I may have said this here or in a FB group when Lauren miscarried very early and people were calling it a late period and talking about her reaction. These women have been raised from birth being taught that their most important role in life is having baby after baby after baby. How devastating it must be to miscarry. Jill took a pregnancy test which turned out positive. She and Derick were excited about the news and began planning for this new addition to their family. Maybe Jill was feeling she was in a good place mentally to go through pregnancy and having an infant again, especially with Israel in school and Sam not far behind. And then she had a miscarriage and wasn’t pregnant anymore, and what she was very excited about was no longer. She has the right to grieve that loss in her way. Maybe it’s too public for some of our tastes but she grew up with her whole life being available to the public thanks to her parents, and is still figuring out her life away from that, and at a distance from her family. It’s wonderful that she has friends to provide support in so many ways. Maybe she and Derick just needed a night to go for a walk or a drive and be together in their sadness, and friends stepped in to support. I don’t think what she posted was so wrong, and none of us know her personally to judge her motives for her post.

I sure as hell hope she isn’t expecting Nurie to help her walk, bathe and dress and to serve her, considering Nurie gave birth just a few days ago. Oh, who am I kidding. She’s probably reclining on a couch with the baby with Nurie and Nathan wait on her hand and foot. And sees absolutely nothing wrong with it. What a SEVERELY horrible person.

I may be in the minority but I really hate calling young children “the littles”. Almost as much as the term “baby bump”.

Thank you for letting us know. I just looked at it, and it's a great read.
Assuming Josh gets convicted, where do you guys think this leaves him in terms of his family? Let's say he does five years in jail. When he gets out, does he go back to the warehouse? Back to a Boob- approved job? Will his brothers agree to work with him? Or will Boob shuffle Josh, Anna and the M's off to some remote property and give them a monthly allowance? I can't envision a scenario where Josh's siblings welcome him back to the fold. I know they're brainwashed weirdos, but they can't be that far gone, can they?
If he is convicted, will he be able to have unsupervised time with minors when he’s released? Say he gets out in 5-6 years. He will still have minor children. I’m guessing his terms of release will include restrictions on his access to children. Will he have to register as a sex offender?

Why does it matter that the cousin’s son is adopted. This is a big pet peeve. The source is the cousin’s son would suffice. SGirl is our daughter, not our adopted daughter. Who knows, maybe his father has talked to him about it.
I was just about to post the same. There was no reason for that article to mention he was adopted. My child is my child, not my adopted child. She is no less a member of our extended family than any child in our family. That stuff just makes me so mad. Your child is your child, whether through birth or adoption.

Dear Jill. The only reason we care about your Facebook announcement is because we want to see (and Kaylee) get out of your house, be loved and treated like an individual with (hopefully) her own thoughts and dreams, get enough to eat, be able to dress and do her hair and makeup according to her own wishes, and be as happy as Nurie seems with Nathan. And to move as far away from you as possible.

Isn’t Snuggles the dog they left behind on one of the Stink Bus tour stops and didn’t even realize it? And then didn’t even come back to get her from the people who found her until about a week later? Sorry, Jill, but that is NOT loving your dog.

And what would be the reason to post this for millions of strangers?
Because she grew up a Duggar with her life documented on camera for all to see and thinks that’s normal. That and they all believe they’re super Christians and celebrities that the world can’t get enough of.
I have relatives and friends around the same age who would post the same kinds of pictures on Instagram or Facebook. Granted they don’t have millions of followers but some have 400-700 people on their Friends list. I’ve seen plenty of similar pictures posted on their pages.

So Joy goes on a trip to see her bestie while her precious daughter has a "terrrible cold" in the age of covid? Well they do things very differently for sure.
Terrible colds can come on quickly. Evy could have been fine when Joy left, then come down with a fever and cold and Joy cut her trip short. Not trying to be argumentative but I remember my daughter at that age and how she could be feeling absolutely fine in the morning, then wake up from her afternoon nap feeling miserable and her nose running like a faucet.

My first thought was that the baby looks fine just sleeping (those cheeks are so precious I am DYING), but that Joy does not look well. Sad and exhausted.
I think she looks like a mom who has either been up all night with a sick child, or who has had an exhausting day with a child who was sick and miserable and not easily consoled.

The picture of Jill and Derick on the dock is really nice. They both look happy and relaxed.

I think Jill photoshopped some pounds off herself in this picture. I’m not trying to fat shame - I’m overweight myself - but when you look at this picture next to the family picture, she looks much thinner here, and not just because of whom she’s standing next to.

The Rods invaded my dreams the other night. I dreamed I was at a hotel pool in a changing room. Janessa was sitting on the floor eating some pills out of a prescription bottle while Jill spackled on her make up. When I pointed it out to her, she told me that just a few won’t hurt her. Then the whole family was in the pool in their street clothes, and Jill was loudly and obnoxiously throwing beach balls around. One of my friends was in the corner of the pool with one of the Not Nuries, trying to convince her to break free while I was playing with the little girls. Jill made the whole family leave when some people came in with beer and snacks. It was one of those dreams that seems so real it stays with you when you wake up. Good lord, I hope I never end up in the same hotel as Jill!

Jessa’s due any day now. She’s probably tired, I’m sure her back aches, she’s probably hot and miserable. I can’t snark on her for having a car date with Ivy. At this point in her pregnancy I’m sure the last thing she wants to do is chase a 2 year old around a park.
I only watched with the video with the sound off and captioning on, but Ivy is a smart little one. I used to be an early childhood teacher and would have loved to have her in my classroom. Of course, I’m sure none of those 3 children will ever go to a school beyond the SOTDRT. And that just seems so sad.

If anybody ever posted pictures of me in the ER for any reason, but especially banged up and bruised after a car accident, they would be the next patients in the ER. I can’t see the pictures on her blog, but Jill posted them on Facebook. Keep exploiting those kids, Jill.

Cute picture. I know the round, 80s glasses are trendy, but Claire looks ten years younger without them.
She’s very pretty but those eyelashes... But if she enjoys them, that’s what matters.

If Jinger actually built that swing set, I'll give her props for that. But it's also possible that that picture is staged. Either way, Jeremy is a douche.
I'm trying to figure out if her top is tucked into her shorts or if it is a crop top. It could honestly go either way.
I hope it’s a crop top. So in case Boob and Mullet should happen to see it, their heads will explode. That is if they’re not too busy writing checks to Smuggar’s lawyers.

The Other Duggars: The Lost Girls and Amy
in Counting On

Typo
It’s almost scary to read the humpers’ comments on Facebook anytime anything about Josie is posted. People almost claiming her as their own as they’ve prayed for her and followed her story since Day 1. I can never never imagine exploiting my child for fame and profit the way Boob and Mullet, or any other reality show families have. I feel so bad for all the awkward embarrassing moments of those kids’ lives that have been shown to millions and can continue to be found online. And all without their consent. Awful parents, all of them.
