I hated that they painted white the wood on the wall & the banister in the kitchen. What the hell ? way to ruin an original detail. I liked the flooring in the kitchen and the bathroom. The bathroom was nice for a rustic look. I think the homeowners who knew they weren’t going to be there in the cold Massachusetts winter, should have drained the pipes or at least had someone check on the house every few days. Would have cost them a few bucks but not $200,00..

Well, I’m only watching the show for nostalgias sake and there really isn’t any. I think it is pretty bad and it makes me furious that this was renewed for season 3 when the wonderful, funny, entertaining, great acting “So Help Me Todd” was canceled!

The show probably didn't want to do anything for MR immediately after since A) her personal business had interfered with their planning and B) they sued her for walking out on her contract and C) JB was liked by viewers and the storyline was in full swing.
Letting him finish it out, resolving all the legal matters with MR and then inviting her back was kind of the best solution.
I didn't hate her. She was a decent actress and since she'd played the part a while, I'm surprised she wasn't invited back in recent years. It'd have made more sense than bringing Cady in and trying to get her accepted by audiences.
Yep. That was what I heard also years ago. Little pious Missy Born again was being a bad Christian.

Dang, but Valerie’s brother Patrick is a hunk! Didn’t think I’d be crying but whenever he emotionally spoke of Eddie I lost it….it’s been five months since my mom passed to his four years to losing Eddie, but I related to how he felt.
I read Mike’s IG post how Valerie bought him expensive slippers that he’s always wanted and all I could do was side eye. After reading the not so flattering comments about him, I hope she’s being careful with her money and heart where he’s concerned.
I watched some of this and fast-forwarded the rest. I didn’t know Eddie was so messed up into drugs and alcohol. But one thing I took away from it is that Wolfie looks very disheveled & really needs to lose weight. It makes me sad to see how obese he is at such a young age. I guess Valerie was feeding him all that crap that she usually cooks on her show. whatever happened to healthy, eating even at a young age he was overweight, but I really hope maybe his wife will get him to lose some weight.

Yes, I read this too! wtf?! she’s so full of shit. All she can do is talk about her ex-husband now all of a sudden he wasn’t all that to her? She behaves very immaturely. She puts everything out there in the public eye. I’m all for hearing behind the scenes things about celebrities but the stuff that she comes up with is just crazy. No one‘s going to believe that she is not 100% obsessed with her ex-husband.. no backtracking now.

She gets Photoshoped a lot. You can find one photo of her, which looks to be about 50 pounds overweight and then another one where she is just about average all supposedly in the same time period. And don’t forget they can do miracles with hair, make up, lighting, clothes, the angle of your body, etc..

Regardless, I thought Tristen J. Winger did the perfect amounts of dopey-ness and technical skills. Some of it was in the writing, but the acting (and maybe directing?) are what made it perfect.

Yeah, I gotta hand it to Sloan here when she brought up Nicole never feeling good enough for him. (Although, do you guys remember that scene? I wish I could - it sounds like a good one! When was it?)
Eric knows something is fishy, fine, but he's doing very little to change the financial reality of their family. Didn't he work at the Pub for a while? Wouldn't Roman gladly let him work there so he could supplement his income?
Anyway, nice to see him at the paper. It's a natural idea that keeps to the photography goal. It's just...kinda sad that 50 year old Eric is so professionally adrift that Chad hiring him is a huge cause for celebration. Eric had such a leg up in the photography game when he was 20. How did it all go south this badly? Yikes.
Back in the 90s, this show had so many incidental characters that added so much to the canvas. Nurses at the hospital with first names and personalities, police officers at the station, regular citizens, etc. It's nice to see someone like that back in the mix. I hope Rita stays around...though I have a hard time imagining her dealing with Stefano, LOL.
Love Rita. She brings old Days humor back. This show was so much better decades ago.

I don’t think Jackee can even get extra terrible. She has always been at the pinnacle at horrible bad acting since 227 and she’s going strong. Age has not mellowed her. 🤢

Way to go, Paulina. You may have poisoned your unborn grandchild. But of course show won’t go there. Everything will turn out fine. Imagine if they ever tackled the hard issues such as a baby being born with severe medical problems or not born at all because the mother chose to abort in this situation? but they won’t go there either. Chanel should be furious at her mother. I hope something happens that chases Paulina out of Salem & off the show because every time I see her I wanna shriek as awfully as she does. How did this woman ever become an actress?

I actually thought this was one of Erin's nicest, most cohesive designs. Not particularly my taste but altogether I thought the house turned out nicely (although not a fan of the wood back splashes and definitely not a fan of the countertop going up behind the stove - but again - not my house!). The front of the house looked really nice with the upgraded landscaping and shutters and the back patio really seemed to suit their family. Moving the laundry room was definitely the right choice.
My thoughts exactly. The backsplash & the wood were ugly. How are they going to keep that wood clean in a kitchen? The grease & the odors will never come out.

I never felt much positive feelings towards Gypsy - I took her for a grifter, just like mommy. She says she's going to live with her dad and his family in Louisiana for the time being. I think she needs to get off social media for the foreseeable future - no more finding boyfriends/husbands from the internet. Relax, sister.
Sympathy much? This goes for everyone. This woman was used and abused her entire life since she was an infant. She is definitely messed up in the head and needs serious mental health therapy. And I hope she gets it soon. I can’t imagine what her life was like. It’s horrifying. This is all This this poor girl knows.
