Life & Beth is a comedy series coming to Hulu, with all 10 half-hour episodes released on March 18. Life & Beth is created, directed, written, executive produced and stars Amy Schumer. Amy Schumer plays Beth. Beth’s life looks pretty great on paper. Impressive to everyone she grew up with. She makes a good living as an almost 40-year-old wine distributor. She’s in a long term relationship with an attractive, successful guy and lives in Manhattan. When a sudden incident forces Beth to engage with her past, her life changes forever. Through flashbacks to her teen self, Beth starts to learn how she became who she is and who she wants to become. We’ll go on her journey toward building a more authentic life and learning to express herself and living in an intentional way. A trip down memory lane is a strong source of trauma, comedy and moving forward. Violet Young plays the younger, teenage version of Beth. Michael Cera plays John, a farmer and chef who is always honest and to the point. Michael Rapaport plays Leonard, teenage Beth’s father who’s down on his luck. Yamaneika Saunders plays Kiana. Susannah Flood plays Ann. Lily Fisher plays Young Ann. Grace Power plays Young Liz Arielle Siegel plays Jen. Kevin Kane plays Matt. LaVar Walker plays LaVar. Rosebud Baker plays Meri. Laura Benanti plays Jane. Larry Owens plays Clark.

LUST, all eight 30-minute episodes of this Swedish comedy series will premiere on HBO Max on March 18. Lust is an outrageous and painfully honest comedy about four middle(ish) aged women in Stockholm, Sweden struggling to keep their libidos alive in a sexually frustrating world. When Anette (Sofia Helin), a public health researcher, conducts a study, “Sex is a Highway to Health”, she and her friends start to question their own sex lives. How has the decadent Swedish Sin been replaced by the mundane realities of Thursday sex, careers, kids, marriage, divorce and the never-ending struggle to stay young, fit and sexy? Balancing lighthearted comedy with a more serious focus on topics such as sexual harassment, marriage counselling, and personal identity, the show offers entertaining relief while spotlighting the under-examined world of womanhood over 40. Whether its Nadia (Anja Lundvist) having an affair with her gangster boxing instructor, or Anette carrying out a government study in Sweden on sex and women’s health, Developed from an idea that originated with the actors themselves, “Lust” stands out as one of few recent comedies wholly devoted to middle-aged lead female characters. Producer Sandra Harms says: “The actors came with the idea to make something on the topic of female sexuality over 40 because they noticed that when they passed 40, the characters they were offered to play were increasing lacking sexuality. They said there must be so many stories here that aren’t being told, which I thought was really interesting. We sat down to talk about how to tell this and pretty quickly we landed on comedy." (L-R) Johan Widerberg (Rasmus), Danilo Bejarano (Andrés), Sofia Helin (Anette), Anja Lundqvist (Nadia), Julia Dufvenius (Ellen), Elin Klinga (Martina), Jonas Malmsjö (Torkel) Cast: Anja Lundqvist as Nadia Elin Klinga as Martina Julia Dufvenius as Ellen Sofia Helin as Anette Danilo Bejarano as Andrés Björn Bengtsson as Diesel Julia Dufvenius as Ellen Anton Forsdik as Alexander Sofia Helin as Anette Roshi Hoss as Tilde Elin Klinga as Martina Jonas Malmsjö as Torkel Magnus Roosmann as Harald Johan Widerberg as Rasmus

Could be funnier and could be a lot scarier. Since a lot of the things are dreams, they could have gone bigger. A person who is into VR games would love the house, plenty of large open spaces, I don't know why Jake would be gaming so close to his family, totally a TV show thang. I laughed really hard when the showed all the wood that Terry chopped. They should have fixed the house up a little before they moved in. The kitchen looks fine, but the carpet on the stairs looks dangerous. The rooms look like they should have been cleaned up more and have better lighting. Terry was really good at mansplaining. I was so sad when Frank's dad lost his best friend. I was wondering if he had left yet.
