    They usually do one at a time because most people are active, and have lives. Since she's a stay-at-homer, it's just as well to do both at the same time.

    What we should all take from this is if you think you can't, you won't. Saying the words means nothing if you don't believe, and you don't try. Even if you try, if you continue to not believe, you will manage to sabotage yourself until you achieve that state of not being able to achieve.

    lymphoma and lymphedema are different. "oma" is cancerous, edema is fluid collection. Blockage of the lymph glands is very much a part of how it starts. Sitting and/or not moving around will exacerbate the issue.

    He did. His heart was probably weakened by the infection, along with all the other issues, and it was due, specifically from his obesity.

    Sean, bobila (sp?), most people who get sick of feeling scared do something about it - pick themselves up and move forward, with the intention of being a survivor/success.. Lying in a hospital bed and saying crap just for the cameras is not a strategy for living. Just sayin'...
