Also, when Paula brought in the Pnina for Jaque to try on, she mentioned being "respectful" of the $ 3,000 budget but asked her mother if there was any "wiggle room". Did anyone ever say how much over budget the dress was?

$3,900 I believe (I'm watching it now but also don't feel like rewinding to confirm).

Surprisingly it was the other friend who annoyed me at her appointment (not the booby one). "It's the style, Mrs. Brides name". And? Cut out shoulders is the trend, and it's hideous, doesn't mean I'm going to start wearing it. The dress she chose was not flattering and her weird pressuring to make her mom say she loved it was annoying. She clearly didn't.

Is there some reason why we can't go a few weeks without having to gaze upon that godawful Pnina with the giant clusters of rhinestones and the ruched bodice?

and the joke being that the bride wanted something ~different that no other bride would have. The styling of her wedding look was so bad as well. Way too much makeup, way too much hair. But the wedding itself looked fun, so good on her.

I missed what the text said in the last scene....I assume that was Alexis’ phone & it was Ted?

Yep, it was something along the lines of "it was nice to see you today :)"

  4. This show continuously makes me laugh out laugh. Then the scene with David/Patrick at the end gutted me. It was handled so well. Between David "well thats the most beautiful thing anyone has ever said' but still needing time, and then Patrick's shakey voice as he left.

I noticed NO engagement ring on Becca's left hand ring finger during the break up scenes!  Where'd it go???

It was there when they first started talking but she removed it soon after, and at one point it did look like Arie had it in his hand when he was staring off into the distance.

^speaking of which, what was she showing Arie on her wrist when he first arrived? Did she get a tattoo? I sure hope it wasn't "Becca and Arie 4ever".

It looked like a bee or something. There was a short glimpse of it near the end.

  6. I wish they had been more clear on what the programming is. A few friends and I were planning on getting together to watch the end, and now it's on two nights which we don't want to devote to it but we can't figure out which night would be worth it to get together. Three hours of an after show is just crazy. Nothing Arie has or will do is worth that much discussion unless he has chosen no one and is now dating Peter.

  7. The hilarity of the bride thinking heavier = more expensive when it was proven to be false when the massive dress was $1000 less than the ~cheap dress she put on before.

Why have a wedding planner when you're eloping? What is there to plan? Your dinner reservation for two? Oh wait that was in their hotel room... the rehearsal dinner reservation?

Coco sure didn't seem to love being swallowed up by tulle. Stop.torturing.tiny.dogs.

  8. David - Patrick - Stevie is my fav combo. I was just cackling the entire time. As much as them taking ganging up on him can be repetitive, it's still joyful and David still gets his redeeming moment by tryin to shut down Moira about the Ted-Heather situation. (Also the interactions of the cast on twitter was killing me. Apparently this episode stemmed from some real life stubborn-ness)

Moira-Alexis sweetness always kills me. I love that this family loves each other so much.

  9. Pnina assistant - her first dress was so overworked and even worse, was weirdly sheer from the knee down in the front.  And that bejewelled half crown... yikes. I miss the episodes of years long gone where I actually watched this show for the beautiful dresses and sweet stories.

The bling on her second dress was SO tacky and cheap looking.

  10. I find David/Patrick to be good because Patrick is normal and that's what seems to balance them out. You could argue that Johnny is the straight man to Moira, Ted to Alexis, and now Patrick to David. I'm sure Patrick has some weird in him (as does Johnny and Ted) which makes them compatible but having two weirdos in a relationship (like David with that photographer guy) won't work most of the time.

I was confused, but it sounded like she was saying she had it in the hotel room, but used it in the bathroom of the workroom.  Of course, merely having it in the hotel room was a violation of the rules, but she may have been Lance Armstronging it.

Yeah, she seemed to be saying she thought Tim was asking her two separate questions "did you have a tape measure in the apartments" yes, technically I did because it got shoved into my pocket. "did you use it to measure clothes" yes (in the workroom). I could understand to a degree, but she flat out said she measured a tank top she had back in the apartments so...

They were careful not to say the children were still at Andy's house, but the fact that Rose can pop in leads me to believe they are.  Not smart if true.

They bring in the kids next week, so they're definitely still on the island. The question is where - if they were staying elsewhere, it might raise suspicion and they talked about not raising attention by calling the cops about Harper's mom.

I still don't get the focus on the rock. I first thought it was essentially proof that she was weighing herself down so she's sink but I keep reading about it relation to the demon.

  13. The pieces I liked the most were in Ayana's though for the first time, I agree with the judges that her first three looks were not good at all.

Brandon's is just boring and the same old stuff.

I hate to admit that I did like some of Margarita's. Not all, but more than Brandon's. There was some variety, some surprise, some fun.

Minus the hideous tiny red dress, I wasn't mad at Kentaro's.

  14. I mean, Kenya's was the only collection I liked so this sounds about right.

They literally said "I wish we could see her whole collection." Isn't that what they're trying to decide? The people who they want to see the collection from? But sure, pick Kentaro's ugly puff shorts and no-surprise Brandon's collection of straps and belly shirts.

    Please let Ayana win.

Also, I swore Kentaro said dead COW and cat makes more sense because I was like... how did he come across a dead cow.

  15. I was happy to see Ross back on the show, plus with Jordan and was left so infuriated by how little respect Chris could give them. Who thought it would be a good idea to go from "how is Aaron going to deal with losing the love of his life" to "lols lets ask your costar how often he's bombarded with questions about Norman!". Then "how will you miss being on the show" "what do you smell like? also here's an entire segment about your stupid show no one is watching. Also a clip from the guy no one cares about talking about your show. Also how will Daryl be affected by Eric dying?"

Just have the show be Norman on a bike and be done with it. Stop wasting everyone's time
