I was annoyed by Keyra's attitude. To me, she came off as very self centered and like she expected to make the team without having to put in the work you.

Didn't the San Antonio Spurs just disband their "cheerleaders/dance" team? I think I read they want a more family friendly entertainment style team on the floor.

I would think, and this is only my opinion, that Tina, as a former DCC, would only want the best dancers on the team and that if her daughter wasn't as good as the others, she would hold her back from the team until she is better. I would like to think that her loyalty to a team that has given her so much over the years because of her status as a former DCC would be more important than the status of having her daughter on the team and getting so many negative comments about her dancing and her looks.

There is a reason they showed the whole working out so I don't gain weight like my mom video. No one else had a video like that, and they NEVER put in random videos, everyone has a purpose. Later in TC something will come up about her weight, and I would not be a bit surprised if she was cut because of weight and her reason wasn't some BS like "my mom struggled and so do I and there was no time for me to workout becuase I was so busy practicing" or something like that!

What season was it that Kitty specifically asked Milan why she didn't try out for show group? Milan replied that her schoolwork kept her too busy, and that she had a 4.0 average every semester in school. They told her they were so proud of her, now they are acting like she did something wrong? See, this is again why I think that certain people are given certain "passes" and certain behaviors are allowed (VT).

This is how I feel about the whole Christina thing. Kelli told her she had a lot of respect for Christina for continuing to try out and for listening to their critiques and fixing them. But what about Amy? She did the same thing and they cut her on the last night. Yes, there were some issues with her, but there were with Kelsey too, and they kept her. Everyone said Christina was weak, looked like she had no stamina, and yet they still made her a cheerleader. Every year it is as if they are changing what they want depending on the girl. It just seems like favoritism or hypocrisy is obvious every season.

I agree - the season is only two shows in and already it seems like this drama has been going on for months. I just wish we could get to training camp and see for ourselves what drama is playing out and how.

Yes, I get the Jenna/Holly drama. I forgot about that. But, there was no mention of Erica's BS during the show, or of Milan leaving to study abroad.

Ok, I am a new member to this site, so please bear with my ignorance - what do you mean when you say "Brennan gets cut and goes all Meghan F on everybody".

When Charlotte said she had the exact opposite response and Kelli agreed with her, that is when I knew the fix was in. The weatherman was spot on in his critique, and when Melissa looked over at him you could see she wanted to agree with him. I am really sad that Kelli is "cheapening" the reputation of all these cheerleaders for the sake of her own friendship with TK.

I have watched last season several times, and I am not sure what everyone is referring to about last year being a "shitshow". I have been watching this show from the beginning but this is the first time I have been on this forum, so I am very new to what is going on, but what is up about last year?

And if that is true, why didn't Dayton make it, either this year or last? I thought I read that Keyra and Selina did not make it back to training camp.

I feel like VK is only here for the notoriety of being a DCC and for the television time she can get for her next career. She is not going to college, never made any mention of what she would like to "be" when she grows up, and what I have seen of her so far, she is very vain and self absorbed. It feels like she is hoping to be an internet model or influencer, and being a DCC will help her achieve that.

I feel the same way. I just feel like it isn't fair to the other girls that have worked so hard to follow their dreams. I also feel that this takes away from future seasons. I want to think that with all the emphasis on character, morals, and appearance that Kelli has placed on the girls, both the ones who made the team, and those that didn't, that if VK makes the team despite the obvious weight concerns and the lack of dance ability some of the other girls have shown, she will have just reduced the integrity of the team to that of any other NFL dance team.

What about the girl that said she likes the smell of tires? Victoria's speech to the judges was her making sure she was put through to the next round. I would think, that she would want to be judged on your merits, not on who your mother was. But then I saw her dance, and she was not that good. This is going to be a really tough year to watch because I have read that VK is really being forced on everyone with WAY too much camera time. Look on the forum "Where are they now" that is also part of this forum group. There was a lot of discussion on there about Alexandria and Kalyssa.

It looks like Diamond had surgery on her stomach and that is a scar, not split abs. Paris sounds like she is/was deaf.

I agree - why is she the only rookie in the front? Is it because she is a legacy? AND that legacy is Kelli's BEST friend! She has called Tina K her best friend for years on the show!

That is so true. Once you have been watching the show for a while you start to pick up clues about how training camp went - like comments at the start of the series about the weight requirements and then someone gets cut for weight later on.
