Does Melissa Rycroft have any other position with the cheerleaders other than the appearances she makes on the show?

Maybe, the Cowboys organization needs to wait until a girl is 21 before they can become a DCC. I mean, there is a lot of serious growing up between the ages 18 and 21.

I think Nia is really doing much better. I've watched pretty closely tonight and I thought she held her own. I love watching and rooting for her. I love her personality, her work ethic and her obvious talent. As far as Holly goes, she's not perfect but if I were in the mom's shoes, she's the friend I'd most like to have.
