Yeah, we're 1.5 episodes in and I've had enough of Felicity/Curtis and Dinah/Diggle scenes. They need to mix it up.
-
The sound is weird on this ep, right? Something's ... off?
-
Yes, definitely Overwatch and Mr. Terrific. Ugh, Curtis is still annoying.
-
I think the problem was beginning the rivalry last season and having that stupid "replace me" line in the finale. They could have still had BC vs. BS in the finale, just without that. Then they could have still had the 601 island FB, and maybe BS' problem with Dinah could have begun then, because Lance shot her to save Dinah.
-
I don't think I'd mind BS and BC promotion if that wasn't all we got over the summer. So now that they can talk about other characters, I kind of don't want to hear about BS or BC until after the midseason break, you know?
-
Imagine what he’ll look like on the date. And at their wedding.
-
My guess is kiss and fade. In a previous season, I'd say fade into a FB. But now, maybe fade into something Onyx-related?
-
Oh yes, that confusing quote after all the other quotes about how he's someone we know.
-
So Vigilante appears again for the first time this season in 605? I wonder how long after that it'll take for the identity reveal.
-
Probably, even though Felicity isn't a "surprising source." Which is why it will probably be Felicity. Because it's never surprising when they say something is. Really, I think the only person who would be a "surprising source" would be Samanda Watson. If, in the middle of her questioning Oliver in his office, he suddenly went, "So, I need some advice about my son," I'd be surprised.
-
I'm actually shocked to see an Olicity promotional photo. Completely shocked. Also, I'll be surprised if there's not a key in that box.
-
That's what has everyone all excited? Really? I really don't think that was all that special.
-
I feel like they just really needed to get Barry and Iris to the point where Iris would be having her bachelorette party in 405 and they would be having this big wedding in the crossover that brings everyone (including people traveling through time and from another Earth) together. After all, haven't they already teased something about problems after they're married? So right now, it's just about getting them to a place in their relationship where 405 and 408 can happen.

That’s what I’m thinking. I think the only way I’ll actually even really care much is if they mention anything Marvel because I’ll just be surprised if they do on a DC show. I feel like people make a bigger deal out of name drops than they need to, especially now. There was a nod to Lucifer on Supernatural that I liked, but generally, I’m not that impressed or even think about it after the episode is over when there’s any sort of pop culture reference.

I don't know how I feel about this hype before the episode because now I'm probably going to have high expectations (even if I try not to) and I don't think I've necessarily been that impressed with an episode after being told I will be. It's kind of like how MG and WM are going, "you're going to be surprised by the Vigilante reveal!" I really doubt I will be.

The CW didn't want to risk any press revealing anyone who survived before The Flash could?
-
We're probably going to get Curtis with this job and having a part in Felicity's company. Because he's so "terrific."
-
I feel like I should just expect at least one Diggle/Dinah conversation with questionable vibes per episode from now on. Including when Lyla returns. Meanwhile, Felicity and Diggle will have a conversation next in ... episode 616ish. If we're lucky. We may get a nod or a smile or two right before the crossover wedding. Maybe.
-
Yeah, I don’t understand this. Did neither of them check for a pulse? Just assume once she went down, “oh, she’s dead, let’s go”? Did they see a whole lot of blood that we didn’t to make them assume she died/would die? That and BS opening her eyes when the mystery man showed up are just confusing.
-
Yep. Especially since this Laurel just blew up the police station. He should hate her because she could be ruining his actual daughter's reputation if anyone sees her going around, killing people and destroying buildings. Now, he doesn't have to want her dead. He can just want her locked up for good or sent back to her Earth, but to say she's his daughter? Nope.
