  1. I was told that interviewers were instructed to take it easy on Victoria after "all she had been through."
  2. When Mattel released its first African American Barbie, it was controversial because it was just the regular Barbie with darker skin -- that's the kind of diversity Kelli wants: brown girls with white bodies.
  3. Silly me. I thought they'd take into consideration the fact that VK lied about having a disability the previous year, lied about going to a doctor, and then when caught in the lie, threw an employee of the DCC organization (who also happens to be a beloved DCC) under the bus. My bad . . .
  4. That's because lawyers have a professional code of ethics that include confidentiality. I'm not sure this is the same thing. There's also a number of jobs--most in fact--where lying to your employer would mean instant termination. Yet that's exactly what VK did last season and not only is she back in training camp, she's been given a Barbie and now a spot on show group!
  5. I never said I learned those things from TCC candidates. There are a lot of people in the know who are NOT TCC candidates, and many of them aren't even employees.
  6. Actually several people have told me this.
  7. Agree 100%. To say this team has jumped the shark is an understatement.
  8. I don't know, but everyone has been told not to share anything that might subject Victoria to further public scrutiny.
  9. Perhaps she was overheard being critical of VK . . .
  10. Same. I'll read on here to see what's being shown, but I refuse to watch. They have double-down HARD on the nepotism being shown VK this year. And to the people who are saying, "it's okay, she's really improved!": 1) I'm told she still is heavy (when not sucking in her gut) and 2) regardless, she should have never been allowed to reaudition given the outrageous lies she told last season (not to mention throwing Jinelle under the bus once she was caught).
  11. Everyone who was on SG last year made it back except for Jalyn. 🙁
  12. Respectfully, that's not it all. I'm not comparing myself to VK, I'm comparing her to the other girls who were cut for the least little thing. She, on the other hand, gained 10+ pounds in training camp, lied about a disorder, lied about going to the doctor about said disorder, and when called on it, threw Jinelle under the bus. Plus, she's an average dancer at best. In the past, any ONE of those infractions would cause a girl to get cut and told to never return--not so with Victoria. She will make the DCC this year, that much is known. But, to me, she will always be an illegitimate DCC -- someone who only got the spot because of who her mom is. Keep in mind, they only take 36 girls. That means some deserving girl is going to be cut just so VK can wear the uniform. It's really sickening.
  13. Not many girls could make it to training camp, gain over 10 pounds, lie about a medical condition, lie about going to the doctor, throw a beloved DCC under the bus when her lies are discovered, cause massive drama for the other TCCs and yet not only be allowed to try out again the next year, but be awarded a Barbie. This organization is sickening.
  14. With so few vets cut at finals and 18 rookie candidates, this training camp will be a blood bath. Unless a vet is cut during TC, half the rookies will be sent home.
  15. I guarantee you that nobody is happier that Malena didn't make it back than Tina. She knew that if Malena was in training camp, she'd get a lot of attention in the editing as a potential comeback girl. With her out of the picture, VK will get more attention. It wouldn't surprise me at all to learn that Tina lobbied Kelli not to give Malena another shot (not that she deserved it any way -- Malena is not a strong candidate -- but the judges should be reaching those decisions on their own).
