I hope so. I hope it is not attached to an off shore bank. It doesn’t sound like the local Citibank. They may have Swiss accounts with no names at all. It was ruled by law to be awarded to individuals for horrible medical damages and Girardi Keese received the money from these defendants for their corporate malfeasance, criminal negligence and was legally required to give it directly to those he represented and he hid the money and gave it to Erika then lied to the victims about money tied up in red tape. If pushback from certain victims became too strong, he then took out loans like credit advances at 20% interest to pay the victims because he stole and used their money. Any new cases won, he stole THAT money to pay previous victims small portions of settlements they waited years for. I know you all know and understand this. I needed to type it out for myself because it is so dirty and disgusting and shows the malignant narcissism and psychopathy of a con man caring only about feeding his own ego with incredible spending and his compulsive need for flash to exert power and influence to intimidate, manipulate and control for the purpose of projecting his own desired ego as a successful person. Erika is the same. She is so proud to be “an enigma wrapped in a riddle and CASH…” They are superficial materialistic scheming criminals. Fucking thieves… both are sorry only for themselves and have shifted gears to controlling the narrative, running a con for sympathy as salt of the earth good people that are now victims of a tragic accident. Poor poor suffering Erika. She has never had an ounce of compassion for anyone and now wants it all including respect and deference for HER pain as a victim.

She mentioned Tom having a broken ankle last season or the one before that. I think it was at the start of last season. They were catching up on what they have been up to and she mentioned the broken ankle and how hard it was for him to slow down or he wasn’t slowing down at all (paraphrasing… that’s the gist— can’t remember exact words) and the ladies sympathized how powerful men are terrible patients and poor Erika.

Yes, that is the ring that both Erika and Sutton were wearing the night that Garcelle got an award for philanthropy last season. That is why they have got to inventory her clothes, shoes and artwork. It is worth millions. When Tom gifted her that Chagall on camera, my jaw dropped. I couldn’t believe she gave a talking head about how she doesn’t love art like he does, and he collects and likes to give her things… and he gives jewelry too. So many questions… first, you are not happy with a Chagall painting and leave it on the floor for years, yet you have multiple portraits of yourself hanging in neon colors?!?! More importantly, where are the other paintings that you reference? Do you have some Manet or Picasso’s hanging around? I’m exaggerating to make the point… but what are we talking about here? It is on film, so they have reason to go looking, in case they thought that they could hide money in art possessions that were given to Erika… but the narcissist in him couldn’t quite keep it a secret that he can buy an original Chagall. Tom doesn’t like to film, but he HAD to show that off. He was gleefully excited and Erika was… not. She realized it wasn’t about her or truly a birthday gift for her.

I CANNOT. GTFOH. It’s too much. How do they keep a straight face and coo over her? If Erika was Lisa Vanderpump, Erika would have NO empathy for her. She would be making snide comments and sip tea in her talking head. She’s the sniper from the side. That was classic projection. I thought that at the time. Erika thinks women are catty and judgmental because she knows how she herself thinks and operates and assumes everyone else is as calculated and snarky as she is when gossiping with her boys.

I don’t believe Erika about any of that in that faux performance. I don’t think his accident was anything like Erika described with him being jettisoned out of the car, unconscious, several broken bones, calling her and refusing medical attention except allowing it for his broken ankle. I don’t even know what the point of her story was or why she is bringing any of it up now. I think she is full of it and spinning tales so fast that she can’t quite keep up with herself to what is even realistic. I was simply responding to your post that Tom has money to make problems go away and that I completely agree with that. He had friends in every high place. He constantly made problems go away. Even if he did make some kind of DUI go away, he couldn’t make all those injuries go away. Although, now that you mention it… is Erika laying groundwork for unreported head trauma? 🙄 I have no idea what her point was with that story except “woe is me… life is so hard, you have no idea what I did for this man.” Sure, Jan. You also asked what her son did and I responded to that. Nothing but agreeing with you and filling in with my own musings :)

