Kitty was always highly insensitive and I think that’s why they eventually distanced themselves with her on the show. I never got it, either. Is she really well known in Dallas? She, personally, comes off very sloppy and out of touch with today’s style, but has no issues putting others down. also, RIP Michelle Parma, the Challenge is my other guilty pleasure tv show.

It might be the sun but Kristin looks DCC big here. With all the questionable Kristin talk, I’m amazed she’s on the team if she photographing large.

I’m still surprised Alora Rose is still there. I figured after NY reopened she would be on the first flight to Broadway auditions. I didn’t think she really cared about making the team and only tried out because dance jobs were few and far between in 2020.

I don’t want to make this a political debate but I’m honestly just curious. If you want the job of being a DCC and you have to get the vaccine, what would be your reasoning for not? Just not enough research or because it comes with such political stigma? I was vaccinated early because I’m pregnant and the hospital would require me to wear a mask during my whole labor and recovery and it didn’t seem worth it to me. I work in a school and we were offered it early. My doctor fully supported it. My brother hasn’t gotten it since he doesn’t want the government to control him so I have heard both sides… I guess I’m just confused if there is more to it than politics because it seems silly if this is your dream job. My husband is in the army and they require the flu shot but not the COVID shot so maybe it’s still just too early for jobs to require it? Idk.

If we aren’t going to get any scope this season, I really hope the show airs early. The finals cuts so far into the season, it’s just not fair to the rookies who cannot celebrate their achievements on social.

I like that y’all are making the Sydney story as polite as possible. The player was in a ‘serious relationship’ with another woman and now has multiple children with her. Sydney thought she could get him to commit to her if she moved across the country for him.

I’ve always felt like Amber was one to ask not to be featured much on the show. Doesn’t she have plans to be a lawyer? I could see her laying low but dancing because she enjoys it.

I have a weird feeling that Melissa Rycroft isn’t doing MTT this year. She said something on her podcast this week about going to the CMT awards because she previously had been on a CMT show, “DCC.” It sounded very past tense to me.

Armani is the cute one from the Univ of South Carolina? I’m shocked she’s not well liked. Alora seemed like a lot on the show. I imagine she thinks she’s too good for DCC and then finding out she barely made the team probably isn’t going to help.

Completely agree. I thought Melissa and Scott were open and honest in their information. Sounds like Lilly and Brennan were both surprises to them. I wish we saw more of what Scott saw in regards ego Hannah.

I think my biggest problem with the vet cuts is that Kelli refused to say “you’ve been cut.” Telling them they don’t fall in the top 36 is a cop out especially to Lilly who was at the last meeting last year when you decided to take 37. Zoom calls, I felt like Lilly was great. Brennan was on the verge of rude but I understood and Hannah was over it. I mean she was sitting in the hallway comforting her friends, she knew she was going to be cut. Post show, Hannah is straight up rude. She’s not trying to save face. She’s pissed and it shows. It’s not professional but I also don’t hate it.

I cannot believe in 2020 (21), Judy or Kelli would think it’s okay to comment out loud about someone’s look. I understand weight and all that for the uniform but their god given features should not be a discussion...especially when the girl already made the team and she was pretty enough previously. Lily sometimes has a wide smile, I don’t hate it, but if I were her boss, I wouldn’t vocalize that...seems like an HR nightmare. Also, I know the times have changed, but Judy was known for her freaking pigtails. You aren’t the definition of perfection. All of these woman are tiny little things even if on weight warning. I couldn’t dream of being that small, even before having four kids but I think it’s extra cruel for Kelli or Kitty to comment on looks when they aren’t stunners.

If the world gets back to “normal”, it will be interesting to see what rookies stay. Alora Rose should head back to NY. Sydney may or may not have moved to follow a player. Marisa would likely go back to school in NY (unless she opts to go home to be near her boyfriend which I totally get considering) and people like Shannon said they auditioned because their plans were cancelled...don’t know how many other girls did the same.

I have to wonder if Kristen was on the chopping block so CMT started a cut edit and then TPTB didn’t cut her.

I know the Hannah cut is tough on so many but am I the only one who think she looks pissed off when she dances? Not just this season too. It’s like a sexy look but looks annoyed to be there. Not very cheerleader like.

I’m pretty sure Amber’s Instagram says she graduated law school. I think she’s not shown much on the show so she can practice law and be a DCC. I’m sure if she was featured they would have said something to embarrass her that her boss wouldn’t approve of.

I am still reading updates from Wednesday so I’m sorry if this is a reposting of anything. Kelli and Lily are sorority sisters...same with KaShara...but they both remain active so I just find her cutting Lily doubly disrespectful. Lily wasn’t the best but come on. i worked for a professional soccer team and all staff had to sign a form saying they wouldn’t pursue players. I doubt the cowboys are the only nfl team with this stipulation. I do wonder if Hannah was cut for voicing her opinion, I’m sure they have something in the contract about that too, right or wrong.

I listened to Melissa Rycroft’s podcast and she said she was concerned that people who had full time jobs and needed to work may not come back. I wonder if we will see that play out.

To quote Chris Lane, “What's your name, what's your sign, what's your birthday? What's your wrist tattoo bible verse say?” Grew up Catholic, I couldn’t quote a bible verse if needed. I got the gist of it all. Now that I live in the Deep South, it definitely is a more popular thing. Restaurants have John on their packaging, girls have their verse on their Instagram description. It doesn’t feel authentic to me but that was just how I was raised.

Do we know if Gina’s knee is better? Maybe she’s the one retiring.

Agreed, in some photos it looks like she’s concentrating too much. I’m excited for her to have a season under her belt and how she will truly shine.
