It was a dark and stormy cake.... (Apologies to Snoopy. 😉)
(And for the record, it's generally assumed that people don't look at episode threads until after they've seen the episode. So spoilers are basically unnecessary in them, unless the spoiler in question is for a later episode. Feel free to use them if that's what makes you more comfortable, but they're really not needed.)

My PVR is showing two episodes on Tuesday.
The guide on my cable box only shows one.
(Gentle reminder, discussions about the show's scheduling would be better suited for a different thread. The media one, maybe?)

Honestly, I don't actively hate any of the contestants this season.

SpoilerGlad that the uncomfortable pairs have all left by now.
Reminder that information from later episodes are considered spoilers in older episode threads, and should be hidden behind spoiler tags (like I did in the quote).

That was probably one of my favourite Charles episodes. It showed just how much deeper he was than his predecessor. I mean, can anyone picture Frank Burns sitting up with Hawkeye all night?

Is this the first time that the winning team make practically the exact same cake that they were supposed to?

I was surprised more of the contestants did not guess Basque cheesecake. It's been having "a moment" over the past year. I've seen it on other cooking shows, blogs and the cover of ATK's Cooks Country. As an aside, it really is delicious and much, much easier to make than regular cheesecake.
This season was taped more than a year ago. It probably would've been shot before that moment.
