  1. Hi everyone! Long time no talk...I have been swamped! We went back to school on August 3 for two weeks of orientation, and then the kids came. To say it has been exhausting is an understatement! Mercifully, my school chose to go all virtual the first nine weeks, and I love a lot of things about it. I am a lot less physically tired, and I feel like I am actually getting to teach, instead of spending so much energy managing behaviors! It’s awesome because if someone does not cooperate, I can just mute them and go about my day! Also, our elective classes are optional, but most of the kids have actually been showing up! It’s great, because it’s the kids who really want to be there, plus a few with strict parents. I love it! The kids are so engaged and pleasant, and I feel like we get to have such good discussions without the two or three distractors at the back! I’ve also been getting to try some cool things I have always wanted to do, but haven’t been able to get computers for. On the other hand, it’s seriously exhausting! I’ve been getting so many headaches from being online all day, and my eyes are so tired. We have to adapt everything to be internet friendly, which takes a lot of time! I’ve been going to bed by 8, or 9 at the latest each night, and I’ve been truly forcing myself to stay up! It’s not even 6, and I could seriously go now. Also, things change sooooo much, and it’s hard to keep up with all the new expectations. While I’m glad we’re virtual for now, it’s exhausting either way! There is really no good answer right now. I’m just glad I can help educate my little corner of the world, and reach learners who are really enthusiastic about it! I feel like I’m actually doing some of my best teaching, since I can put all my effort towards that and not behaviors. @lookeyloo you are in my prayers ❤️
  2. Cute message, but you can’t see aubree’s face! Just shows how self centered Chelsea is. I could see her really thinking this picture is cute, and posting another one with it, but this picture alone kind of misses the mark IMO.
  3. Hahaha yes!!! “Scrubbing my baseboard hair” is perfect!!! Like you said, if she wants to wear her hair like that in private, more power to her. But since it’s her job, maybe she could look neater? She clearly has the time to sit there with coley and do this video, so doesn’t she have ten seconds to put her hair up in a ponytail? Plus, she has another stay at home parent to help. Hahahaha her fans will say anything to defend her! I’ve never understood why we have to give Chelsea a pass on everything because she’s a SAHM. She’s not a member of the armed forces out in a remote area, without access to showers or hair products, who has to be on high alert 24/7. Being a SAHM is work, but it’s not this impossible job that means you don’t have ten seconds to neaten up your hair, especially when your husband does it too! My mom took showers and fixed her hair every day, even when we were little! I remember bothering her a lot while she was showering, but she still did it!
  4. All her fans are saying, “her hair looks cute!” and “why pick on a SAHM of three who is pregnant?!” Ummmmm she could wash her hair. Or get all of it up in the bun. Or stay off social media. Or tone down the makeup! You know, all good suggestions. I’ve never understood why her fans think we can’t criticize Chelsea because she is a SAHM. Certainly she has a second where she could redo her bun and catch all the pieces, while unemployed cole watches the kids? I don’t have kids, but I have a job, and I don’t get how working moms get all this magical “me time” on the job! I have never experienced anything in the working world that leads me to believe it’s this wonderful, stress-free place where moms go to get pampered. Maybe that’s because I’m a teacher, and working with 30 kids seems a lot more difficult than three! But I STILL have time to readjust my hair in the middle of class if it is coming down. Why is it sooooo hard for Chelsea to do as a SAHM?
  5. Well, there would be no need to sell this shirt, because nobody else except cole has a perfect wife!!! Cole is the only audience for this shirt. 🤢
  6. Wow, cole needs this shirt! He even has the tattoos, just like this man!
  7. Happy birthday @Westiepeach!!! @doodlebug @Zella this has been such a fun discussion about musicals! I also love Andrew Lloyd Webber...I was sooooo obsessed when the phantom of the opera movie came out! Then in college, I had the good luck to be able to see it in London, and it was amazing! Just such good songwriting, costumes, and the acting was great too! I agree sooooo much about how glee got too full of itself. Have you guys seen how people have been calling lea Michele out for bullying?! Apparently she was really mean to the minor characters on the show, and a lot of them have opened up, and the other bigger characters have even apologized for seeing it happening and not stopping it! Her understudy from ragtime spoke up and said she cried herself to sleep every night over lea’s antics, and that the entire cast and crew was terrified of her at twelve! I’m so glad we are finally getting to a climate where we can call people out, without being hushed up or dismissed. I think cancel culture goes too far sometimes, but at other times, it’s warranted to expose bad behavior. People shouldn’t be able to get away with being mean like that! Of course lea is shielding herself from criticism by playing the first pregnancy card, but being pregnant doesn’t take away the things she has done! Also, it sounds like Ryan Murphy let her run the show, and have complete control over everything on set. I bet that was a horrible experience for everybody! BTW did anyone feel the earthquake this morning? I am such a light sleeper, but I somehow managed to sleep through it!
