She did say it was a 2.5 hour drive to the airport, suppose they could use that time to actually get to know each other out of the bedroom, (that always seems like the missing element in all these relationships) and find out if even like each other and worry about the sex another time.

I think 45 minutes into that drive Kobe is like.....uh oh.  This was an error.

I also find a lot of Americans wanting to seemingly want to own these foreigners troubling.

Seriously, Emily is in for a rude awakening and I am all in for it.  Toddler will take a bit of time to bond with dad but then he will be attached.  I really really NEED for Toddler to prefer Dad.  Emily will be crushed and angry and again, I am all in for it.  Guess your plan isn't working?  I think his feelings towards her will fizzle when he sees how she treats her parents.  In Africa you do NOT treat your parents with looked like borderline disgust.  Then again, they allow it.  If it were me?  "You are moving out.  You have 60 days.  You are 28, 29.  Grow up."  "What?  YOUR GRANDSON WILL BE HOMELESS?"  "No, Toddler will be just fine, he will be here with us.  Need help with apartments.com?"

On a side note, when I saw him doing custom furniture and they have a honey store, all I could think of was the berenstain bears. Papa bear had the custom furniture store and Mama Bear sold honey.

I loved reading those books to my kids!  We watched the show on PBS, too.

  4. JibJib - she had told you how many times she won't live in SD?  Yet you think you can change her mind.

Bilal - omg what a f*cking asshole.  "You better show some appreciation young lady, or I am not letting you go to the sock hop!"

Older Holistic Woman:  Where do I start?  First off your son is too cute for words.  And I need to share that I am 57 and yes I have "a crew" and no, we do NOT overshare anything about our sexual lives with each other.  Nor do we ask anything of each other.  The only thing that was shared, in 2002, was "Has anyone been walked in on during happy time?"  We both laughed and said no, and we moved on to talk about something else.

Lisp Girl - Holy Moly this is a hostage situation!  Call 911!  She is kidnapping him to get pregnant and

    Spoiler

NOT ALLOWING HIM TO SEE HIS SON ON HIS FIRST NIGHT.

I mean.....really?  I wanna to knock that smug look off her face.

Tonight, my crew, take a drink every time you hear the following words:  appreciation, single mom, green card, when there is ANY talk of sex of any shape and or form, and take a huge gulp when Bilal wears a red blazer in the beginning.  Sort of a dressed and pressed red flag.

The girl who looks like Brandon's long lost twin was on, but she was belittling him in front of friends and it was too gross to listen to.  Plus I was cooking hotel butter barramundi!

I watched some of it.  I had difficulty getting into it.  I became more intrigued towards the end.  There’s a thread about it somewhere around here.

    What episode are you discussing?

    Prediction

Beginning of the season Jbiri "I can sell anything to anyone! I can sell meat to vegans!"

End of the season Jbiri" I could not sell South Dakota to Miona."

Thank you.  I had a rough Easter and this made me laugh out loud and, as Cher says, snap out of it.

These two need to just stop.  Rapid City is in the middle of nowhere.  The closest large city is probably Minneapolis (Denver?)

I was trying to figure out the tattoos - I thought the large man's face was Frank Sinatra.

Bilal is a cruel jerk for playing this trick on Shaeeda. I'd never forgive him if I were her.

I would be gone.  Like that minute.  I have always made my own money asshole.

Correct!   The driver said they didn't hit any bump that would've startled him.  After the shot, he told the driver to go slow, and directed her to a hospital that was farther away. The video footage of their arrival at the ER is so creepy - he gets out of the car, calmly directs the driver (unneccesarily) where to pull up, opens the car door - no visible panic or hurry.  In the ER, he asked the driver to lie for him.  At trial, it ws shown that the trajectory of the bullet didn't fit his story that the gun was laying in his lap as he dozed.  This is one case where I think the jury got it absolutely right.

And there was some gathering or something and there were zero pictures of him.  He was like I have been iced out.  Dude you killed your wife!  For money!

