That's what I thought. How many times has Benson deserved this. Finally.

The onscreen guide for next week says Benson and Stone, apparently a team by then, go on a crusade bending the law, for some kid and Benson is taken out of a courtroom in handcuffs. Might keep the sound off and practice my salsa moves until that glorious moment happens.

Wow! Two hours of same old shit. Hey Benson! That accessory you adopted so you could have a male you could have total control over not so cute now that he's growing up and getting personality and thoughts of his own, is he? And Hey! Rollins...we know you love to screw, how about taking responsibility for your sexual behavior and indulging in some birth control? Menage a trois? I must have blinked and missed it....might have been the high point of my viewing experience. If they can make Stone enough of an emotional trainwreck, we'll have Barba Remix. Swear to God Benson, stop with the phone sex worker whispering and speak like a grown woman or I'm going to end up hurting my tv. What case? That all over the map excuse for a sex crime conviction? OY! That's all I got out of this latest episode of a Primetime soap.

I read that Benson and Stone are finally "going to get to know and trust each other more" this season. Poor Barba, out of sight out of mind. The minute he leaves, Benson has already replaced him with a new bitch on a leash. Yes, Stone will turn into Barba 2.0...just accept it. Benson isn't suddenly going to get moral and ethical with her male colleagues. And the accident babies, pregnancies and annoying brats...ENOUGH! And the guest stars returning? Sounds like it was just hype to get people to watch. As of yet, there are no episodes with any of them planned so far. Meloni ain't even slightly interested, Wong is on a couple of hit shows, Tunie is too, Novak is busy running for Congress, and Esparza said he had gone as far as he could go with Barba, and with any luck he'll be busy on Broadway. And MH is being forced to acknowledge Benson is an old broad now and can't kick down doors and lead S.W.A.T. teams any more. This season is going to be Same Old Shit with even more Benson and too much Rollins. Oy! .

Lt. Benson has been nominated for a People's Choice Award. Best Dramatic Actress. ( Best Over the Top Soap Opera Actress). This is NBC and Dick Wolf's doing sure as shit. IMO.

Barba was not dissbarred. McCoy could not have asked him to stay. Barba was absolved, and if McCoy wanted him to stay then other agencies wouldn't have a problem with him either. The State Bar would definitely talk to him and maybe impose some kind of penance, but, he was found not guilty, so, he gets to keep his License to Practice. It was clear when Barba left, he was still a lawyer. If the Bar Assoc. had intended to cut him loose, they would have before or during the trial. They didn't. And the Defense attorney members would point out he was pronounced not guilty by a jury of his peers. Innocent. He keeps his license.

IF..Barba comes back for a visit....Pleeeze, God, Pleeeze let him have gone into private practice partnership with Dworkin. Oh God yes!!

The Hate Crimes Unit is under, supervised by, works for, the SVU. That's what it said. And it's a POLICE unit, not lawyers. Barba would have to be a cop now, under Benson's supervision. He already put in six years as an ADA doing the same thing. Oh Hell No. I want to see RE on a reboot of Perry Mason. THATS what I'd like to see. Not Barba continuing to kiss Benson's big ass.

Oh Hell no! Barba would be working for Benson, who would be telling him when he could piss. We already had that for six years. Besides, Barba is a lawyer, not a cop. Something Benson seemed to forget.

Well kiddies...the Emmy noms are out. Let's see....Elizabeth Moss for "The Handmaid's Tale", Keri Russell "The Americans", Tatiana Mazslanky (?) , Sandra Oh....oh gee. No Mariska. Stiff competition there. Well, poop! I guess panting like she's having a panic attack, open mouthed silent movie faces, and whispering, just don't come up to the level of an Emmy winning actress. We could have told her that ( we did) ...oh well, I guess she has another decade to try again (?!?).

Yeah, I've been describing MH's "hairdo" as the "thirteen year old runaway" look. From some of the new pics of them filming her hair is now side parted instead of a center part, but other than that, it's still long and stringy. And yeah, her lack of eyemakeup has just accentuated what I describe as her "dead, crazy woman eyes". Personally, I think the chin length, layered bob she had after she took hedge clippers to her hair which magically resulted in a $1200 Paul Mitchell layered bob, was the most age appropriate, flattering hairdo she's had in a long time. I wish she had kept it and stop trying to have long glamorous "bed hair". Brutal but true.... she's too old for that look. She just looks messy, not professional.

Demian....I'm not real familiar with "The Waves" so the explanation I gave was taken from the article I read and...that was the description they gave. It does sound like it might be a little tricky to turn into a musical, but apparently they hired RE to help do just that! It was part of a summer series being presented so I don't think they'll be "taking it on the road". Too bad.

It's official.. Rollins Dr. boyfriend is back and in fact is in the first episode. TVline has a big story posted just now. There is a pic of Rollins and her dog boyfriend and they are hiding her pregnancy...at least at first. The shot is in a coffee shop booth , they are facing each other, their sides to camera. Rollins has her outside leg crossed over her other and something like a sweater? Purse? in her lap. Also, MH was asked about whose returning for the 20th and Cabot is, and when asked if Barba is returning she said " yes, I can definitely promise you that". Why am I dreading that? Pleeeeeze don't have him come back to hookup with Benson! Or be a Priest. Or an ACLU lawyer in the Bronx. Or already her husband. Clearly, I shouldn't have read that article.
