  12. I have a very low tolerance for chronic poor-me syndrome. Yes, he lost his mother. Yes, he doesn't know how to deal with the real world. No, I don't want to send him money and let him continue to be a 600lb toddler until he falls over dead. <sigh> I like to think I'm a sympathetic person, but he's really touched some nerve. Going to have to examine the issue in myself, find out why I'm reacting to his story the way I am.
  13. I. Just. Can't. Even....
  14. I wish I could feel more sympathy for Sean. Yes, I know he was trained to be helpless, and all, but I would really like to smack him upside his head and say, "Boy, get real, get a grip! Life has changed. Shit, or get off the pot." (Now I'm going to feel really guilty if he dies, or something.)
  15. hard to bend over and put them o
  16. Her problem is that she will not deal with her issues, and she gets a man in her life as a distraction so she doesn't have to deal with the issues. oy
  17. Heading back to Caly, where they have 'everything'. Her hard work is not being acknowledged. She's buttering toast. Oy.

  21. Andrew is helping with her diet? Andrew needs to be on the diet!
  22. chicken fingers and mac and cheese. Yep. The height of healthy eating. (oy)
  23. Depending on the type of hip replacement, it would really matter how much weight is still being put on that side of her body. I'm thinking since it's total hip replacement it is VERY important that she lose the weight.
  24. It certainly doesn't help that she's not able to stand and feel the weight. Hopefully this is (the next) wake up call for her
