Giuseppe, I think you dodged a bullet there.  Those humans would have inflicted all sorts of puzzles and psychological tests on you, although you know how to defend yourself.  If those humans had kept you for a while and then gone away, you might have gotten to time travel a couple of hours to a new home with a tortoise named Clyde who is a snappy dresser.

About "Mrs." -- in U.S. records of the 1600s and 1700s, marriage records often refer to the bride as "Mrs."  It can really confuse genealogists until we figure out that it meant that she was an adult, not necessarily that she had been married before.  This may have been the custom in Britain too, at the time and maybe later, depending on the clerk who wrote the record.

Many people who didn't fit in with their families and high schools have found their communities in college.  I hope Alex does.  Will she graduate from high school this year?  Guessing she will go to a college in California so they can have her visit her family more often.

I too thought Hayley was faking the whole thing.  She can be clever when she wants to, like the fake phone made of soap.

The story reminded me of a joke letter that went around a while back, in which a kid told her parents that all sorts of terrible things had happened, and at the end she said none of them really happened but she got a bad grade in school and wanted her parents to keep it in perspective.

Dental records were used for identification by 1900.  Can't you just see Dr. Clarkson -- "This person had teeth. Gregson had teeth!  Must be him!"  Actually, maybe I missed a line (we should have seen the whole scene) but were the remains really sent to England for identification?  If so, why?

Most twins are fraternal, not identical.  Fraternal twins are no more likely to look alike than other siblings.  Depending on parents' genetics, it is not uncommon for siblings to differ in eye color etc.

Is there a site that has the clues, before or after the episode airs?  My local station frequently preempts Jeopardy for sports or shiny things.  Also I can't always see all of a show, and have no recording capability.  adTHANKSvance!
