Yes, I've noticed that as well. I think I read a comment from a previous episode where someone mentioned that it could be side effect from one of Jazz's meds.

Grandma was right about Jeanette and Jazz. I like Jazz but Jeanette is not very good about saying no to her so Jazz gets everything she wants WHEN she wants it. I'm sure with money from the show Jazz could afford to move out on her own but she has no life skills. Does she know how to do her own laundry. If I had her money I would consider a nosejob. I'm Armenian and had a big nose and the unibrow. I now have two eyebrows and a normal size nose. I just think a smaller nose would make her look more feminine. No hate intended.

I wondered about her being pregnant as well. I don't think she is. I do like this family. They all have significant weight to lose and many years if bad habits to overcome. I like that all the women always look good regardless of weight. Naomi is beautiful. I love how she dresses and does her make up.

Jazz's parents should be setting better boundaries for her and giving guidance on when it is or is not appropriate to talk about things. It is one thing to talk dilation during medical settings. It should not be a normal conversation in front of people outside medical profession. Transgender or not she hasn't learned proper boundaries or filters. That's not good or healthy for her.

I can relate to the food addiction. The carbs are so addictive. It truly is like a drug but being that overweight is miserable. I was nowhere near that large when I finally lost over 100 pounds with help of surgery. I had to lose over 30 pounds on my own first. I actually lost almost 40 before surgery. Even with calorie restriction I didnt lose much weight until I got my carbs under 50 grams. I still have to watch my carbs.

These people are unbelievable, but I guess that's what makes this show so compelling. It's like not being able to turn away from an accident. Darcy doesn't love Jesse. He's her boy toy. She loves the sex and overlooks his awful behavior. She is a trip as well. She needs a nice normal man closer to her own age that will treat her right. But that may be too boring for her.

While I agree that Ashley is probably overeating she may not be eating thousands and thousands of extra calories. Carbs make me gain weight quickly even if I watch overall calories. Everyone's body is different.

If you lack sufficient nutrients it can. But also hair loss is common after any surgery. Is it the anesthesia? I dont know. Maybe just body shock reaction to surgery.

I know that being transgender must be difficult. I dont want to be insensitive but since these men are transitioning later in life well after puberty many do not look very attractive as women. It is no wonder that they are misgendered. Conversion therapy. How awful! That is just abuse. No one should have to go through that.
