  1. I loved this season. I was really starting to get a bad feeling about the show after last season but I genuinely liked most of the cast & thought the final two were great. I initially thought Kaycee blew it taking Tyler but it fit her game. If she had turned on Tyler it would have gone against who she was all season & she wouldn't have anything to say to the jury. I must be getting soft in my old age because it actually broke my heart a little bit when Tyler said he thought America hated him. I think he & Hayleigh were the most strategic players but totally respect Kaycee's game. It was so cute when they kept tieing in the last HOH. That's what happens when you spend too much time with someone lol.
  2. Incorrect elevator etiquette drives me up the wall. We don't have trains here but it sounds like the same concept. I do the Muppet thing with "phenomenon".
  3. It would be different if she could work through the stages of grief in private; I think she'll eventually be angry with the person she needs to be angry with but since it's all happening in real time with two live shows to worry about she's at a disadvantage in a way. I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt of course, don't really know her.
  4. I think it's pretty much a combination of what you all have said. She's being treated differently, told to keep quiet about the situation, "taking time off" from The Talk so she can't vent there.. Overall I thought she did well the whole show (aside from Brent) & I was looking for cracks in the veneer. One of the reasons she may have been able to hold it together was because she knew she was going to throw that bomb at the end.
  5. I'm not hearing Hilton Head at all in his speech. I heard "You can all suck it. Except for Tyler, who's already getting a steady diet of that."
  6. I don't know about anyone else, but I am very relieved to hear this info about coral debunked.
  7. So if they make it different enough for people to bitch about I guess that kind of counts as original? I have a natural ear for music & it used to drive me nuts when I was younger & would hear songs on commercials or a "new" popular song that was obviously a ripoff/take on a song I definitely could hear within it. It seems to me we as a species only have a limited amount of original concepts in our lexicon so we keep revisiting the same ones but put a new spin on it. The most ready example that keeps popping into my mind is The Flintstones which were a pretty big ripoff of The Honeymooners. /devil's advocate
  8. I was wondering about that (spoiler tag) since it involves live feed info. I don't have the live feeds so I didn't see what happened but if Tyler were my son & someone did anything sexual to him while he was unconscious I would be out for blood.
  9. Wow, I would imagine it's somewhere in the contract that the HG's sign that acting in an aggressive, harmful manner towards fellow HGs is not allowed. Also sexual misconduct should specifically be put into the terms, especially on a show such as this. I'm not sure why CBS isn't taking any action; they must feel they have the legal wiggle room to allow it for the publicity. That's pretty despicable if true imo..
  10. Well I feel like an asshole falling for the editing like that lol. She turned out to be a sweetheart.
  11. I'll probably give it a chance since I don't have much else to watch at the moment & I enjoy psycho-analyzing people but much about the premiere episode bothered me. I can let a lot slide but the part where the narcissistic Nashville singer dumped her boyfriend on camera was so obviously some kind of sick forced reenactment that I kind of felt bad even witnessing it. Is she their villian? They spent so much time on her & our sympathetic hero Robbie it was imo a detriment to the rest of the cast. Maybe it is like other reality TV editing & it's because they are important to the end game but this is a new show on a mainstream network so they shouldn't count their chickens if you ask me.
  12. Oh ok, since @mindthinkr responded like they did I got confused. I don't know everyone yet. I'm new here (obviously) lol.
  13. @TattleTeeny, I had a scary moment at the Kroger up the street from me when I did the same thing, so you are not alone. She actually nudged my cart, can you imagine? And I know it was intentional by the look she gave me when I gave her my "WTF" face.