  8. I love musicals too! I definitely am a fan of the older ones over the newer ones, though. I like classics such as the sound of music, hello dolly, Gypsy, etc. I was so fortunate to see the revival of hello dolly on broadway in 2018 with Bernadette peters! It was the best thing ever! @Zella I love operas too! A movie theatre across the street from me used to get the met in HD, and I almost always went! I also studied opera in college. My all time fave is Le Nozze do Figaro, and I love all of Mozart’s! I also love anything Renee Fleming is in. I go see her in concert anytime she comes nearby! I really enjoyed her in the Merry Widow, which I enjoy because it’s a lot like a musical. I also really enjoyed madame butterfly! As for Glee, I loved the first couple seasons, and then all the characters became insufferable! I especially hated Rachel, because she reminded me of this awful girl I was in choir with at the time. The girl also began to idolize lea Michele, and started acting more like that! I also felt Mr. Shue was sad in that he had no adult friends, and relies on these teens as his friend group. But they had some great songs!
  9. I would 99% end up throwing things. Stay in your lane, Jinger! Let us people who are single long-term be the experts on it, and you stick to giving out (barf) marriage advice to super fundie couples.
  10. @ChiCricket I always love reading your posts. 💕 You are truly such a nice person! I’m glad you have us. I’m proud to call myself your friend! and that goes for everyone else too! 😄
  11. ok, as a single 32-year-old with many past relationships, this makes me want to barf! Wtf could Jinger possibly have to say to me that would be such “wisdom?” I hate how people like that suddenly become experts on everything once they get married! They are NOT experts on living the single life, lol! I bet Jinger will make her year or two as a biological adult before marriage sound like a 20 year wait.
  12. This! This is why Jinger won’t succeed. Due to no fault of her own, she has no clue what a normal day is for most people. She has never even attended a day of school, seen a parent go to a full-time job, or seen Jeremy do much work as a VERY part-time pastor. She has no clue that what she considers a hard, stressful day is a lazy day to most, and that her “goals” are jokes. it’s sad that she doesn’t have a wider perspective, too. I definitely feel myself getting like that in the summer too, as a teacher. After several days of lounging, doing housework becomes harder, and any day I actually have to go somewhere, like a doctor’s appointment, seems like a busy day. The difference is that I acknowledge how silly that is, laugh, and feel grateful that I do get a little bit of time to rest in my career. I don’t go on Instagram and be like, “woe is me. I have to go to the eye doctor and vacuum in the same day. I need to set some more goals!” Please don’t let Charlotte be trendy enough for them!
  13. Guess what, guys?! We are doing online learning!!!!! I never thought it would happen! One of the corporate drones accidentally admitted during a board meeting that it wasn’t safe to go back, and the video immediately went black, and was erased, with all the comments. Then, they came back ten minutes later and voted for plan C, which is online the first nine weeks! Thank you to everyone who sent good vibes my way! Now we will be back tomorrow for training, and getting up early is daunting, lol, but I’m so relieved! Thanking my lucky stars right now!
  14. the timing seems right for Chelsea! She can be heavily pregnant when it’s time to move in. I don’t want to hear any complaints from her about being pregnant during a pandemic, or how hard it is to have three little ones! I know it sounds harsh, but she chose this. A lot of people are struggling during the pandemic over things they didn’t choose.
  15. I agree so much with this! Her fans will say, “you’re stigmatizing mental illness! Not everyone copes the same! Quit gatekeeping!” No, honey. CHELSEA stigmatizes mental illness more than anybody else! And like you said, it’s hard for me to feel sorry for someone who has all the resources in the world, but just refuses to put in a little work (therapy) or gain a small amount of weight (meds). If she had to work for a living, she would try at least one really quickly, and get on with her life. There would be no other option. She is SO lucky to be able to figure out what works best for her while not having the stress of a job, but for whatever reason, she won’t do it. YES. These girls haven’t mentally matured past sixteen, and it is making them look ridiculous now. 100%!!! I believe he is earning every penny! I would also hate blowing smoke up her butt all day, while being snapped at, mistreated, and not allowed a say in anything. I just don’t get why she expects him to handle her anxiety. If she broke her arm, would she insist cole treat it with a homemade cast, instead of going to the doctor?
  16. And her drastic change in style does it for me! The ripped, distressed look isn’t my style, but she had a consistent style, and looked somewhat neat (even hen she was trying to look messy but like she worked on it for hours). Now she just looks disgusting, like she was camping and got lost for a week. That reminds me of someone on drugs who gets really bad ideas because they’re out of touch with reality. Being with all yes people is also a good way to get out of touch with reality.
