I wouldn’t be surprised if she ends up as a guest on Kimmel’s show soon as well. I guess my point was more related to ABC rehabilitating Meghan’s image by showing a different, cooler side of her on these late shows. She doesn’t act anything like that on The View. If I’d never seen her on The View but watched her appearances on the late shows, I’d think she was a decent person.

So I was watching SNL and towards the end of the show, a commercial about Seth Meyers’ weeknight show came on. They mentioned some of next weeks guests and one of them included Meghan McCain. Can’t find confirmation of this online at the moment but if true, ABC is once again trying to make her seem hip and cool by the more left-leaning late-night crowd. I don’t mind hearing different opinions but this feels like more of a push by ABC to get her some relevancy and cool points.

I was hoping he’d mention Chris Farley and although only briefly, he did. Also was happy to see Chris Rock randomly make an appearance. I’m actually liking the skits with Sandler so far, and I’m saying that as someone who isn’t a big fan of Sandler (I don’t dislike him, either). The PSA from Romano Tours was pretty hilarious as well. That being said, the Holes song was freakin’ awful. Very unfunny. Didn’t crack a single smile. I don’t think Sandler was in that one at all, though.

“Yesterday I wandered into a dispensary and said, give me the strongest indica you have and the guy said, sir this is a Baskins Robins.” Lol! Good show tonight. I also agree that the ASMR bit was hilarious. I’m embarrassed to admit I’ve used ASMR to help me fall asleep a time or two. Ugh. 🤦🏽‍♀️😂

On a superficial note, Chris Cuomo is aging like fine wine. He's so good looking! 😍 From start to finish, I enjoyed the interview. Before they started doing push-ups, Cuomo starts to undo his tie, and Colbert, who already took his glasses off, shoots a look at Cuomo and says, "what!?" 😅 I loved all the bromance and it's pretty obvious they have a friendship in real life.

I agree. She mentions "as a Conservative" every two seconds, even when it's irrelevant, as if it's been drilled into her brain by someone else.

She seemed very pissy during the segment about the Barr hearing. As @Tunia mentioned, I wonder if something happened backstage. Not sure how she acted after they came back from commercial break because I changed the channel.

That's what I gathered based on the way Whoopi said it. She "went home."

I've been watching the show less and less and this morning I'm reminded why. Meghan just scolded Sunny for freakin' looking at her. Looking. At. Her. Abby and Meghan are still playing the "But Obama" game while discussing the Barr hearing and I'm sick of it. I'm changing the channel, but I'll read everyone's responses later to see what they discuss during the rest of the show. I'm out!

I've been side-eyeing Van Jones for some time now, but really gave him the side-eye when he spoke at CPAC, the same place where lunatics like Candace Owens were given a platform to spew nonsense and conspiracy theories. As an aside, I noticed a ton of Bernie supporters in his comments section on YouTube are bashing him (Colbert).

Ya know, the people who edit these videos highlight her ridiculousness even more when they zoom in on her facial expressions. Sometimes those of us who watch it in real time miss out on the tiny details. She’s so over the top ridiculous.

I must say... the random zooming in of the co-hosts’ faces makes these videos 10xs funnier! I wish Miss Tara would join this thread because I can tell she has a sense of humor like the rest of us 😂
