  1. Judging what they charge for stuff on their website, I can only imagine how much they'll charge to spend a night in that house. But looking at the street view, why would anyone spend that kind of money to look at those views?
  2. Was tonight a new episode? The one where they renovate their bed and breakfast? I thought they butchered that home. I love shiplap but so much of it and the style made it way more modern than a house that age should have been. The staircase was horrid and knocking down the wall made it look worse than when there was a big (lovely) hallway. And if it isn't white on white on white it's white on gray on white. This episode annoyed me more than any others. I love watching Chip and Jo but what they did to that house made me want to throw something at the TV.
  3. I'm so confused over how she is going to make any money off this house. Detroit has some nice neighborhoods here and there (they hire their own security to patrol) but it's not nice enough to warrant what she is going to have to price this house at in order to make much of a profit. All those guys working, all the stuff that has been done to the house, it's got to be costing a crap load of money to restore this one.
  4. Yeah, that was the episode! That poor couple, I'd love to hear what they think of the real Nicole. The shade wasn't style appropriate. Tudor is considered arts and crafts so something a little more crafts should have been installed not something that looked like it belonged to a 1930's/40's Colonial Revival. Nicole may know how flip houses cheaply (as in taking shortcuts) but when it comes to period designs after the Victorian era, she seems to either not know it or doesn't care to be as period as she lets on she is. Those nail holes drove me crazy. She does all this work on the house but then puts nail holes all over the walls (I can imagine it's like that on other walls.)
  5. That light fixture, wasn't that shown going in a young couples home back in one of the earlier seasons? Did she just diss someone that was letting her redo their home on TV? It was a very small brick home, I remember her redoing the enclosed porch, some of the interior, I think the fixture was put up in the entrance or just inside the front door. Anyone remember that?
  6. I go through a love/hate thing with Rehab Addict. Love the show, not a fan of Nicole after following her Facebook page for a while (the rants and vague statements are very off putting, I no longer follow her.) I really want to like her but she makes it so hard! Love the Tudor she's doing in this season but the shortcuts she takes are awful. That powder room sink looked like she was applying white-out on those rust spots! She's a flipper, just paint the bathroom white to appeal to more buyers, although I'm sure the paid/volunteer actors going through the house toward the end of the season will say they love it. I'm not a fan of her kitchen redo's so hoping this time it won't look so thrown together and tacky.
  7. There was such an anticipation about Gemma's death and when it happened it didn't feel satisfactory. It was such a slow episode but when Jax got to the house, it felt rushed. I think I wanted more dialogue between Gemma and Jax. I also wished they faced each other so Gemma could look Jax in the eye and watch him kill her. Now that I think about it, them facing each other would have been what would have felt satisfied. I think Juice was the kind of guy always wanting approval. When (I can't think of his characters name) Manson whispered in his ear, it felt like a kindness of the approval Juice was always searching for. His death hit the spot, although I felt sad because I love Theo Rossi (I had no idea he was dating the actress who played Polly Zobelle!) I don't see race being the thing Jax wanted changed in the clubs laws. I think it's either about his sons or who gets to carry out the mayhem. Can't wait for next weeks episode, I hope nothing is left up in the air and it feels like the series went out the way it should have.
  8. Chelsea, I think her motives are more "hey look who I am with" rather than real love. Maybe she sweet talked Yamir into coming to America to become the next Justin Bieber but I am beginning to think her love is more about herself than Yamir. Jason reminds me of a family member. A quietness, not intellectual at all, just getting by to get by with no real passion about life. I kind of feel sorry for him yet he totally grosses me out. Cassia is pretty from the neck down, otherwise she looks like she was a stripper or one dollar away from being a hooker. If she has to have sex with Jason to get her greencard, she's paid her due and then some. Amy is so sweet and I hope if they get married it's a happy marriage because Danny seems to be denying something more than premartial sex.
