It's just weird that you feel the need to share every boring detail of your self-proclaimed fascinating influencer life.

All the "influencers" do this.  Apparently there is an entire generation who can't even decide what to eat without their phone telling them about the latest food trend or what to wear, etc.  If the internet ever goes out for a long period of time will we see crowds of hungry, naked people wandering the streets just waiting to be told what to do?

That is true but this Writer uses mental illnesses too often as a plot point  to write for women. He cannot give a woman any type of motivation that is not connected to a man or some type of mental illness.   It says a lot how he views women in my opinion.

Sandman's post above was a perfect description of the writing when it comes to the female characters.. Why did Abigail have to develop DID? why couldn't it be a man for once. Has a guy on a soap ever had DID?

And the woman is driven to madness by a man. In Ben's case a woman was the trigger but it was his underlying abuse that caused his craziness (along with Clyde's manipulation).  With Claire, it was because men (Theo and Tripp) preferred someone else over her.

On a snarkier note:  It's been HOW many days since Caroline's memorial and Hope is STILL wearing her sparkly disco jacket.  My theory is that she's testing it out for when they rename her police commissioner (c'mon, we all see this coming a mile away, right?)  She's decided all the police uniforms should be made from sparkly disco fabric because you KNOW that shit can stop bullets.

Excellent posts about Eve. I will never blame her for hating someone who killed her child, but she should have cared more about Claire and the people she could hurt, not prioritize revenge above all. I'm glad Eve realized this. Kassie continues to be great. I am a huge fan of hers much as I am not an Eve fan. She seemed sincerely upset by everything, especially when she found out Claire tried to kill herself.

KDP is such a great actor that I can overlook a lot.  BUT this story would have been a lot better if they had actually showed Eve grieving the last few years.  She was so busy marrying Deimos, trying to control Titan, hooking up with Brady, throwing Theresa under the bus, trying to run some company, getting in some stupid revenge feud with Jennifer, pushing Jack to be mayor and using Claire to get to Haley that it really has been Paige who? with her.  Her single mindedness now about Ben seems like she just remembered she had a daughter.

They look like Janelle has just presented them with either sludge smoothies, greasy chicken fajitas or some equally wonderful culinary "masterpiece/rock star" and they're trying to convince the other one to try it first.  I sense a triple dog dare coming soon.

Even though we are used to how bad her writing is, at least you can usually decipher what she’s trying to convey. This is next level bad...Just Saddness.

She's TRYING to say that these shirts run large so buy a size smaller than you normally would.  This is sort of like learning a foreign language - the fact that I'm actually starting to understand this scares me a bit.

o just out of mindless curiosity, I checked the Yoga Alliance website. The 200RYT is the basic minimum certification.  Most of the instructors I know personally have much higher certs and additional credentials. I get that she's just starting out and all, but I think the fact that she didnt Instagram about her first class is a big tell.

I'm cutting her a break on the yoga thing.  How can she get experience if to get experience they require experience?  I think because people don't like her and Mykelti they tend to be judged more harshly than the other Brown children.

Logan (and Michelle) both started down the reality show road - they were on the show and doing couch sessions just like everyone else.  I think something either happened or they got some serious blow-back that made them change their minds and step back.

I realize that Maddie probably had serious worries because she was pregnant and her husband had some serious health issues but she basically sold her soul to get TLC money.  She gave birth in that bathtub on TV!

Aspyn has also started down the "Use my celebrity to hawk crap" road by shilling contact paper nails and diarrhea tea.

It's really just the next group of boys - Hunter, Garrison, Paedon, who seem to be making their own way without using their "celebrity status."

There's one episode where her weight loss had stalled and he attempted to say to her that she needed to follow a measured eating plan - he had a fitness nutrition expert meet with Janelle and explain food journaling, portion control and all that which Janelle proceeded to blow off.

I don't remember that but I do remember that the reason the scale wasn't going down was because while she was, indeed, losing fat she was also gaining lean muscle.  Net result is she was much thinner (she looked the best she's ever looked at the commitment ceremony) but the scale wasn't moving.  I guessing she got frustrated and gave up - like she pretty much does with everything.

Hopefully the Kidnap Kabin will be bulldozed and something new rebuilt. It probably isn't safe with at least two fires, holes, charred wood, insects, animals, gasoline.

That's my other snark.  Why is there always a random can of gasoline just sitting around these cabins (both kidnap kabin and the Horton cabin)?  You would have a can of gasoline for your power tools and you don't generally have power tools at a cabin.  (Not usually a lot of lawnmowing and weed wacking going on.)  And you definitely would NOT just leave it sitting around outside.  And since if there WAS gas at kidnap kabin Claire would have used it all up the last time so there wouldn't be any for her to use.  Are we really supposed to think Claire stopped on her way and bought gas?  And apparently she travels with the lighter all the time now.  I know, I'm WAY overthinking this.

They call Russ fat, Pedro's mother and sister called him fat when he landed in the DR, Jay's sister called him fat when she came here, Hazel called Tarik fat when she first met him at the airport. I don't know if it's suppose to be an insult (like that's what happens to you when you live in the U.S.) or what. Probably.

