Plaintiff also tried to get a restraining order against defendant, and defendant claims plaintiff trashed him all over the internet.    Plaintiff's restraining order application is ridiculous, and she didn't show in court and it was dismissed.

Nothing for plaintiff, and it's exactly what she deserves.   (My opinion is the plaintiff always hires whoever she can get cheap, then tries to cheat them).

    That woman was pretty nutty.

Protective order was denied, and plaintiff gets $1,783 for the attorney fees, everything else dismissed.

Agree with everything JJ said about him.  Interesting other people have gotten 5,000 just for false restraining orders and she only got attorney fees.

  3. Seems like such a minor thing but--the recent episode where they went out to see the sick Angus.  "What kind of cow is it?"  Duh the whole herd there was black.   I think we maybe caught on it was an Angus already.  Then the dog chasing that sick cow around making catching it very difficult.  "Max belongs in the barn."  Well why didn't one of the docs say put the dam dog in the barn.  With a big smile of course.

So, I guess JJ thinks the defendant shouldn’t have paid the vet bill, and the horse would have died?

She was particularly pissy in this episode.  I hope I can say that on this forum.

JJ agrees that dog parks are a free for all, unless you're taking a vicious animal there, and dogs will be dogs.

    Case dismissed

I wasn't sure what was going to happen.  Clearly JJ didn't believe it was a collision, but the defendant certainly appeared to think it was (over appearing to lie).

Pen being kinda implicated in a possible death/tragedy surrounding Marina is another problem they will have on their hands, that's true. By making LW so central in what happened to Marina, I don't know if it would reflect very well on Penelope. It can't be that hard to just not have Marina die... They've changed plenty of other stuff. I don't see why they have to cling to that.

Lordy ain't that the gospel truth.  Some of it that doesn't do the books justice (not that they are literary icons).

Today Dr. Phil was pretty good with the severe hypochondriac woman. But the whole time I was waiting for him to suggest an Internet bingo game or maybe she should sell her house with Sundae.
Isn’t it sad that he has us thinking that?

And I sure as H don't believe he and Robin sit around playing video games.  Unless it is to improve his cognitive abilities.

Poor sweet Gemma. When I saw how white her gums were, I knew it was bad. 😢

At least we got that beautiful “oops baby” foal. What a handsome boy! 🥰

Pretty good episode.  I've had 2 dogs with hemangiosarcoma so I imagine ultrasound was done too to rule out a tumor on the spleen before jumping to immune disease.  Loved the surprise baby!

I do think there are lots of "recreations" in the scenes.  The waiting rooms are almost always empty and the doc seems to always meet the patients at the desk at check in at big clinics.  That doesn't usually happen down here.  My vet does come out to he waiting area to find out what's going on with my dogs as we go back but he's a one vet operation.

The whole time I was watching this episode I was wondering what attracted Danielle to Josh in the first place (and vice versa).

At least twice Dr. P reminded her he was a mandated reporter.  (I had forgotten!).  Well--did he mandate or report this mess?

Beer Pong Gone Wrong-Plaintiff Amanda Filbrandt suing defendants/former roommates, April Huddleston, and Diana Clement, both 18, for damaged property, unpaid bills, and return of rent (living in a rented house).    Plaintiff was on lease, when boyfriend moved out, he was removed from the lease, and both defendants were added to the lease.

And her response to JJ's questions:   YIP   YIP   YIP

Damnit girl are you really that immature?
