I really liked Shaun's story line with Vera. He saved her and it had nothing to do with his brilliant brain and everything to do with his humanity. He talked to her to comfort her, calm her, and distract her from her pain and the danger of her situation. He could have amputated her leg earlier, but he waited until the last possible second, giving every opportunity for her leg to be saved even though it put him in grave danger with her. Despite his autism, he really was able to connect, communicate, comfort and ultimately save Vera. Bravo!

Am I the only Shaun ❤️ Leah fan? So much more chemistry than that clinical relationship with Carly. I loved that last scene! I’m shocked about Melendez though. I kept thinking they’d find a solution. 😢 the Clair/Melendez and Clair/Lim scenes were great.

I really enjoyed the episode. Who could have seen Melendez coming? Yes, the why would that hurt was subtle? Still I love it. I don’t think they’d kill Melendez off. He’s too popular and there have been no signs he wants out. Andrews or Lim make a lot more sense. Andrews can’t go back to an attending forever. Or maybe it’s Glassman then Andrews could go back to President. Sick Glassman got on my nerves but went back to loving him this season. Or maybe it’s Carly? Where was she? I loved having Steve come back. Great move and scenes. Maybe this isn’t popular, but I loved Shaun’s conversation with Vera(?). It was so touching and I think captured exactly why I’ve liked Shaun and Lea. Yes, in real life, she’d cry and feel bad for hearing it, but still not be romantically interested. Maybe that will happen.

Such an emotional episode. I was not really a fan of Shaun and Carly, but I felt so sad for Carly when Shaun told her he loved her but loved Lea more. Great acting on her part! And I felt so sad for Shaun when Lea said she loved him but didn’t want a relationship. I thought the emotion there was very real too. Great acting by both of them. (But come on , give Shaun happiness....) And Freddie was excellent! His scenes with Carly, Lea, and Glassman ... fabulous acting! And his breakdown with the woman’s son! Come on he deserves an award for this show!

Hmm. It didn’t occur to me that maybe Morgan and Park both complained. Thinking on it though, I think that only Morgan complained. She complained to Lim but asked her to keep it anonymous. Park told Clair it was him to prevent any further damage to the team. (He really is a good guy!). And I agree with Lim I’m confused about Morgan. I thought she was being human for a while ... but then she attempts to sabotage Shaun in the middle of surgery! And then she makes a complaint on Melendez... she’s schizo.

Just when I was thinking maybe Morgan was ok. She sure is devious, but Lim’s onto her. Good for her! Loved the little boy and his whole story. Way to go Shaun! Shaun and Leah?! I love them together. I think they have great chemistry. It was so sad though when Carly broke up with Shaun. She was great for him.

Yes this is the most unrealistic aspect Of the show for me. I think Melendez is supposed to be cardio thoracic surgeon but he does neurology, oncology, Siamese twin separation, trauma, you name it.....

I really enjoyed the medical episodes this week! Zebra fish....cool! And finally seeing Shaun’s superior intellect (and Carly’s) saving lives again. The girl with cancer was heartbreaking. But the prom ... classic Claire back! It was wonderful. Also really glad to see the start of Shaun and Claire talking again. More please. im glad Shaun and Carly finally had success. Glad to see Shaun’s smile at the end. Still think this relationship is not that great tv though. We’ll see what happens.

Well I wonder what will happen to Leah. Not much place for her if she and Shawn are not roommates. She’s not been featured very much this season as it is. I enjoyed the Shawn Leah interactions and found them much more enjoyable to watch than Shawn/Carly. I guess Morgan and Glassman both told us why it should be Shawn/Carly and not Shawn/Leah, but they have to give us some fun relationship to watch! Loved,loved, loved the Andrews/Shawn relationship talk. Really liking Andrews! and loved, loved , loved the Shawn/Glassman scene. Great tv there!

Well, not just Lea comforting him, but Shaun comfortable with her holding him all night when he can only let Carly hug him for seconds. The writers clearly are teasing this as a relationship start. Or at least as Shaun recognizing feelings for Lea. But the writers seem to like to tease false directions. I think that his comment about feeling different with Lea vs Carly is going to be that Lea’s touch didn’t add sexual pressure.

It was great to see Clair moving forward with her problems. There has not been enough interaction between Clair/Shaun in season 2 or 3 so far. Come on writers, it’s time for that to change!

A very intense episode. I’m glad to see more back story on Shaun and his parents. There’s no excuse for how they treated Shaun and his brother, but still it’s good to put it into more context. I loved Leah with Shaun. I’m glad they showcased their relationship and showed how Leah is good for him. Glassman seemed jealous. Guess we will have to wait to find out what sleeping with Leah holding him all night meant to Shaun. I gotta say it was a relief to see that happen without all the stress and frustration of Shaun’s interactions with Carly.

Still don't see any chemistry between Shawn and Carly. But I did really like the way Carly spoke to Morgan about Shawn. I wonder what was going on with Shawn... Is it just nerves or is Carly not the right person for him? I just saw a lot more chemistry between him an Leah. Carly must have the patience of a saint because I'm losing patience with what's holding Shawn back. Poor Clair. She pushed that woman so hard to force her husband to tell the truth. Did she want to be found out? I have really liked the Melendez/Clair relationship, so I was very happy to see him go to her. They don't have to become a couple, but their relationship is cool. Can't wait for the next episode!

I wonder what Incomplete is referring to? Well. we'll find out soon. 🙂

Enjoyed both patient stories. First time in a while for some good patient stories I think. Poor Clair. I really hope she get her mojo back. Morgan really is being a good friend to her and also picking up her slack, but I miss Clair. Shaun and your patients need you Clair! I really liked Shaun and his patient this episode also. It was nice to see Shaun connect and help her on an emotional level. And liking Park's relationship with Shaun. Loved him texting back "I'm here" at the end.
