  1. I don't think they look like they're related at all. All they have in common is a lisp and light skin. I've watched youtube vids of their scenes after reading this comment, and I don't think they have the same facial expressions either. Probably just bad acting.
  2. This was a solid episode and imo the best of the season so far. - LOVED that Selina realized that her father was actually a terrible human being and that she married someone like him. It gave her depth this episode and the previous seasons were missing that greatly. Selina's mother was still terrible but she realized that the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree. Of course, she has to double down on her delusions of grandeur concerning her being meant to be successful, but she wouldn't be Selina without it. - Poor poor Mike. I thought his sly manipulation of Selina was funny, but that woman is so self-absorbed. Mike is the most human like character with the exception of Marjorie so it does pain me a little to see him being treated like dirt everyday. With Gary it's just sad and humiliating and his petty, snarky attitude with Mike was just embarrassing. I'm waiting for the day Gary grows a pair. - The barn scene was hysterical! - I hate to say it but I really enjoy watching Jonah. He's a mixture of stupid, mean, and earnest. Jonah being a congressman is the funniest story line since the show began. He has a real chance of becoming president of their universe and probably ask Selina to be his Veep. - I don't care about Dan solo but his scene with Amy was funny. I don't necessarily feel bad for Amy because she's just unlikable as a character, but they need to figure out a way to get Amy back in the white house instead of being Selina's babysitter. - I'm enjoying Richard being the father of Selina's grandchild. Plus him never masturbating shouldn't be surprising considering his character but I was. - Catherine seeing a therapist in the form of her mother was just sad. I know a lot of people rag on Catherine but she's the most functioning person on the show considering who her parents are. While it is creepy that Marjorie looks like her mother, I'm glad her behavior isn't the same.
  3. Obviously it won't happen but it's fun to think about while watching this show
  4. I have to say Dreamland is much better than Vice. - I like that Pam is still harboring the Chinese women and caring about them by thinking of them attending Stanford college. - Hate Cyril in both universes so hopefully he has a quick death. - The Lana and Trinette scenes were gold. Loved that Lana is an IRS agent and has a purpose other than being in Archer's fantasies. - Archer is terrible at sex even in Dreamland so that's continuity I guess. - Did not find the 'Lana is a Transvestite' jokes funny. - I like Dreamland Archer better than actual Archer. I liked that the writers instilled some moral reasoning into him this season. - Barry killing all of Drexler's associates setting them up like the last supper was disturbing but funny too. - We still don't have an inkling of who killed Woodhouse so hopefully the last 2 episodes can delve into it.
  5. I'll keep it cute and say that it's a good episode. - Tracee Ellis Ross is just so good and it pains me to see her act opposite of Anthony Anderson who is just terrible. They need to replace Dre ASAP with someone more attractive and has acting abilities. - The kids were funny but poor Junior with that little recording. - Charles was funny but his shtick is just tired now. Loved Johan saying that he immediately understood what Charles meant. - Pops was funny throughout and Ruby was actually tolerable. - Poor baby Devante. Premature babies are so tiny and there's always the risk of them not making it. He's obviously going to make it but it break my heart watching those scenes. - I was a little confused by Bow's belly. In the past episodes she looked like she was nine months and now she's 7 months? The writers have problems with continuity and it annoys the hell out of me. - 4th season has Dre being a stay at home dad is already making me roll my eyes. Hopefully Devante will grow up with his mother's good qualities.
  6. This episode was okay. The only parts of the episode that was interesting was Stephanie's situation. - Megan being alive after all this time? Color me shocked. I thought my eyes would be permanently lodged in my head after rolling them after they found Megan. I miss the days of when Shonda used to be the main writer because these writers that took over after she started scandal just sucks. No creativity and only predictability. They should at least try a little instead of recycling used story lines from the first 3 seasons. - I don't see it for Riggs and he should be killed in the explosion. He's such a non-factor and the actor doesn't bring any flavor or wit to the character. I wasn't a big fan of Derek's either but his role in the show had impact. - I don't care about Owen or Amelia and they along with Minnick should die in the explosion. - Yes Stephanie had many chances to kill the guy but this is Grey's Anatomy people. They need to go out with a bang every season finale and yes it's tired and just funny instead of meaningful. - I hope Stephanie doesn't die. If Meredith can survive a bomb explosion or Callie survived being hit by a truck or 4 people surviving a plane crash then they should let Stephanie live especially since she's the only talented resident. I know Jerrika is leaving the show, but literally every resident is terrible with the exception of Ben. Stephanie deserved better than what the writers gave her. - I understand that they were doing a chemistry test for Maggie and Jackson. I think they passed, but if the writers turn them canon then I hope I don't have to see any interference from Kepner because she's more digestible when she isn't with Jackson. Inevitably they'll bring back japril (gag) but it will be at the expense of ruining Maggie's life of course. Maggie just needs a new love interest that isn't a resident whose intimidated or a doctor tied up with baby mama drama. She deserves that much at least.