  17. I’m soooooo happy to hear they are improving! 25 a month is scary.
  18. Hahahaha that’s what I came here to say! What conversations could they possibly be having that would be even remotely interesting?
  19. Yeah, that sounds super fishy. I get migraines too, but most people’s...like 90% if not 100%...get worse on weekends. It’s because you have structure and routine the other days, but then you deviate from that schedule on weekends. Also, it’s a delayed stress reaction. You can usually hold it together during the week, but then when you let down your guard, that’s when they come. They call it letdown stress. That’s why college students are famous for coming home and getting migraines after exams! So that does put up a red flag to me. If she is lying about migraines, it makes me mad! We struggle to have our disease taken seriously, and people lying about it just make it that much harder for people who are really suffering! i agree about Chelsea’s identity thing, too. She is able to control her family through having anxiety, so why stop? She also finds her identity in having 23 babies at a time, and that’s what is likely giving her anxiety. There have been rumors for years, which I personally believe because: 1. I could see her actually having ADHD, and... 2. She is so undisciplined, and will never do anything she doesn’t want to do. I could totally see her popping a pill over researching dieting and putting lots of effort into weight loss, especially since it usually doesn’t pay off fast. I especially think it would have been a storyline, too! However, I don’t doubt that as adderall helped her lose weight, it encouraged her to choose healthier foods and exercise to keep the weight loss going. I just totally don’t see her still being motivated after working hard for a month and losing two pounds.
  20. I agree! I have panic attacks, and I think my mom, my grandmother, and myself have some sort of hereditary anxiety disorder, but none of us have ever been diagnosed. I’m one of those people whose mind immediately goes to worst case scenario, and dwells on it, and nobody can convince me otherwise! That’s how I am currently feeling, as a teacher going back into the classroom full-time. I’m 100% sure I will die a painful corona death. However, I have had scary enough panic attacks to call 911, but I have never, ever been rude to anyone while having one. I got my worst one ever while in the car with my ex, on our way to bonefish grill, where I had to sit in the car a few hours and cry. It was awful! But I kept constantly telling him thank you for being there for me, and that I appreciated him. It’s not that hard! You can still decide to be nice while having a panic attack, and acknowledge you’re inconveniencing others, because everything’s not about you. Chelsea, on the other hand, bites everyone’s head off, and is soooo mean to her mother! Her stans insist that she can’t help it, and it’s impossible to control your behavior during a panic attack! And has anyone ever noticed that her panic attacks never actually ruin something that she wants to do? She always claims to have one in the car, but then is fine to get to her destination and do what she wants. She never has to sit in the car for a few hours before she can go in! i believe Chelsea is facing some anxiety, but it only seems bad to her because she has never solved a problem before. I think with the jittery effects of adderall + not getting enough nutrients, she was already hanging on by a thread. Then, she added two babieeeees that she can’t manage, and for the first time, she had to do something hard. Now that cole is with her, doing the work, she seems a lot less anxious!
  21. LOL! Sadly, that would be a step in the right direction, in a weird way. Felicity could take dance lessons, and become a tap dancer. She might make friends there! She could also learn to sing, and feel confident in herself. She would even have marketable skills that she could use one day. Imagine jeremy’s horror if felicity turned 18, and got a job as an entertainer on a cruise ship! 😂😂😂
  22. Wow, it surprises me how they go on and on about any little thing, but then on felicity’s birthday, they’re just like, “happy BD! Yay!” If this was their social media style, it would be fine. It’s just annoying how jeremy will go on and on about an orange or whatever, but then is so casual about this!
  23. That sounds amazing! Going to the lake is a good socially distanced thing to do. My friend and I sat on opposite sides of the pool, which was a fun, socially distanced friend date!
  24. Anybody doing anything fun this weekend? A coworker has a pool, and invited me over for the afternoon. It definitely helped to take a load of stress off! 🙌🏻
  25. That is crazy!!! One of my birds has mites, and she’s been on medicine. She suddenly got really lethargic, and her feathers started breaking off, so I was really concerned. The vet said we could try meds, and it turned out to be mites, because the meds worked. She was scratching all night, and rubbing on the cage bars (thus breaking off her feathers), and then feeling tired all day from that. Poor baby! I’m glad she is better, but my vet didn’t say anything about them transferring to humans! That is super scary! I hope that goes away really fast, because I have seen how miserable Sunny was, and I can’t imagine having that as a person! @Mindthinkr thanks for the kind words, and I really appreciate the support. ❤️
