Ebony is always pursing her lips

It’s like she’s performing for the cameras all the time, even if in the background.

Thing is, Sonja loves free food, she needs to eat (something rib sticking stodgy) before drinking.  The producers should provide for this.  Because watching a bunch of rational teetotal housewives could cause ratings to plummet even further.

  2. I guess the powers that be decided things would be dull in a masked, social distanced Covid world so a decision was made to ‘script the drama’ to move things along. It’s happening all over reality TV

But the Angela in a bath segment was a new low. Whoever was operating the cameras in that bathroom deserve danger pay. 😱😱😱

  3. Not one ounce of empathy or humanity exists in Erika’s heart. The muddy tears are for HER predicament, not Tom’s victims.  I think the snobbish bitch she’s always presented is the true self.

The housewives will drop her like a lead balloon if she goes down.

I admit I watch for the silly narcissists and their obscene wealth, but not at the expense of cheated victims. What of them, Erika?

I do think Sutton's style ages her. She's only 49, but she dresses like a rich little old lady

Not meaning to be cruel… but Sutton is a true Apple shape. Round body, thin legs. Lotsa $$$$ and even liposuction is not going to change that. And not even obscenely expensive haute couture apparently.
But as someone else said… I think I kinda prefer Sutton than ice queen smirk face Crystal. The girl’s cold.

John didn't become a great hunter until after Mary died. S

This is the bit that doesn’t compute.  I don’t know how Jensen plans to manage this. John   hunted out of rabid revenge because wifey had died. Mary hunted because it was the family business and she knew things, she knew the scary monster underbelly bu5 didn’t bother to tell John

    What’s the timeline plann3d?

But  I just have to have faith in Jensen. It ain’t gonna last 15 seasons tho 😟

  6. I may be wrong but I don’t think Jensen is going to stick as closely to “Supernatural” as everyone seems to think.  After all it’s a fifteen year old show that’s taken a very wriggly route written by a variety of good/bad script writers and led by a bunch of very disparate show runners each with their own odd ideas.

He’s got the characters and he’s got the premise… he can do what he wants with that.  If viewers are going to complain — oh that’s not right, because in this episode or that episode this happened or that happened— then it won’t fly.

I think he’ll give us a John that’s more like first couple of seasons John, not the whitewashed wimp dad of latter seasons. Dean is John reborn in many ways… that’s how I see John.  His moral character is dead straight, but he goes about things in a reckless, headstrong, give em hell manner.. especially when bent on revenge. Oddly tho, he’s actually the offspring of the very orderly and learned Men of Letters… a secret organization that looked down their noses at hunters in the field.

Then there’s Mary. She’s from a long line of pretty ruthless hunters. She wants out, but stays in. And she lies when it suits her.  She’s a puzzle. Actually not mother of the year. I don’t know what Jensen will do with her.

Then there’s destiny. Cupid. All that.

I’d love to see Jensen introduce us to a younger version of Bobby and Rufus.. they’d be what? In their 50s? Some wild and drunken scary hunting fun there.

The BIG issue as I see it is —- until Mary burned on the ceiling John doesn’t know about monsters and demons. Mary does, but John doesn’t. So how is that going to be handled? I hope not mind wipes every episode.

  7. I have great faith in Jensen.  He knows how to tell a story.  Maybe they won’t stick exactly to the Supernatural lore, many viewers might not have watched the series anyway.  Fingers crossed he gets the right actors… especially for the Mary character

  8. This was more entertaining for me than the lecture I got watching the RHONY offering the other night. But this recent trend of flogging a dead horse (nakedgate) is boring. Surely it’s not just covid? I hope Orange County will be more fun than this. I only watch the three franchises.  NY and BH have been duds so far.
Still, I did kind of sit up straight in surprise at the footage of Rinna with actual food in her wide open mouth. So there’s that.

  9. Well I guess I’m all alone in a fascination with John and Mary the early years. With Jensen at the helm I think he’d tell a good story. But it’s going to have to be for grown ups which is rarely the case with the CW and it’s pretty people lineups and simplistic storylines.  It’s a shame it likely won’t fly especially now with this Jared and his “rit of fealous jage” Twitter debacle.

And just like Sam he never apologizes!

I'm wondering if Jensen never liked the retconning of John from an admittedly rough and tumble widower obsessed with his wife's bizarre death, into an actually abusive father. I never did. For that reason alone, I'm a little excited about the possibility of a John and Mary prequel.

John’s descent from family man and  father into a crazed hunter of the dark world of demons and monsters is the story I want told.  And the story I think Jensen will tell. As someone else pointed out, let this be for grown ups please. There’s his journal.  His mad thirst for revenge. The YED. Something about their match being destiny?  Lots of stories there.

Plus wasn’t dad fooling around in an early episode? I seem to remember Mary on the phone and young Dean comforting her. Maybe I’m misremembering?

And what of Mary?  Not all sweetness and light apparently.  She knew things he didn’t. Did things, like continuing to hunt.

Nothing in that marriage was how it seemed on the surface in episode one. That’s the story I want.

In later seasons they totally whitewashed John and for some odd reason turned Mary into mommy dearest. I’d prefer to forget that happened.
