I have a friend who got remarried at about that age. The invitation specified no gifts, and said if you bring a gift, they'll make you take home a pallet of their junk.
Yep, turned 59 on Sunday, was CLEAR: no food no cards. I have so much paper in my house. It is decreasing. I have a neighbor who moved to Florida nd built a THREE car garage. Buddy, your kids don't want your crap. He is 77, lol.

Somebody on another forum said Theresa looked like Tim Burton's Corpse Bride. I missed some because I had to look away when the cringe got to be too much for me. Susan seems to be auditioning for a job, she needed to tone it down a bit during the wedding ceremony. I did think the Christmas get together with both families was nice and hope that they all continue to get along well.
I said Corpse Bride, too! I think they are both needy and will be together for a long time.

Mine at age 52 was $60 off Amazon, think simple white dress, lace on top, chiffon floor length. Empire style. Theresa could have borrowed it.

Mermaid? It is not 1986. Put your hair up with a veil. I got remarried at 52 with a semi casual dress (think simple white bridesmaid dress off Amazon for $60, no veil.) and I wanted a registry of things you could take OUT of my house.

Yay Leslie is confronting him, I am glad she is not letting him off the hook. I think Gerry is used to charming himself out of these type of situations.
Don't dick with a Minnesota girl. Just. Don't.

I doubt everyone living in your state hates the man. And why bother hating him? It is a reality show. Leslie will get her moment out of this, I bet you that.
Oh I know, it is just a show. And yes I will be there on January 4th and I hate myself for it, lol. And yes Leslie will come out with a full dance card, for certain.

I felt bad for Leslie.
Come to Minnesota. We all hate Gerry. Collectively, as a state of 4 million people, we hate him. He did our girl DIRTY.

Gerry will get what he deserves either way. I found him attractive and charming at the beginning but his behavior these last two episodes has started to gross me out.
Suck the life made me laugh!

I honestly don't think he did. I think there might have been some other stuff going on. Who knows?
I agree. No judging but I am NOT sleeping with someone I met three weeks ago who very well may have boned someone the night before. Ew.

I think he will choose Leslie. She’s not a favorite. I’m a Minnesotan too, and her bragging about dating Prince was like name dropping. Prince has his whole life known, we are very protective of his legacy here, no one has ever said oh hey he dated a Leslie and they were a thing and isn’t she amazing. There’s no proof. That was a million years ago (I’m her age) . I think she’s insincere and dishonest and I’m not liking her. But she’s the one Gerry has professed undying love to. Maybe she’s his person, but us Minnesotans are not kosher with her and her Prince brags.
Her crying about not ever having anyone till death do they part…with her 2 ex husbands, doesn’t show well for her.
I don’t know. My watch party of Minnesotans and I don’t buy what she’s trying to sell. We all feel she is so fake. .
I just hope producers make Susan the next Golden Bachelorette.Minnesota here! Are you in the SW metro? Can I invite myself over? I am 56F, sped teacher, very normal. promise.

Aw, you're sweet. Teenage me could've used that advice, but now I'm well into my 50s and have made the transition from short girl to little old lady. I'm good with that - until the next time something at the grocery store is on a shelf too high for me to reach. Then I'll go back to cursing my itty-bitty parents for the itty-bitty DNA.
See, I envy you. I was 5 feet 8 inches by grade 8 and felt like a freaking giraffe half the time. I have since shrunk to 5 foot 6 at age 58. Sigh.......
My six foot seven inch hubby gets asked on the regular to get things off shelves for others, lol. Finding clothes can be problematic!

Same with Kris and Jeymi---it was fun when Kris could string along this sexy younger woman with promises of taking care of her, but when she showed up and realized what life in Colombia meant for her in terms of $$ and access to her
meds, street drugs, she ghosted.Fixed that for you
It also amazes me that these people don't ask basic questions: What do you make a year? What is your debt? Who lives with you? May I see your home? Do you support your parents? Are you a smoker? More than a social drinker?

She looks genuinely puzzled when others point out that she was controlling and unpleasant. It may be a tease, but the little clip of Yohan saying he doesn't love her the way he used to- I'm here for it.
I have not been watching like I have but I am down for that scene.

I am shocked we were spared the awkward very scripted introduction of the son to Yohan. Followed by the whole "is he ready to be a step dad?" to a grown ass man. My guess is, a) The son shot it down or b)Danielle would like us all to forget that she is old enough to have a 23 yr old son
Mine are 23 and 25 and no way no how am I jumping into the baby pool. I am 58, lol. But even at 25 I was like I am done thanks. Tubal took care of that.

You. Guys. I just saw a clip from next week's Tell All where Debbie calls Jeymi a predator. IN WHAT BIZARRO UNIVERSE?? Debbie is the one who fell for an obvious scam. Does Debbie not know that Jeymi is an attorney? Did she not see Kris physically assault Jeymi? I mean, it's clear that Debbie is a bit bonkers, but that clip leads me to believe she's actually quite delusional and may require a conservator.
Don't call Brittney's dad. Please.

I am a non practicing Lutheran who had her kids baptized Lutheran, completed confirmation, then said do whatever you want! I would have never gotten involved with a conservative person of any religion when I was young. Not into arguing, and I have known too many people who are not into their religion but when the baby comes......
2 hours ago, FrancescaFiore said:I still don't quite understand what set Kris off. She wouldn't let Jeymi finish a sentence before she interrupted her, and when Jeymi tried to keep talking, Kris flipped out & turned into a textbook abusive spouse. " I told you to shut the fuck up but you kept talking, so now I'm done." Huh? You are ending your relationship because your partner refuses to obey your every command? WTF? I've said this bAnd if efore and I will say it again, despite all of the irresponsible speculation about whether or not Kris has a drug abuse problem, we've not seen any real evidence of that. However what we have seen is that Kris abuses people. Not necessarily her medicines but she definitely abuses people.
And if Kris was a guy........

She fled the US to escape debts. Apparently (and someone else can explain better), much of her debt is the type that bankruptcy cannot void. She also literally cannot sponsor Yohan because of this.
Bankruptcy will not void student loans. I think. Giving up a pension? Yikes.

My brother, happily married since 1987, a step away from being a minister, non smoking non drinking brother and is horribly offensive to assume he is less than professional with females.
