It's hard to watch the St Jude ads in general but showcasing children that did not survive seems as a cruel way to appeal to donors.
(and BTW Marlo Thomas looks particularly bad and a reminder that plastic surgery can go wrong)

Everyone wants to be the one sounding the alarm. A week ago it was Judge Luttig. On Monday it was Jeffery Goldberg with his Atlantic issue. Today it was Anne Applebaum and Liz Cheney.
But not a one wants to organize and recruit everyone including the former Trump administration officials that thinks he must be stopped.
I've stopped listening to them.

I'm not a fan of Andrea Mitchell but this morning she was emotionally recalling her experiences with Mrs Carter and it was sweet.
I believe there are people that came to feel differently about the Carter's after they left office and left a wonderful legacy. Even Joe seems to have converted

Honestly couldn't Kristin Welker have been at least prepared enough to ask "what is the definition of a hostage" and then not accept Stefanik's interpretation of the definition. It is absolutely unacceptable when there are real people being held hostage today and their fate is unknown
