Well for 1) you can dress up as somebody who is another race, but you CANNOT put on makeup to alter your own skin tone to another race. I saw lots of little white boys in Black Panther costumes this year, and nobody cares. I'm not offended seeing black or white girls wear a Carmen Miranda costume. Wear a Bob Marley wig ok, but add makeup to darken your skin, and it becomes a problem. Yeah, minstrel show blackface is intended to be derogatory, while Whitney and Rachel were not trying to be, but IT STILL IS NOT OK. 2) Rachel being 1/4 Japanese is apples and oranges to altering her skin tone to look like anything. Not understanding how having some non-white heritage, especially when you look 100% white, makes it ok to darken skin to look like another race for a costume. But if that is what is being said, then Bruno being half PR probably has some African ancestry (darker European Spanish often has some Northern African influence, and there could easily be some Subsaharan AKA "African American/Afro Latin/Afro Caribbean" ancestry in there, too). 3) THEY ALREADY WENT OVER THIS WITH WHITNEY, as to why this is not okay. Been there, done that, with a recent DCC. Rachel is stupid to even make it look like she is repeating history. 4) She looks darker to me then before even with that awful spray tan. It does not look natural or like it did on the show.

Exactly how I feel. I'd keep her over vets Jessika, Christina, maybe Rachel, Savannah, Yuko, etc. Heck I'd even keep her over Maddie and Amy L. based on looks. Won't even get started on the rookies. But suddenly #1 fave? Ok. Tara - get in touch with Raylee and get you a Disney job. You'd make the best Cinderella. Tara reminds me of a blond Kate Beckinsale.

If Lauren has the time available to be a GL or point, she'd be great but not sure if she can with her Big Girl Job.

No she says PT school is her future, post DCC plan. Not in yet. Kashara is grateful and knows her parents really supported her in following her dreams by encouraging her to pursue her intersets her whole life. Pageants, cheer, dance, DCC, etc. She knows she's lucky to have parents, even now as an adult, who go out of their way to let her know she can achieve her dreams. Some support might be financial, some just emotional. Give the girl a break. She's thrilled her dad's cancer went into remission and she still has her parents. She's an only child and very close to her grandmother, too.

Oh, but positive note, BRENNAN. Love it. Also Lacey is going to have a HARD TIME detaching from DCC. Bless her heart.

Y'all I'm not mad at Tara, but it amazes me how nobody ever talked about her and as soon as she's cute she's the #1 FAVE. Yes, I think other vets and rookies should have been cut before Tara, and shes so pretty, but where is all this love coming from now? Not mad at any posters either, we can all like who we like, and hate on who we want, too.

So I love this intro video and have watched like 100x. Have to say opening with Lexie makes me hope she's in the triangle next year. She is exactly what they look for and can keep up with dance. Gina looks better in motion, too. Still shots, I still don't know. Never going to think Maddie fits DCC but she looks good too. Love Tasha. Not sure why but I do. Lauren is so cute and approachable. Heather looks great. Need more Khalyn ALWAYS. Never paid much attention to Miranda but I don't get the matronly comments. She really is super pretty. Kashara and Molly I want to hang out with. They look like so much fun. None of the rookies make me want to go WOW WHO IS SHE except maybe Jalyn and Gabby. Taylor and Erin, possibly but they're the next Lexie and Alexis LOL. Just from looks. Ok bad stuff. Hannah is really pretty in person. But dang she has moments where she does look rough. Like she'll cut you rough. I don't know how they can fix that. Kelli Q's intro dance is irritating. Christina looks way too thin in the face especially, like body builder thin. Jessika - such a blender. I don't get how they can make her hair look so dull and ashy, plus like it needs brushed. Finally, it pains me to say this bc I LOVED Lacey in the beginning, but DAMN GIRL STOP MESSING WITH YOUR FACE. WTH is she doing to herself? Way too much makeup and stop with the fillers. Her lips and cheeks are so stretched and she looks like she's in drag or something with so much glam going on. YOU DO NOT NEED THIS LACEY. I mean i know she's not the only one with some procedures, but if it's just too much makeup, WIPE SOME OFF.

Nobody is pushing Kashara out. I think she got a weird edit and also maybe doesn't want to leave it yet but knows its time to move on to All Stars. It's ok to have mixed feelings. VK has NOTHING to do with Kashara retiring and they got along. VK got on a lot of people's nerves but I think Kashara is one who can handle about any personality and not let it affect her job.

If Gina didn't like her belly button she'd get it fixed like the other parts she didn't like. Seriously, BELLYBUTTON? I pick her to dealth LOL I know, but her bellybutton? I wish her face looked better in action shots bc I really think she just didn't know the Texas culture and how bad she came off bragging on herself, even if she can back up her brags with her dance.

YES. I'm going to start saying MAGICAL instead of BS. I'll start with CHRISTINA IS THE MOST MAGICAL DANCER THEY'VE EVER HAD AND HAS A MAGICAL PERSONALITY TO MATCH. Brennan has a great bod and good dance. Not triangle level, but not bubble either. Her look is all that kept her back and she can't help her face. Still think she's prettier than Amy, Gina, Keyra, Maddie, Christina, etc. Glad Brennan made it although I think Lily was better overall. Glad they didn't do Brennan that way AGAIN.