I thought I posted that SD can get quite cold, and I am learned today that Serbia can get cold, too.  So maybe that won't be too much of a shock to Miona.

Look, I am a midwestern human through and through, but a small SD town could get a bit.....boring.

  10. As someone who had WLS, Ella, do not even consider it.  You will be that person at the support group who is crying because she can't swing through In and Out Burger for the number 3 meal, then stop off at the Dairy Queen for a dilly bar.  You have to be so very obedient to the system you will be in tears by day two of the liquid diet.  You will be the one who gains it all back and wonder what happened.  You will not be straight with the therapist of why you are using food to fill this void.

Any 600 pounders here?  Remember the guy, with a southern accent who was sent home to lose weight and gained 150 in a month?  A MONTH?  That is a person!  And when Dr Now asked him, he got very defensive and said later:  "I was gonna cuss him out but I am from the south" or something like that.  I believe he passed away.  That will be Ella in a few years and her mom will be bringing her pizza, sodas, and nachos.

And as for the "My birthday needs to special" crap  - OMG it is my Peter Pan exhusband!  You are a grown up.  You go to work on your birthday.  You get the mail on your birthday.  You don't get to take the day off, watch movies and order a pizza.  You are 27, not 7.  I had a slight PTSD when I heard that, as it reminded me of the One Who I Paid A Lot Of Money To Never Have to Talk To Again and Never Be Legally Attached To, Ever Again.  Go work at Zupa's - no Sunday workday and you get your birthday off, Ella!

Was the gender of the baby ever mentioned?

Clearly Kim being embarrassed at SojaBoy calling Zara is all Jihoon's fault.

    Hey Ella:

See, I don't exempt him. He was ready to put Ella on some funky herbal weight loss regimen before he ever met her IRL.

I had forgotten about that!  As someone who struggled with weight, it was cringy and rude when someone "just trying to help" you with your weight issues.  Not your problem.  So yes, now Jonny is back on the crap list.

Thank dog this season is over. This ine was brutal. Such awful, awful people.

They all were very awful, yes?  I exempt Jonny.  But he is a doormat.

Really! They should have a panel of actual viewers ask the questions. Even on Pillow Talk, I sometimes wonder if they're even seeing the same show I saw.

Oh SNAP on the MJ reference.  I guess Mlike can be sure that X will be out his life.  (My favorite MJ song, circa 1980)

  14. Hey Miona?  South Delta is cold.  Not a total tundra, but it gets cold in November and does not warm until April, sometimes May.  Just thoughts I would let you know.

So the situation was that Tex had been asleep in the back of the car as the friend was driving them all home from a restaurant.  Tex woke up and saw they were driving through a part of town that he thought was sketchy, so he asked for his gun (maybe it was in the glove box, for safe-keeping?).  Then, according to Tex, he went back to sleep and got jerked awake when they went over a bump and the gun went off and shot his wife in the back, through the passenger seat.

It has been a long time since I have seen that episode, but wasn't there just all kinds of things wrong with this story?  And their friends turned on him?  And there was a godson who was lavished upon?  Is this correct?

Don't know if it is the show you are thinking of, but Where Murder Lies (Season 1, Episode2) "No Hiding the Truth" is about the right people. Ken Bluew and Jenny Webb. Pretty sure I saw the story on another show but can't find it right now.

    Yes!!!  THANK YOU!

Isn't that the same case where Tex also claimed that he didn't know his gun was there, or something like that, even though it was sitting in his lap at the time? I remember finding that really weird, too - I would think you'd know whether or not you had a gun in your lap, they're not exactly lightweight items.

My hubby, who legit could be a firearms expert, said at the very least he shoukd have been found guilty of reckless homicide.   You just do not go around with a loaded weapon at anytime let alone at night in a moving car!!!

How--the police figure he did what they call a "soft kill", something that wouldn't leave any blood evidence, like strangling or smothering her, probably as she slept. His half-sister speculates that he drowned her in their pool, but I think the possibility of witnesses would have been too risky for him.

    When--presumably late December 23/early December 24.

A juror believed this, too.  Came up from behind and straangled her.