It his is my theory… Kanye has a line in a song, “you can be my black Kate Moss tonight.” So I think Kanye has always been a bit enamored with Kate in how she changed the entire modeling industry from the glam Amazonian supermodel Big Six that everyone knew their names to the rail thin look models today because Kate came along and everyone died over her look. Kate was also a bit shorter by supermodel standards at 5’8” or 5’7” and she broke through to be huge anyway. I always got the feeling that Kim and Kanye worked so well as a couple because he really built her confidence. He would constantly tell her how she was the hottest most everything out there and to go out and take what is hers. Who cares that you are short and curvy, you are changing the industry. Everyone wants to be you type of thing. And it worked! The Kardashians have changed the beauty industry and woman are running to plastic surgeons to get thicker thighs and a protruding round ass. A Brazilian butt lift is a top procedure now. Kim used to be mocked for taking selfies constantly that it was embarrassing and everyone saying that she had no real job. I remember years ago when they went on a family trip to Bali or Thailand or somewhere in Asia, Kim brought her glam squad and she was a bit embarrassed about it because her family was like why do you need that? And she went and did a photo shoot on the beach in bikini shots that the personal team created for her. It was after North was born. Her family is like why are you taking a whole like Sports Illustrated photoshoot on the beach (and I thought the same thing… like cringe… how do you have the nerve to do that?) and she played it off that she promised to take pictures for Kanye. I think he really did encourage her to take sexy pictures and to be a model, even if she wasn’t one signed with an agency or endorsements. She started doing photo shoots constantly showing off her face and body and posting on Instagram and she gained more and more following and more and more fame. Kanye would use her to model clothes. As her following got bigger, they all got endorsements. The Kardashians were some of the first showing those diet teas on Instagram and constantly posting their workouts. Then Kim published her book “Selfish”, an entire book of professional photos of her and she became more and more famous. On the TV show, she would constantly talk about being so busy with work. It was all self-designed though until it wasn’t and she was big enough that many legit people want to work with her and partner with her for business. It set her up to launch the clothing lines and then KKW and Skims. She was the first to do this self-promoted photo shoots and essentially made being a self-proclaimed Instagram model or Influencer a thing. The whole family has shaped the world in that way. I think she thinks Kate Moss is super iconic for changing the industry and that she did the same. THAT’s why it means so much to her to have Kate model her brand. I think she is smart enough not to say that out loud though… because the comparison is laughable.

Tom does have the ability to make a strange accident go away. Not to make the casts and bruises and questions from others at the firm that he works at 7 days a week to go away though. Someone would notice. Erika’s son works for the LAPD. On the rare occasion she spoke of him, he was a very regular young cop on patrol. I don’t think he has the power to cover up anything. Tom is like best personal friends with the police chief, mayor, and every judge and lawyer. He did illegal stuff for 40 years that people looked the other way on because they thought he was a good guy, he was too big too mess with, didn’t want to make trouble, want to stay on his good side… whatever. I can believe that he had favors and pull to cover up anything because he clearly robbed people of hundreds of millions. I still think the car crash story is bananas and makes no sense and Erika is full of shit. There are a lot of holes in that story. As others suggested, he might have been drunk. Nobody totals a car and is unconscious for hours and doesn’t seek and require medical treatment for broken bones nor report to insurance that you no longer have the car. You only act shady and evasive when you have reason to.

Yessss!! I have always thought that Rinna is name dropping every time she refers to her husband as Harry Hamlin. She does it with a lot of people— like her very close friend of 20 years Denise Richards Cindy Crawford. Harry Hamlin is still a respected actor in Hollywood. He did some decent stuff and he has done theater and he is a smart and serious person. Nothing award winning, but more than just a pretty face. Lisa Rinna is a hustler who will work her ass off, sell anything, is fun to schmooze with, and will name drop her husband at least once in every interaction so that you know she is Hollywood-adjacent-important.

She wore some tie dye mechanic garage jumpsuit recently and pulled it off. Amazing really.
I don’t know if Dorit has the right aesthetic for high fashion, but the industry is changing and she definitely has the aesthetic on the fast fashion sites. She is older now, but she has a lot of experience modeling her own designs from various labels she has had. How does one have so many companies? Just relaunch new brands every year? Must be cumbersome. Maybe that’s how they stay a few steps away from the heat? Her body is insanely good and you are right that she makes everything look better than it does on the runway model, the mannequin and the hanger, which is nearly impossible to do. Her skin is impeccable too and it glows like she has a perfect fresh tan at all times. I would love to know her approach to eating, exercise… hell I’m interested in her habits of sleeping, spray tanning and moisturizing because I would be willing to give it all a whirl! Apparently, they have no money, yet she never looks stressed at all. She looks amazing. I would read that book. If she was actually honest about it, I would read the hell out of that book. I know she is a grifting grifter… I just wanna know is that yoga??? Pilates? How are you so calm? what are you doing Door-it? Help us help youuuu, girl.

I remember when Erika told the women that Tom had a broken ankle from a car accident. The other women commiserated saying that “powerful men are the WORST patients” and Erika responded saying that he hasn’t slowed down at all and something about how tough he is, even at his age, and you can’t keep him down resting at all. So now this was all lies too and he was ejected from the car down a cliff and called Erika to retrieve him and he had multiple broken bones over his body that no one knew about or noticed? Were there not multiple casts required if he broke more than his ankle? The LIES!!
This story makes zero sense and is more bullshit the longer they let her go on with it.

