Victor is up to his old tricks but I can’t give 💩

This. I am 100% over that character. It’s been 40+ years. Can we please move on from him?
This stupid feud practically feels like early dementia. Which would be good news because it would mean maybe they could ship him off to a home someplace

  2. Traci made ZERO sense in the episode. She should have been in an absolute panic when she didn’t know where Ashley was, and instantly asked for Tucker to help find her.

Instead she sits down and drinks coffee for twenty minutes, refusing to let him know there’s a problem? WTF?

I admit I had to rewind the show at the end to check out clothing because at first I was convinced Martin survived, but in fact they were wearing different shirts and it’s hard to imagine there would have been time to switch after the fall.

Today's show was a continuation of Friday's show, and tomorrow's show will be a continuation of today's show - one day taking as long as a week to play out is how it works

I understand that, sure. But she first brought up this non-existent meeting back in Genoa City! So they’ve had time for an international flight, change of clothes, and apparently five bar visits..

  4. Oh ffs! If somebody you cared about was LITERALLY driving themselves crazy thinking they were hallucinating seeing you in a place where you know you weren’t, wouldn’t the first words out of your mouth be “I know what must have happened! I have a brother that looks exactly like me”? Allen is being petty cruel dragging this out.

  5. I b*tch about this show frequently, so in the spirit fairness I am going to say that I am actually interested in and enjoying this Ashley/Allen storyline. I do think they are going down the evil twin route, and Tucker being in Paris makes it convenient for him to be the hero. Leaving good Allen available for Traci!

Nice to see some of my favorite veterans getting some air time.

  6. A Snapper mention!!! Now THAT warms my heart. A true throwback. Although at first I thought she was saying Snapper was acting as her doctor- he should be well past retirement age by now!

    I miss the Foster family!
The Brooks too, of course. Was great when they bright back Leslie to play piano for Victoria’s wedding. I love when history is actually honored!

Phyllis would be zero percent likely ever to compete with Ashley for Tucker's attention though

??? She’s apparently willing to compete with Cricket over that wimp DANNY! If they think they can get us to believe that, competing with Ashley or Audra for Tucker should be an easy sell.

Sally defending Tucker's position over Audra's was weird to me. She barely knows Tucker but she considers Audra a friend.

Actually, I thought this made sense. Sally is very supportive of Adam and his concerns for Connor. So she would think Audra should be understanding that Tucker wants to do anything possible to help his son.

  9. Tucker had no sinister plan with Mamie because the writer of the show couldn’t think of one.  “I just wing it” seems to be the writing staff’s motto.

I agree that Southern Ashley’s accent and clothing choices should have immediately triggered a call to the nearest psychiatric facility.

Alan seems not very helpful as far as Ashley is concerned, but wouldn’t it be wonderful if he fell hard for Tracey?

Not sure what their age had to do with it. Rhetorical questions: would the episode have been better if it had been Summer and Chance? Heather and Daniel? Lily and Devon? Claire and Kyle? Aria and Harrison?

lol the last two i think can be left out of the conversation for a few years.  I’m AARP age old too,so I can sympathize, but it just looked like PB was trying not to throw his back out at certain points. The physicality of the scenes just seemed difficult for the actors at points.

But I will admit I can’t think of any two characters on this show that I would likely enjoy watching for an entire episode. My attention span is too short, I’m ready to be done with this Nikki storyline.

  11. I can’t believe what trash today’s episode was. A pair of senior citizens stumbling around slurring for an ENTIRE EPISODE? I fast-forwarded all the way to the last scene just to see where we would end up. Jack we see those pills are fake. Bad acting, 60 minutes wasted. A few scenes of that would have been PLENTY.

They showed both of them on screen so he was there. He told her he wanted to go home and did a good job of looking upset

Yes i understand that there was a point when they were in the same room and I agree that he did a great job acting upset and asking for his parents. I’m just saying that for the specific line about his parents not wanting him they COULD have taken him out of the room while the cameras focused on CZ. My memory is that it was the last line of the scene (I admit I haven’t gone back to rewatch).Or he was there and they just prepped him well. My son did some acting as a kid and it was crazy what you can do with camera angles.

that scene with Jordan and Harrison was tough to watch. I know it’s just fiction and have no doubt the entire cast (and the kid’s parents) reassured him before and after taping, but it was hard for me as a viewer.

It’s very possible the child actor wasn’t even in the room when “Jordan” said that line. The camera was on the actress.

In the real world, the stepmother of a child whose mother was still living and who carried on like Summer is, would be carted off for immediate psychiatric intervention.

    Especially an EX-stepmother!

Kyle should have yelled “don’t let the door smack ya where the lord cracked ya” as she stormed out, and then changed the locks.

  15. It’s high time Tara Locke breeze into town and get her son back. She’s done plenty of time for her white-collar crimes. I only remember her being very caring for Harrison.
Maybe she can thank Jordan for showing Kyle’s ineptitude, in case there is a custody battle.

My favorite moment of today’s episode was Victoria reminding Summer “I was his step-mother before you were!”