  7. I tolerated Kepner this episode surprisingly. She seems more likable when she isn't with Jackson and they should keep this up. Once again, Maggie does not care about Riggs, but rather her only sister lying to her face and making her look like a fool every time she talked about him. Meredith was completely wrong in this situation especially since Maggie asked her to be honest with her. Maggie will go down swinging for Meredith and Meredith for her as well. I would feel grossed out knowing I divulged all of fantasies of someone that my sister has slept with this whole time. I thought Maggie handled it fine because I know for a fact had that been someone else in Maggie's shoes all hell would've broke lose.
  8. Understandably, pediatrics can be hard and advocating for your patients are necessary especially since they're kids. Alex does a good job of that, but he needs to respect that parents have the best interest in their kids too. He's brash when he doesn't need to be. He takes it too far sometimes and I get that he isn't a touchy-feely type, but showing that he's empathetic to the situation and calmly rationalizing with the doctors and most importantly parents, makes a bigger difference than going off the rail every time.
  9. This episode was better than the last one. The worms were so disgusting I had to cover my eyes every time I saw them on screen *shudders* I am glad that Richard and Catherine started talking again at the end and laughed about the worms. Bailey was great this episode and I really wanna see more of her and Ben together on screen. He was right in pointing out to her to stay in her lane, but she wouldn't be Bailey if she did. Pregnant cancer mom story line was sad, but the actress was great in it. I did tear up at the end, but Amelia crying didn't make me feel anything but annoyed. I hate the elevator scene with Owen and it just felt like a Crowen ripoff honestly. I knew Maggie wouldn't be mad at Meredith because she was dating Riggs, but rather Meredith not telling her the truth about her and Riggs. I still don't see Riggs appeal but whatever. Maggie had every right to be angry with Meredith because she was pretty detailed about her crush on him even referring him to candy or something like that. I get that Meredith was uncomfortable, but she should've told her earlier about it instead of dragging it out. Of course that would be too simplistic in the Grey's Anatomy universe. I'm glad they made up in the end though and loved Meredith saying she didn't want to ruin their relationship because of a guy. I like seeing Meredith being sisterly. Alex holding Ellis was cute. I can't believe I'm playing "Where's Waldo?" with Jo. I don't even care about her and Alex together, but I'm sick of this story line being dragged out. Next week's episode looks good, but why does Alex keep putting himself in situations where his license could be revoked? At this point in his life especially after the Deluca fiasco, he should know better but apparently not.
  10. Weird that they're bringing in Bow's sister so late in the season, but then again the writers have always been inconsistent. I like Rashida Jones's character they should bring her back for more episodes. Dre as usual acted like a man child throughout the episodes. What does Bow see in him honestly? Is it the way he treats Junior every episode? Is it his stupid loud, abrasive, and obnoxious voice that keeps her coming back for more? He is such a loser and other than his bank account, there is not a single plausible reason why Bow would even choose to stay with him. I loved Zoey telling Dre that co-dependence isn't working for her and to actually remember that he has another son. The way they portray his relationship with Junior isn't even remotely funny and I know it's a play on the way his father treated him but it's not working anymore especially now that Junior is at an age where he's able to be more independent. For the season finale, I hope he kicks Dre's ass. The twins are funny and really are the stars of the show. Liked Pops crying at the end. Overall like the rest of the episodes, just plain abysmal.
  11. The show finally got its groove back; this episode had better jokes that landed and weren't all distributed in one place. Loved Gary's reactions to Andrew all throughout the episode. That comment Selina made about Gary's lack of procreation made me cringe because it just highlights how he wasted his life (not talking about kids I don't think Gary should be the father of anyone) and I'm still waiting for East Wing, the redux from them.
  12. It was a good show just not as good as last week's episode. I do think he was soft on those two, but he brought up a good point about people needing to be more smarter of who they place their trust in this wonky government. Loved the O'Reily montage he was just a vile piece of garbage that was finally thrown out.
  13. Loved this episode! I didn't know much about the upcoming elections in France was going to impact Europe in such a big way.
