  1. This is truly a case where nobody gets the moral high ground, except maybe Cameron. Kathryn is crazy AND Thomas is a manipulative idiot. Landon's many career flops don't make that necklace any less sad-ass and snicker worthy.
  2. Well said! I think Landon is blinded by hatred at this point and, while I don't actually blame her for that, it isn't a good look.
  3. I know it was rude for Landon to say it and rude for her to stand by it, but who exactly doesn't think that Kathryn uses the kids to manipulate Thomas? He doesn't pay her enough money or attention, she withholds visitation. And I know this is along the same line, but I loved the outrage when people accused Kathryn of faking/over-exaggerating anything about her pregnancy. We only had Kathryn's word for anything related to the pregnancy, and she's certainly going to tell you the part that makes her look sympathetic. People couldn't seem to understand that it wasn't a given that the due date actually changed or that Kathryn needed to be in the hospital overnight. If a pregnant woman with no symptoms showed up at the ER at midnight and said she was scared because something didn't feel right, I think they would certainly keep her overnight for tests.
  4. I think he would have cheated on her eventually, or she would have, but it would have lasted much longer. I think he would have married her, certainly, if she had been able to stop screeching long enough to make it look attractive. I don't care if she does drugs night and day, but if she did drugs while she was pregnant then I'm perfectly fine with her losing unsupervised custody. That's a level of bad judgment that I'm super okay with shaming and punishing.
  5. And I think Shep has been slut-shamed all season. Every conversation about his dating life has been about how he needs to settle down and stop screwing every girl he meets. I haven't gotten the impression at all that anyone is applauding him. I can remember way more people talking directly and disapprovingly on the show about Shep being a tramp than about Kathryn. I would say that the difference is that he doesn't care what people say, but I'm not actually sure that Kathryn cares either.
  6. And seriously, Craig? This paper might even be a little harder than it sounds like, but it's not possible that it's harder than the years of law school he has already passed. What on earth was he thinking not finishing. That's some serious self-sabotage. (And you think Shep thought he was an idiot *before*?)
  7. I wanted LeeAnne's boyfriend to come on and talk about whether she does that carnie explosion thing to him when they fight. I would say she doesn't, just because he doesn't seem the type to react well to that tactic and stick around. And if she doesn't, then I would say that it's further proof that she punches downward and is just a big bully with a good backstory.
  8. I know you mean on the boards, but I was thinking about it last night and what I think Tiffany and LeeAnne don't get is that the other ladies don't care who told. The story was a passing giggle and it was LeeAnne's reaction that became the actual issue. LeeAnne thinks that if the other women knew she was "betrayed," they would totally understand why she flew into a rage. They wouldn't, both because they don't like her and because it was so over the top that it would have been overkill even if Marie had actually betrayed her and sold her out as a Russian spy.
  9. I think a lot of parts would change if they filmed again as an actual Housewives franchise, instead of a show about charity, including the repetition to keep storylines in "theme". Leanne would still be nuts, so there would be that repetition, of course. I've always been told that people would much rather get invited to the parties at private houses on the course than go to any official Nelson party. Much bigger deal, socially.
  10. Watching last night, I remembered the first season when Danni turned down Thomas' advances because he had been to prison and then this season Landon recoiled at the thought of having to co-parent with Kathryn. The prison thing looks like a pretty small peccadillo compared to voluntarily yoking up with Kathryn for the next 18 years.
  11. So LeeAnne has fought with every single cast member, but none of it is her fault? She's like the textbook definition of an abuser. I'm sorry you made me act like that. You just pushed my buttons. That's not me. I didn't want to have to act like that, but you wouldn't stop pushing me. She's really a terribly damaged human being, but if she knows that and doesn't get help, then she's also just a terrible human being Her Bravo blogs are a grand exercise in delusion. It's a wall of defense for why she's not to blame for anything and she has the impression that viewers are watching out of some loyalty to *her*. I would Carny-Gut someone to know what the reaction has been in Dallas.
