Phyllis would be zero percent likely ever to compete with Ashley for Tucker's attention though

??? She’s apparently willing to compete with Cricket over that wimp DANNY! If they think they can get us to believe that, competing with Ashley or Audra for Tucker should be an easy sell.

Sally defending Tucker's position over Audra's was weird to me. She barely knows Tucker but she considers Audra a friend.

Actually, I thought this made sense. Sally is very supportive of Adam and his concerns for Connor. So she would think Audra should be understanding that Tucker wants to do anything possible to help his son.

  3. Tucker had no sinister plan with Mamie because the writer of the show couldn’t think of one.  “I just wing it” seems to be the writing staff’s motto.

I agree that Southern Ashley’s accent and clothing choices should have immediately triggered a call to the nearest psychiatric facility.

Alan seems not very helpful as far as Ashley is concerned, but wouldn’t it be wonderful if he fell hard for Tracey?

Not sure what their age had to do with it. Rhetorical questions: would the episode have been better if it had been Summer and Chance? Heather and Daniel? Lily and Devon? Claire and Kyle? Aria and Harrison?

lol the last two i think can be left out of the conversation for a few years.  I’m AARP age old too,so I can sympathize, but it just looked like PB was trying not to throw his back out at certain points. The physicality of the scenes just seemed difficult for the actors at points.

But I will admit I can’t think of any two characters on this show that I would likely enjoy watching for an entire episode. My attention span is too short, I’m ready to be done with this Nikki storyline.

  5. I can’t believe what trash today’s episode was. A pair of senior citizens stumbling around slurring for an ENTIRE EPISODE? I fast-forwarded all the way to the last scene just to see where we would end up. Jack we see those pills are fake. Bad acting, 60 minutes wasted. A few scenes of that would have been PLENTY.

They showed both of them on screen so he was there. He told her he wanted to go home and did a good job of looking upset

Yes i understand that there was a point when they were in the same room and I agree that he did a great job acting upset and asking for his parents. I’m just saying that for the specific line about his parents not wanting him they COULD have taken him out of the room while the cameras focused on CZ. My memory is that it was the last line of the scene (I admit I haven’t gone back to rewatch).Or he was there and they just prepped him well. My son did some acting as a kid and it was crazy what you can do with camera angles.

that scene with Jordan and Harrison was tough to watch. I know it’s just fiction and have no doubt the entire cast (and the kid’s parents) reassured him before and after taping, but it was hard for me as a viewer.

It’s very possible the child actor wasn’t even in the room when “Jordan” said that line. The camera was on the actress.

In the real world, the stepmother of a child whose mother was still living and who carried on like Summer is, would be carted off for immediate psychiatric intervention.

    Especially an EX-stepmother!

Kyle should have yelled “don’t let the door smack ya where the lord cracked ya” as she stormed out, and then changed the locks.

  9. It’s high time Tara Locke breeze into town and get her son back. She’s done plenty of time for her white-collar crimes. I only remember her being very caring for Harrison.
Maybe she can thank Jordan for showing Kyle’s ineptitude, in case there is a custody battle.

My favorite moment of today’s episode was Victoria reminding Summer “I was his step-mother before you were!”

    She's been asleep for 24 hours. I think that’s called a coma.

And, now apparently sleeping through Kyle’s freak out about Harrison being missing! Did Mrs. Martinez slip something into her tea?

Could Nick be any more nonchalant about Phyllis crashing the party that was supposed to have high-level security?? Didn’t go yell at them, didn’t warn his parents… just a shrug. Nice going Bozo.

And just to make a Monday worse, looks like two thirds of the worst, most difficult to watch love triangle ever are NOT going out of town. Which will serve to encourage Phyllis and keep this storyline going. Shoot me now… can TPTB not hear us all begging for this to be dropped? Please??

  11. Despite the fact that I think her hair is going to clash mightily with either of those dresses, I am casting my vote for Mariah.

She has her GC Buzz experience to fall back on, and she is charming in her awkwardness. She also has an innate sincerity to her and will have many good points to make about Lily.

Lily will be very poised and will look gorgeous. But her speech will be more business-like and will lack warmth because on the inside she will believe that she truly should be the winner.

  12. Mariah and Lily are going to take this easily!

Sally wears clothes that are so tight they are practically painted on her. Add in stilettos. There is no way she is going to be able to move fast or dodge the tennis balls. Then there’s Nina who will be freaking out at the sound of shooting, bringing back all the trauma of worrying about her sweet baby Chance and the danger he was in as a soldier and police officer. She will probably be in a fetal position.

On the other side we have Lily, who survived PRISON, and Mariah who, (please pardon the stereotype as I am purely using it for  comedic/entertainment purposes) belongs to a group of women known for being athletic.

     No contest.

  13. Ok, so hear me out. The luxury bag knowledge is the important part. You could be maybe $50-200 off on groceries, but if you don’t know you luxury bags you could be off by thousands.

Mariah has never bought a luxury item in her life, so Abby wins that pairing even though she’s most likely has never done any grocery shopping in her life. She may have some idea about food from looking at Society’s budget.

Audra is a shrewd business woman who wasn’t raised rich. She’s gonna ace this entire event, both parts.

Nikki doesn’t know the price of anything. I’m sure Victor buys his baby all her luxury items to keep her from making him pay for his multiple indiscretions. So Lily wins that pairing by default.

Diane and Sally could be a closer call.  It’s been awhile since either bought groceries. However, Diane probably spends her evenings perusing luxury items she can buy with Jack’s money. I’m going to give it to her.

     Summary:

    Abby, Audra, Lily, Diane

Oh, come on, show. Claire's dream sequence? GTFOH. At this point, I'll be happy to have this stupidity preempted for the basketball tournament.
Dumb, dumber, dumbest and laziest writing ever.

I turned the show off so fast once I realized it was a Claire dream sequence episode. Who the heck cares about this newbie enough to want to watch an entire fake episode about her? I have better things to do with my time, but would like to watch Eileen Davidson reveal more personalities. This wasted day ticked me off.
