still makes me laugh (that set up with Neka overhearing the girls and hitting on Jae was so obvious, I'm not sure why they didn't just arrange a blind date like they usually do). I don't think either of them is really all that into the other (that sentence from Jae declaring that "who knows, Neka could potentially be the one" or whatever sounded edited together from chopped up parts). I assume Kyle will show up again at some point but during their date I thought Monet kind of said too much and also too little, because Kyle seemed perplexed but (probably due to this only being their second date) he didn't seem to want to ask too many questions so I wonder what kind of impression he got from the summary she gave him. At the same time, there's no point in hiding that she did get married/divorced, so yeah.
  2. I have absolutely no doubt that David was just joking around, but putting myself in her shoes, if a guy I wasn't attracted to had done that it would NOT have endeared him to me more. I agree that Ashley is giving 10% to David's 110% to this ~experiment~, but at this point why does David STILL need to be told point blank that she's not attracted to him? Deep down he knows it, and the fact that he does that kind of stuff anyway means that he either is a) in denial or b) letting his frustration be more important than her comfort level.
  3. While Ashley is completely humorless is general, Sam seems to be all about "humor" until it's about herself, at which point it becomes unacceptable to act with her the way she acts with other people. Anyway Neil is right, they both in their own way have a tendency to make fakely nice statements (Sam with her forced "Yay!" and Neil with his low-key irony). It was hilarious how they both claimed the birthday dinner was such a good time – well yeah, because you barely had to interact with each other! I've been Team David up until now but that tackle was not a good look at all. Honestly I'm surprised Ashley wasn't more bothered by it because it was inappropriate considering the status of their relationship or lack thereof. I wouldn't even consider them friends. I enjoy watching Tres and Vanessa when they're cute together (it's refreshing to see one of these couples interacting with genuine affection) but their problems are such a bore!
  4. Poor Davina doesn't deserve this comparison! I think it's just that whathisface (Sean?) wasn't interested in anything but himself, so she stopped putting herself out there after a while.
  5. I don't get Ashley. If I wasn't comfortable letting a guy greet me with a hug or a kiss on the cheek, I certainly wouldn't be comfortable letting him pay for a unnecessarily huge fancy house. I'm an introvert too but I'm still in awe of how mind-numbingly dull Ashley is. Sam, for all her unbearable "quirkiness", at least seems alive and capable of having an interesting conversation. I'm not a bro and I noticed her black top too.
  6. After last season's mess I really shouldn't be watching this wretched show again but here I am, and I really enjoyed that first episode! Of course I'm sure it will all go terribly wrong soon enough but at least I'll enjoy the posts here.
  7. That was one of the most boring episodes of the show I've ever seen, Matt Damon's anecdotes all kind of fell flat.
  8. I can't wait for the blinds to be over so that I don't have to see Gwen's atrociously red outfit again (her hairstyle is grating too). If Adam doesn't manage to win or at least go to the finale with the twins he's an idiot. I honestly wanted to hate them because of their constant giggliness but they sounded amazing and now they might actually be my favorites so far this season. Cole Criske sounded really good too.
  9. The caption says "If anyone cares to meet a Z-lister and have a Tito's Vodka drink (or four) with me- come on down to Adelphia", I love that she has a sense of humor about herself.
  10. Davina's cheek fuzz is the least of their problems.
  11. At first I thought White Rat was Grey Worm, which made me realize how attached I was to Grey Worm (don't die!). Loras wasn't very developed in the books but we still had a clear sense of who he was and that person was a lot more interesting than bumbling, vapid TV!Loras who apparently has nothing better to do than stay in bed all day with the prostitute/servant/spy who manipulated him last season. Varys is great.
  12. I'm really warming up to Jaclyn too and I'm even finding her prettier every week (attraction grows, the experts were right!!).
  13. Also, Pharrell created a collective/label/thing called 'i am OTHER' so it's a word he has been using for a while now and that he clearly identifies with.
  14. Nah, it was endearing as a performance with Pharrell but she didn't really do anything special with it and she needs to learn how to get a hold on her nerves too.
  15. Technically Annalise framing Nate IS cold but at the same time, she was clearly devastated and I really felt for her when she was crying in bed, lol (why are you so good, Viola Davis?). Is it foolish to hope she has a plan to get Nate out of there (even though I really don't see how right now)? Dude must be CURSING the day he met Annalise Keating.
