  1. Martha was already a Doctor, I think ambition describes very well the drive of many MDs and Med students. Can You Hear Me was the place to develop all of Yaz' issues, but I prefer immortals and fantastical planets than achy-breaky teenage angst in space, YMMV.
  2. How did Ryan and Graham get involved in the Dalek plot with the Spider guy? How did Sara Jane get to the School Reunion? How did Mickey get to the same school? How did Vinder get involved in the volcano plot? How did Ace and Tegan get involved in the missing paintings plot? Since Jimmy Olsen and Lois Lane we've accepted the involvement of nosy "companions" in superhero stories, but now we must draw the line and castigate the infidel Chibnall. Well now you have a support group, like LINDA, to dispatch companions anywhere. (If Graham stops putting his whole bio on the Psychic Paper, lol)
  3. Then we'd accuse Chibnall of stealing Martha Jones' entire arc! I think the Thasmin plot line is a case of the fandom seeing/wanting something and the showrunner going with it, (like Scully and Muldaur, or Ross and Rachel from yesteryear).
  4. Wow, back on a Space Train with Doctor Who! So, with Graham, Ryan, Ace, and Tegan still pursuing the Doctor-ish abnormalities, the Companion's Support Group looks dangerous; they can show up anytime, anywhere like Vinder! Shed a tear for Wilf and Sara Jane, and that other Professor, Professor Eustacius Jericho.
  5. Will anyone else ever visit Jimmy? He’ll have to make a life on the inside. He may refer her clinic to an inmate or two, and help many with their appeals. But Kim needs to find another “time of my life” elsewhere. btw Was blonde Kim Wexler part of an alter-ego for an up and coming attorney, like Saul?
  6. Jimmy will be the next Andy Dufresne. Probably end up on a beach in Samoa, go land crabs!
  7. It would surprise me if some enterprising "fan" hasn't put together a "tour" of the Sites of BrBa/BCS in Albuquerque. That was done for the Sopranos in NJ, and GOT in Britain, et al. They built a Pollos Hermanos in NYC one year. Just don't overcrowd the Cinnabons in Omaha🙂.
  8. Jimmy "fell" for the Wolf who grifted his father. Outside that, he was adrift, as far as American Samoa. He trapped himself trying to deny Slippin Jimmy; trying to emulate his brother. He was as bored as Hilts, the Cooler King , bouncing his ball to pass the time in "prison". Saul freed him from that, Kim had "the time of her life" with him. He was never comfortable with the lawyers, trying to earn their respect. He is finally where he really belongs, where he is respected,he's all good man, where he is. Where he will be judged by his peers, only. The Wolves.
  9. Seems we missed the "A Christmas Carol" allusions in the finale. And the genius of having the third ghost, Chuck, showing Jimmy what he can do with a Time Machine. Jimmy never said the words, but the book on the table showed what he finally found to fix his regrets.
  10. Nacho's only hope was to leave the cartel life as his father said. There are many people like his father who don't have to run to Canada to live; just stay away from that criminal life. In their first conversation it was clear that Nacho chose to go back to the life that threatened his father's business. Nacho made the same bad choice Jimmy did and couldn't get off that road. Everybody who took "Bad Choice Road" in BrBa & BCS, is dead, including Kim Wexler & Saul Goodman, Attorneys at Law. Hey!: Bob and Rhea have aged to where they can now play Kim & Jimmy 10 years into Saul's jail term! BCS, the Sequel! Featuring: Flynn White, Special Agent ASAC of the Albuquerque DEA, Francesca Liddy,Head of the MVD, Bill Oakley, Managing Partner, Oakley and Novick Law Firm, and Albuquerque Mayor Lyle.
  11. Try depositing $1M cash into the bank and see how fast you will be required to prove it was not illegally gotten. And your #1 client runs a multimillion dollar cash business? You will have to reconcile your income tax returns with owning a golden throne for the next 86 years. He’s Walt’s business lawyer, set up his corporations…. = RICO! Take it all. It was the Seas. 6 opener.
