  1. It probably took that long because it is a low level case-i.e. they have murders etc to prosecute. DNA, fingerprints don't take long and likely wouldn't be involved in arson anyway. DNA and fingerprints are for murders and on tv shows like CSI.
  2. Do you know her? Live in Dallas? What basis of information do you have to call her slutty? What are you trying to say?
  3. You can't get sued for this-defamation is more complicated. Think how many lawsuits there'd be.
  4. You're right about the tattoos-but not here in GA-imho. I couldn't care less. Im a very here now person too. I meditate everyday, etc. That's not what I meant-no need to be worried about the future or the past. But that doesn't mean you ignore things-like retirement, etc.
  5. I'll just say it-were I Heather, I'd be finding a way out too. He is SO NOT ATTRACTIVE inside or out to me. And since I wouldn't want to tell him that b/c that'd be a shitty thing to hear ever let alone on national tv-I'd lie and say it was the smoking. He seems goofy and like a slacker. NOT b/c he may smoke pot. When I was dating I only considered getting serious with a guy who I could see eventually wanting to be in the delivery room. I just can't see wanting that guy in any serious situation with me. It also bugs me that he is a very "here, now" guy-doesn't consider the future. He couldn't be thinking of the future IMHO when he got those tattoos. They are goofy, clearly no meaning and in very public spots. UNLESS he's in love with his job/profession and has no plans to pursue anything else and that's acceptable in said profession. i.e. if he is a tattoo artist. It's not fair that people judge a book by it's cover, but the reality is they do and it'd be crappy if a tattoo that you got in your youth kept you from it. Like what if he got involved in local government-which a lot of people do when they have kids-and wanted to run for school superintendent or city council? Where I live at least =those tattoos would make getting either of those positions so much harder to get if not impossible.
  6. I agree 100%. She is healthy and every man I've ever dated would prefer a woman with a woman's body. Not 00. Not that there's anything wrong with a 00-at all. I'm 41 and live in GA so maybe it's a different standard. I think her body is beautiful. Finding her 'chubby' in *my* opinion is proof of a distorted sense of what a healthy woman's body looks like. I agree re:her not caring what she looks like. She is dressed just like she would be in college studying for finals home sick with the flu.
  7. I don't think it's a leap to assume I'm obsessed with whether he's smoking weed or not. I NEED to know. :) Seriously, Im dying to know.
  8. If he's smoking pot-it's illegal-hence illegal drug use. Previous posters have wondered if he took the weed they think he has on a plane-which I called trafficking. Although, now that I think about it-just taking it on a plane wouldn't necessarily be trafficking. So you think it's a leap to assume that just bc he's smoking means he's smoking pot?
  9. What's the leap? That the producers edit the footage to make it as dramatic as they can?
  10. Sorry if this repeats a previous post-but it just occurred to me that it seems like he is smoking weed bc the producers want it to look like he's smoking weed. Maybe my attorney brain cannot process such recklessness at doing illegal drugs on camera (basically) let alone trafficking them onto a plane. Weed and the bus are most of what we are talking about after all......
  11. I hadn't even noticed the tattoos! Here are screen shots. They're awful! To me at least.
  12. Re: weed or not- I just can't believe he is smoking weed. There's so much liability. Unless it's legal in the state that they are in-otherwise, the production staff would be accomplices to a crime. I know that sounds crazy-but I am an attorney and was a prosecutor/ADA-and it would have been prosecuted by my former office (not that I would have agreed with that at all). Not if he is overseas-but if he did it in a state where it was illegal. And there is *no way* production staff would let it be traffiked onto a plane. That's a federal crime-and no one is that naive. I also don't think that they would do that to her. re: his smoking at all- I used to smoke and am a generally open-minded person. But were I her-the smoking would drive me crazy enough to divorce. "Occasionally" means when you're out with friends. NOT everyday by yourself. Smoking and alcohol (to me at least) is different b/c smoking stinks and tastes horrible. Kissing someone after a drink is a whole different ballgame than kissing someone after smoking. And toothpaste cannot fix that. NOTHING can keep his mouth from tasting like an ashtray except 24 hours and lots of gum, mouthwash etc. To me, he is way too "whatever" for her very overly-serious personality. I get that opposites attract. My H is soooooo serious and I'm soooooooo not. But to a point. I make jokes and am light hearted-don't unpack on a trip etc. There's a difference btwn being irresponsible and being light-hearted. He hasn't really done anything yet to point to his being irresponsible, but that's the feeling I get from him. And, to me, running off to smoke on national tv is irresponsible. What about future employers? Current employers? It's not fair at all-but smoking is so taboo now and unless you work for yourself it's not a good idea to announce it to the world.
  13. bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha, Exactly.
  14. I agree with PP that if he has access to yacht interior design-why does the interior of the bus look stripped like it would be in a junk yard? At least most of it. I couldn't help myself and took screen shots. I hope they're allowed? :)
  15. You did say that and I agree. Although, he is such a free spirit (or they're making him look like that) that he probably lived on his own in a nice house. He, at least, gets that bus living isn't the best and isn't for everyone. My friend's cartoonist husband didn't see anything wrong with not being able to pay the bills -that his being an 'artist' totally justified not financially supporting his family.