  14. The best thing this show ever did was killing off Michael. Season 2 was incredibly dull and lacked the fun season 1 had. Michael was such a bore and lacked chemistry with Jane that I laughed every time he attempted to kiss her. I missed Jafael scenes and the lightness they brought to the screen along with of course the quintessential passion and smolder. They were smoldering together and understand each other a lot better than Jane/Michael ever had. They were more honest with who they were as well. I skipped a lot of season 2 and 3A, but my interest came back when Michael died. Season 3B is back to season 1's fun and airy (even among murder and scandal) feelings. Rafael looks so good with the hair and beard and Jane looks so pretty with short hair. I don't like Petra and probably never will even if she decides to become a nun. I hate how people woobify her even though she's done a lot of shitty things to Rafael like falsely accusing him of domestic violence and most importantly IMPREGNATING herself without even telling or consulting with him about it. She should've been locked up for that and that would've been the end of her character. I don't see the Petra/Jane thing people talk about because all I see is reluctant acceptance between the 2 of them. I hope Jane and Rafael find their way back together soon, but all I can think about is how messy it will be for the 3 of them.
  15. This episode was just meh to me. I did like hearing Meredith mentioning Derek and Lexie, but other than that it was just yawn inducing. I don't particularly care for Riggs and can't for the life of me why either Meredith or Maggie likes him; he's clearly meant to be a Derek clone and I'm rolling my eyes every time he speaks. I think they should've paired Meredith up with someone "dark and twisty" like her (I'm not saying Alex, but if the shoe fits...) it would've been more interesting seeing Meredith interact with someone who has a similar perspective and they could do it with humor as well. Once again Maggie is a shining star and could do better than Riggs or anyone at Seattle Grace honestly. I don't think she'll care that Meredith and Riggs are a couple or whatever but more about the fact that Meredith continually lied to her. She trusts Meredith and is one of the very few people that genuinely sees her for who she is (besides Cristina of course) and accepts her grumpiness and all. I think she'll be hurt by this especially with it occurring closely with her mother's passing. Family is extremely important to her, but I think this will be the catalyst of her hooking up with someone. BTW United jokes aren't funny... Meredith taking charge was in character for her and I was glad seeing her be bad ass. Could've used less Riggs in the episode. I wish they would just kill him off he's such a bore or put him with April who is equally as annoying. I miss Alex but then if he was on there more, I would have to see Jo on the screen whose presence I didn't miss at all. Pediatric dentist guy was annoying and so was flight attendant. Guy with pulmonary hypertension was just an ass and should've just minded his business. I hate people who take issues with kids on planes; of course they're gonna throw a tantrum when they're sitting down for hours and not allowed to play. I'm glad Meredith told him off. I don't want Meredith to have another kid that we don't get to see on screen so hopefully they don't make that a story line.
  16. This episode and the previous episode revitalized the season. Th whole season has been boring and induced a lot of eye rolls to the point where I just skipped episodes. Season 13 has been blah and this episode brought back my interest. -I love Maggie so I don't get the Maggie hate. I think she's waaay more likable than Amelia and Meredith at this point. I love that there's more focus on Maggie and her family since we went by 2 seasons without it except for little sprinkles here and there. I personally think people hate Maggie because she's not Lexie and Meredith has formed a deeper bond with Maggie than she had with Lexie. I liked Lexie, but re-watching all of the episodes, Meredith was just unlikable when she interacted with Lexie. I always thought there was deep resentment between them because ultimately Thatcher didn't choose Meredith and Lexie had a more functional upbringing. Maggie came from Ellis Grey who gave her away and never bonded with her. Meredith never had a good relationship with Ellis, so of course she formed a deeper bond with Maggie. -Maggie is a shining star so of course she would nail the surgery, however I can understand that since she didn't form a bond with the couple she shouldn't have done the surgery and just left it to Riggs. But then again she is the prodigal chief and she would've aced the surgery. -If Maggie and Jackson become a thing, I hope it doesn't boil down to her or April. I think Japril is tired and I don't know how much longer I can take the Japril series anymore. They're dysfunctional together and I like them better when they're apart anyway. I always thought their hookup came from nowhere and morphed into a train wreck anyway. I think Maggie and Jackson could be fun and interesting. Besides having a young Black couple at Seattle Grace is much needed. I'm not sure I want to see a triangle again because they did Stephanie wrong in that triangle on so many levels and deserved better than that. -Speaking of, Stephanie is a brilliant surgeon (even the second coming of Cristina Yang) so I have no idea why she's doubting her abilities now. It's so out of character for her and I just hate seeing a young black woman doubting her abilities. If anything, the one who should be doubting her self should be Jo who is a mediocre surgeon and miles behind Stephanie. If they kill Stephanie off at the end instead of her switching to a new hospital, I'm done with the show. They kept Izzie alive after almost dying from stage four cancer and kept her healthy even when she left. -There is nothing wrong with change and shouldn't be especially at Seattle Grace where doctors come to die. I don't understand why they're vilifying Bailey since Catherine was the one who brought it to her attention. Bailey has a job to do as Chief. It's not an easy job and she has to make tough decisions every day. Bailey is perfect for those decisions and now she's enemy number one. Webber needs to admit that there's nothing wrong with fresh new blood and Minnick is what the hospital needs right now.