  12. If it's six years since Kim left Saul, then Howard is due for a legal establishment of DEAD in a year. Cheryl may get the 6M$ to finance that civil suit. I don't know how you can prove a missing person is murdered, no matter who confesses. (Saul has someone who'll do your jail time for you). You need some type of DNA with circumstances that speak to foul play, like brain matter on a, long disposed of, coffee table. It is just like Hector accusing Gus of murdering Lalo. Judge Eladio would throw out any case involving Howard's murder, 😖ding, 😖ding,😖 ding!
  13. Francesca told Gene about the Fed's seizures. Where did Saul legally get his golden sh#tter money?: from Walt's drug racket. Spooge, et al, did not raise that $; it came from Walt. Don't remember if Saul was part of Mike's Guys set up in the islands. But the Gov't pays Forensic Accountants to find the money trails; which is how they get them from Capone on up. You have to prove your income was legally obtained from legal enterprises.
  14. The one lesson he didn't parrot from Mike. Dude was running with a shoe-box, dressed as Elmer Fudd? Too bad he didn't have his Hamlindigo suit and spray tan disguise with him.
  15. The operative "word" is RICO. They can tie all of these criminals into one organization. Saul is probably the nexus for all the money the DEA seized. Walt provided the location of 2 dead DEA agents. The DEA will tie all of Walt's chemistry students together if they need to to get everyone remotely involved in those deaths. BTW: Did Badger & Skinny Pete escape all punishment? Are they famous in the ABQ underworld?
  16. "finger-guns" led Kim to cook up the Howard scam. She's not about that anymore. That was to be Howard's mission, as he promised; but ... Here's Lalo! Here's Lalo, Bi Br!: New spin-off. Zany Lalo shows up at the end to shoot whomever gets voted out of the Big Brother house. (If you capture the cockroach you are safe).
  17. Not even his film crew showed up; Francesca was busy scouring the news to see if he mentioned her 😨.
  18. She confesses to her part in Howard's death and disappearance, doesn't get charged, Jimmy gets 6 years for racketeering, accessory to multiple murders, & money laundering; but she'll have the book thrown at her for a false ID? Even Charles Manson was allowed visitors and to get married in prison. Would they arrest her for smoking too?
  19. Notice the use of the fences to separate them, like Mike and Nacho's Dad; two different worlds. I think it's the last visit. Loved the Now Voyager cigarette call back. The bow that wraps it all up.
  20. She's proving that when they are together, they always end up Breaking Bad. Even just an ID scam. Jimmy already showed that he, Gene, doesn't need Kim to break bad. Jimmy, why wait til you're in the dumpster to open one of those damned burner phone blister packs?
  21. She did it before with Lalo; she wasn't his lawyer. It was a scam to get to see Viktor. Plus, what are the consequences...being disbarred?
  22. From Mr. Chips to Scarface. Well, some fans did complain these lawyers spend very little time in the courtroom. It's fitting that the finale grinds us through the tedium of facing justice. (Can't rush the process). Interesting to see them make the point about justice for white collars like Saul vs what any of his clients face. Tuco got a rougher sentence/facility just for beating up Mike. (Didn't Hank and Gomie do the same bargaining, "queen for a day, etc" in Br Ba? Law enforcement is nothing like they show on TV. Police don't solve crimes and the courts just make plea deals so they can move to the next! Chuck does care about his little brother Jimmy; but he knows he will always be a turd. Amazing how Walt and Jimmy destroyed everybody and everything they touched in these shows. ps. From the moment he opened it, (in the dumpster!), I was yelling, Close the Band Aid box you jack-ass!
  23. Here's another shot from Hector into Nacho: When Jimmy came up with the name Saul Goodman (both in Chi & ABQ) he wasn't a lawyer, he wasn't attracting clients who needed Jewish "bona-fides", so that played no part. Obviously at some point someone noticed that Goodman was a serendipitous DBA choice for the legal profession. He never used it in any of his adverts, no six pointed star wipes, no Oy Veys from swindled elders in his ads. Jimmy simply didn't need that to drum up business.
  24. Why is the promo taking us to Saul's Bad Choice Road to Mexico? Jimmy's self-Esteem has been in the ditch for years. Like Lalo, I want to hear the whole story.
  25. The "S'all good, man" line should give him fond memories of his days with Marco, not Kim. That's his first use of the name in BCS. Viktor St. Clair is the alias with the painful memories.