In MANY cultures to say someone is fat is a compliment (especially so in Jamaica).  It means they are looking well and prosperous (as in, they can afford to buy enough food and they are not working themselves to the bone just to survive.)  In Juan's case it was NOT meant as a compliment it was meant as an insult because he is just nasty.  I've pretty much lost any respect I may have had for Pao's mother after she just accepted the Juan bs.  I don't really believe he has ANY interest in being a godfather, I think this was just something he and Pao cooked up to get to Russ.

  11. Glad this stupid story line is FINALLY over but must have at least a little snark.  When they were begging Claire to open the door, I kept seeing that there were literally HOLES in the back of the cabin.  Seriously, someone couldn't have simply walked around back and pushed the charred wood out of the way?  How is that door the only thing still there (except for the bed that will never die)?

  12. OK, I'm apparently a little slow on the uptake because it took a while for what Aladin said while talking to his friend to sink in.  He basically said that whenever Laura reacts in a way he does not like (such as getting jealous of other women he is messaging) he simply blocks her until she gets back in line.  He knows EXACTLY what he is doing.  He's training her to be what he wants.  There was a preview of someone saying he can have up to 4 wives.  He is setting her up so that when he decides it's time to take another wife she will be so docile that she will simply consent and keep contributing money, cooking, cleaning, etc.  He doesn't care if she is sexually satisfied because that part of the relationship is going to dwindle until she's happy for whatever crumbs he deigns to give her.  He's definitely setting up the long con.

But then again they are not stopping him from getting married 8 days out.

He is an adult.  They can not stop him.  However, the counselor WAS trying to get Tiffany to wise up and not go through with this yet but rocks never listen.  He could have told her their was a 99% chance that getting married so soon will lead him straight back to rehab and she would be in her talking head saying something like "Yes, the counselor said it would be hard but we have a legitimate shot at making it work."

Jihoon should have told Deavan, no way am I spending  the next seven years with two kids sleeping between us.  Starting tonight she sleeps in her own bed. Or this relationship is over.

I do not have children.  I have occasionally had to put up with a child I was baby sitting coming in to my bed in the middle of the night.  CHILDREN ARE HORRIBLE TO SLEEP WITH!!!  They kick, they turn sideways, they make weird noises.  I don't know exactly what else it is they are doing but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get any sleep.  Maybe that's why Deaven makes such crap decisions - she's severely sleep deprived.

"After being admitted to the United States as a K-1 nonimmigrant and marrying the U.S. citizen petitioner within 90 days, the foreign national spouse can then apply for lawful permanent resident status in the United States (get a Green Card).

This page provides specific information for foreign nationals in the United States who want to apply for lawful permanent resident status based on their admission as a K-1 nonimmigrant and marriage within 90 days to their U.S. citizen petitioner. This is called “adjustment of status.” You should also read the Instructions for Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status (PDF, 485 KB) before you apply."

I looked at Form I-485 and the foreigner needs to fill it out and sign, there is nowhere for the American spouse to sign off.

So, are we supposed to believe that none of the foreign spouses ever researched how a K-1 Visa and subsequent Adjustment of Status works? Ashley never looked up what the process is?

Oh, this makes sense.  My husband was here on a student Visa so, of course, I never filled out initial paperwork to bring him to this country.  That is why I needed to fill out paperwork AFTER we were married and go to the immigration office for an interview.  We were doing the steps opposite.

is a requirement or simply a right the American spouse has.

If I understand the situation from my extensive research (5 minutes on Google), the citizen spouse MAY apply for a change of status so that the immigrant spouse qualifies sooner for a green card (citizenship).  IF the immigrant is married to someone like Coltee or Ashley, they have to "hang in there" (live) with them for three years; at that point, the immigrant spouse can apply on their own for citizenship.  I don't know if I could stand living with either of them for three minutes, much less three years.

First - green card does NOT equal citizenship it equals residency.  My husband has a green card but is not a citizen.  Granted it has been many years and things could have changed but the immigration agent told us that my husband would get a 2 year "conditional" green card.  After we had been married for 2 years we had to prove to immigration that we had a "real" marriage i.e. owning property together, a lease in both our names, a joint bank account etc.  Once we had done this, he got his permanent green card - we could have gotten a divorce and it would not have affected his green card status.  That is why Ashley wants Jay to sign the divorce papers.  I don't think there is any way around the waiting period - I could be wrong but I don't think that Jay could even apply for citizenship before the 2 years.  (I notice people are mentioning 3 years - it's possible the Dept. of Immigration has changed the requirement from 2 to 3 years - I'm far to lazy to look it up.)

I'm guessing that this is also why Mohammad wanted Danielle to get a divorce rather than an annulment.  They had probably been married two years at this point and divorce would not have affected his status.  While an annulment wouldn't necessarily have gotten Mo deported it was one less hoop for him to jump through.

Yes, saying Nicole DESERVED BRUISES!!!!  Nicole was indeed saving that video because she wanted to humiliate Chantel but it is really on Chantel for being so stupid.  Nicole is barely out of her teens and Chantel is 10 years older than her.  Chantel should have had enough sense to know things were going south and NOT engage with Nicole (that and get her head out of her ass about who started that fight).  I am old and theoretically more sensible but if someone had told me I DESERVED to be attacked and get bruises I too may have been tempted to humiliate them in spectacular fashion.
