Right! When Joy mentioned Michael Cohen, Meghan immediately cut her off and said, “I don’t care about Michael Cohen.” First off, it’s not about you Meghan. Just stfu and let Joy finish her sentence. So disrespectful and rude. Joy has the patience of a saint dealing with that brat and her bullshit everyday.

Yep, she's said that several times on the show.

Of course. It's her attitude that's complete shit. And it's not a role imo. She's like this elsewhere as well, especially when challenged on her views. The Seth Meyers interview is a prime example of that. I hope so. I'd rather see Ana at the table any day of the week over Whoopi.

While it sucks that the very fabric of our democracy has gone to hell in a hand basket, some of Colbert's best monologues have been this week, so it's a nice trade-off I suppose. Better to laugh than to cry at what's happening right now. I'm more grateful for all the late night hosts now than I've ever been!

I don't trust the Daily Mail, but if we're being honest, a lot of their reports about Meghan have turned out to be pretty accurate. I can totally see Meghan threatening execs that she'd quit if they hired Ana full-time. When ABC was considering hiring Navarro to replace former co-host Sara Haines in 2018, McCain said she would quit if she had to work with Navarro every day, the show source claims. 'That's how Ana ended up only doing one day a week,' the source said. This makes perfect sense to me. What are the odds that one of Meghan's BEST friends lands a job on the show? Abby agrees with Meghan most of the time. Hell, sometimes Meghan is rude to Abby and Abby never pushes back. Can you imagine if Ana, who is wildly popular among The View audience, replaced Sara instead? And we all see how tense Meghan appears to be whenever Ana is on the show. Again, I take the article with a grain of salt, but they've been right on the money previously about Meghan, so...

I'm glad Joy made a point about how she was actually there to watch in real time as the Nixon situation unfolded and all Meghan could point out as a counterargument are the "staggering" poll numbers against impeachment. As Joy said, people are busy with their lives and not paying attention in the same way journalists and such have to. Allow the impeachment inquiry to go forward. Abby is so clueless when it comes to politics, I swear. "If it's so bad, then why aren't we impeaching him right now? Really, Abby? 😑

I posted on Colbert's late show thread about this. Watched it last night and her nastiness towards Colbert was uncalled for. Like he said, he was going to ask her about her damn book. She should've known he was going to ask her about the impeachment inquiry first though. Ugh. Usually she's decent during interviews outside of The View, but last night wasn't a good look at all. Smoke your Mary Jane and relax, Whoopi.

Colbert obviously was going to ask you about it, Whoopi. Ugh. Don't go on these shows if you're going to be a bitch for no reason.

Wow. That conversation devolved quickly. Whoopi was getting really pissed off at Meghan. She even threw some subtle shade in there when she pointed out Meghan's age... "and what you might not remember..." And LOL @ Meghan telling Dems to just impeach Trump because she's tired of hearing about it. Yeah, because I'm sure the Dems are waiting for Meghan to give them the green light. Like Joy said, they'll get it together. Don't worry about that, Meghan. Then she said "Progressives clearly run the Dem party now," or something to that effect. What the fuck is she talking about? I'm assuming she's referring to the squad. She seriously thinks four newly elected women in Congress control the entire Dem party? And she chastised the audience again. It's time for Meghan to leave this gig and move on to other things. She's really, really bad at this.

Someone in the comments section said they get the impression that Meghan was never disciplined as a child. I don't want to go off topic, but that's the exact vibe I get from her based on her behavior, especially when someone calls her out. What do children do when an adult corrects them? Throw temper tantrums.

Also, Ana doesn't back down. I crack up when Ana is on CNN - she's doesn't bite her tongue at all over there. And let's not forget, Meghan has questioned whether Ana is still a Republican on the show a few times. Meghan can't stand having a intellectual, outspoken fellow Republican on the panel who calls out her beloved party when necessary.

What I remember from that exchange is her getting pissed off at someone in the audience. Really? Wow.

I have no doubt that Abby and Meghan have a secret pact about tag-teaming Ana. Even today when Ana complimented Abby on looking great, she didn't even say thank you. She didn't say anything. And Meghan is always saying things like, "I know Abby too well," or "we text all the time." Little comments Meghan in particular makes that leave no room for doubt, imo.
