I’m sorry. I didn’t realize until after I posted that people were unhappy with the vaccine discussion in this thread. I mean, it does pertain to training camp so I’m not sure why it really is that much of a big deal, and has to be in the small talk thread? I guess a moderator should ultimately decide?

You can still get COVID-19 even when vaccinated. The symptoms just aren’t as severe as a person who is unvaccinated. It can still be transmitted to others if a person is vaccinated and either people don’t know this or forget that this is possible. Also, the delta variant can still cause big trouble for those who are vaccinated. My employer is forcing everyone to get vaccinated by October. Many are not not happy about it. I feel like I’m on the fence. I have been vaccinated. However, I understand that this vaccine is still very new. It hasn’t even been a year yet since it’s come out. Still a lot to learn

I would include Jessica. Although I am torn on Kristin. I like her, but don't think she is one of the best dancers on the squad.

I see that Rachel W looks the same as previous years during solos. (Pony tail and same styled outfit). 🥱💤

Any word if Charm La’Donna was a judge this year? I know she made an appearance one night during last years bubble TC. I hope she comes back this season too! I usually agree with her critiques.

But didn't one of the insiders say that VK didn't apologize for whatever it is that needed apologizing and therefore VK chose to take a leave of absence instead? If its an eating disorder or anything else mental health related, I don't think VK would need to apologize for that. 🤷‍♀️

Most shocking would be: Caroline, Gina, Rachel W, Amanda, or Claire. Least surprising would be: Kristen, Jalyn, Madeline, Kat, or Alora Rose.

We need an insider to spill the beans on why she is taking this leave of absence.

Hmmm... what if VK was upset that she didn’t get Veteran of the Year and made some snarky comments and therefore was asked to apologize and then refused and now is forced to take a leave of absence instead of just apologizing? 🤔 Immaturity for sure. Especially since we saw how she handled not making show group her first audition. If this were the case I would never see VK as a good teammate and I wouldn’t even want her to come back next year.

From my understanding you have to be on the team for at least 3 years to be an All-Star.

Am I missing something? When did TPTB use VK for a storyline? If anything I feel they tried to shield her as best they could? VK wasn’t even featured on the show at last years “bubble” of a training camp. I’m gonna guess the reason VK is stepping away for a year is maybe because she is pregnant and maybe that is reason for the weight gain? Although you would think if VK is pregnant that she would need to take more than a year off to get back to audition/DCC shape depending on when she would be due. I don’t know, I feel like it’s not even that...just regular weight gain that forced her to have to retire or take a leave of absence for a year. I think TPTB won’t show this on the show or even mention it because they didn’t want VK to be embarrassed and trying to save face for her. Just my two cents!
