What folks don't realize is that an ambulance call is not free. It is way more expensive than a cab.

My biggest issue with this one is she keeps expecting things outside of her to change her life. The baby, her father, moving, etc. Hopefully she will begin to realize it has to start with her.

Somehow she does not understand when Dr. Now says She is responsible for her progress, that means she should be saying no to mounds of food. She should not be eating lying down. She, should be getting her fat ass up and exercising. But no, it's not her fault, because, don'tcha know, the scale is wrong.