Although Camille is not platinum and has very natural looking hair which looks like just highlights. I’m fairly certain it’s not and that’s why I love it so much and find it looks so money and well done. It’s gorgeous, you can’t even tell if it’s color. Kyle is always the queen of hair with that gorgeous thick long hair. Joyce had gorgeous hair too that had such natural body! Dark hair is a bit easier to keep in good shape and grow longer if you are not coloring it to lighten it. Any hair color that requires stripping the hair makes it split and it can look dry and frizzy quickly especially with heat tools. I am not a hair specialist, but I think that adding color to gray hair can be moisturizing to it. It doesn’t strip the shaft the same way as lightening with peroxide does, so it is not as damaging and is easier to maintain from thinning and being split and frizzy and straggly. But any hair that looks thick and beautiful takes care and maintenance and everyone’s hair on this show is beautiful. Erika’s look screams MONEY and TIME to me. You need to be willing to spend a lot and have the time to sit your ass in the chair for color and treatment more than once per week.

On the really petty side, she certainly does need a village to maintain her looks. It really is expensive to be her. To have hair that blonde and that long and looking good and healthy, you literally have to be in the chair every two days getting color and deep conditioning. Erika has no roots ever and no straggly ends. Her hair looks super healthy and bouncy like a fresh cut, whether straight or curly. Her look is impeccable and it takes money. The only other blond with hair that looks that healthy is Camille. Her hair looks fantastic and healthy and natural too. The polar opposite is someone like Angela on 90 Day Fiancé who is also going for very blonde, yet we can see how it can easily dry out your hair and make it fall out and look frizzy and fried very quickly. It takes money to maintain hair. Although we have seen that Erika does have some redness and rosacea (she is human and eats dairy!), her skin really is pretty flawless and never appears to have a blemish or any discoloration or dryness with makeup on. That also takes money and a good and disciplined regimen with good products that work for your skin. She likely gets microneedling and laser and other facial treatments regularly in addition to Botox/Dysport and filler every 3 months. She is very honest that “looking this good don’t come for freeeeeee!”

FWIW Ruth Madoff was not allowed to keep any of her personal items and they were all auctioned off - furs, clothing, jewelry. At one point Erika was told to stop selling her clothing on-line since it was theoretically an asset that could be use to pay the creditors.

ETA: Also, they should inventory her clothes. They are at least a couple hundred thousand dollars… if not millions with the jewelry. At least one of her Cartier rings is 6 figures. Also ALSO, when Tom gave her that Chagall painting as a birthday gift, Ericka gave us a talking head interview that Tom likes to give her expensive paintings and he collects these and gives them as gifts to her… and she prefers jewelry and he also gets her that. So where are the other paintings??? That burn victim needs multiple surgeries. Sell the paintings! Sheeeesh!

Anyone familiar with Los Angeles real estate understands that it is considered relatively prime location at this point because it is not 50 miles out in the boonies :-) so comps of this area have lots of 3/2 homes because that was pretty much the kind of families the homes were originally built for.
It is a neighborhood of homes that were built for people of relatively modest means - not as modest as the two bedroom bungalows that were built for the working class all around Los Angeles in the same era but still built for a middle class family.
The comps for comparable homes in her neighborhoods are above $2,000,000 at this point. It is my understanding that the attorney for the Trustee has subpoenaed records for her "landlord" because there might be financial irregularities involved in the lease. Who knows what they are - it could be that she isn't paying rent or it could be that rent is inflated as a way of laundering money. It is hard to determine rental comps but $10,000 seems high for the house.
FWIW Rinna and Erika share the same accountant/business manager. She recently incorporated a business that was called Own It or something like that which alluded to her housewife statement. I don't think Harry would have been stupid enough to get involved with financial transactions with Erika but there might be a reason why Rinna is still not pressing Erika to "own it". It is really hard to figure out what housewives are responding to in real time at this point because they are still under contract not to reveal certain plot points so maybe they are waiting for the reunion when everything becomes fair game.
FWIW (again) news just broke that PK and Dorit have tax liens in the neighborhood of $1,500,000 which might be a reason why Dorit is so mum on all things relating to financial irregularities.

Neither are award winning BB players at all, however I think Derek F actually did way more than Victoria ever did in that he had an alliance and talked game and strategy. All of it would have happened without him and he is delusional regarding his power and actual effect in the game, however he did have some influence through his social strategy and his style of repetitive mantras to whomever he spoke to about targeting the girls or lambasting the next target to be sure they go or emphasizing that Azah/Alyssa are like his best friends and he has a locked final 2/3 with X and Ky.
Victoria was a goat who wandered in and out of rooms and waited for her time with Derrick and was dragged to the end, whereas Derek F. had a more active role in the game, even if he couldn’t win any competitions and the Cookout may have made similar choices without him there. His presence and opinion was considered even if he was always a great #2 to drag to the end to sit next to. He was an obvious goat to get to the end and no one voted him out. He was not good at winning BB, but it’s not like he wasn’t there. He was a big emotional support to the Jokers. Victoria kind of just existed.
