So grab your favorite drink and LET'S GOOOOOOO!
This was at the very least a 2 beer episode and I only had 1 in the fridge. Poor guy never had a chance with a name like "Famous." He should sue his mother.
19 hours ago, DjamillasMan said:Famous, coupled with the two litigants in court today) check all the boxes of “Black Stereotypes”. It’s a shame that that’s a thing, but it is. It really involves these following things: living off of taxpayers, baby daddy/baby momma drama, fighting over an ex-con, living hood rich, speaking reckless, entitled, drama over social media, misappropriation of government funds, eating fried chicken, etc. I mean, being a Black man myself, I get that there are some of us like that out there, but a lot of us are lawyers, entrepreneurs, doctors, nurses, judges, servicemen /servicewomen, electricians. Some of us don’t have a criminal record.
I whole heartedly agree and find it terribly sad. I'm from the south and certainly understand your statement. But I'll also say there are plenty of white people like this too (I know a few of them.). Hopefully the rest of the world knows that too.

Son/defendant seems to think credit card charges aren't real money.
People like this amaze me, especially when they say "that's what family is for." No--it's not what family is for.

Then, the hall-terview is hysterically bizarre. The defendant mother and grandmother say that not having the photos available will kill defendant's son, and grandson, who is autistic. This is, because he won't be able to see the photographer, and grandson gets attached to people. The hall-terview was the best part of the case.
Anyone remember the case of the plaintiff who sued to get all her money back for the English saddle she bought? She was so confident JJ was going to give her a full refund. That is one of my favorite cases along with this stolen photo case. The defendants here (photo case) were just so certain JJ was going to rule in their favor (same as plaintiff in saddle case). Loved it when JJ said "then go back to Illinois."
And to drag her poor son into this using the handicapped card. Plaintiff should have gotten $5,000.

I quit this nonsense after season three. Absolutely ridiculous storylines. Pregnancies that last longer than the ice age. Snail-pace timing and unlikeable characters. I could go on. What a freakin’ dumb show.
It's sort of like a train wreck. You just have to see what happens. Or doesn't.

Defendant Sheila Blazofsky thinks it's normal to exercise your First Amendment right to free speech by screaming filth at plaintiff with a bullhorn.
I did love JJ's description "crazy lady . . . stay away from her." I agree most likely the feud is still going on.

Surprised JJ didn't say "You should have studied harder."

eta: I've been in the hospital for almost 3 weeks w/o access to JJ and have something like 43 episodes to catch up on.
Gosh I hope you are well soon!! I've been out of pocket also. Broke my foot and it's been not fun at all.

It's likely just me, but it seems as if there could be a better color for Jada's hair. She's so very pretty.

So sad for the end, so glad we will have closure. Waiting eagerly to see if PBS will pick it up in the US.
I read a few days ago it would only be offered on Acorn.

Not that the show was terrible by a long shot,
For me, the show just didn't have anything that drew me in. Perhaps it is Tudor fatigue. I didn't find any of the acting particularly memorable.

New month, same headline ripping:
Quote10/3 may be a keeper.
10/4-7 what a bunch of BS. Dr. P/Robin/Mysonjay need to figure out if they are an "get help here" show or a "let's just lather/rinse/repeat" pretend news show.

and everything is ready to go so Phil or whoever the host is, just reads the script.
I've heard him say (I think) he knows nothing about the person/people in the hot seat (translated his guests) until he gets in that day.

What's the story behind this? School? Family? I thought she just did one full year.
Kalyssa Singleton (resigned mid-season)
Season 13 Episode 8 in the forums.
If you do a "search forums" thing and put in the name "Kalyssa" there are 40 pages to read. The consensus is she was let go after all the games but before the season officially ended. Below is a post I found made by someone else.
"...and Kalyssa went playboy wannabe. No. It was intentional. Multiple inside sources have confirmed this."

Over on Reddit there’s a post saying Kashara doesn’t work for DCC anymore no tea just that, anyone???
I just saw that. Two people said she was fired and someone else said she/he knew the story but it wasn't his/her story to tell, but she did not get fired. Downvotes ensued.

There's something about crotch shots that just aren't really attractive to me. (Claire's photo)
By body fat was 8% at one time. I felt great and looked great. I'm certain it is more now since I'm 25 years older. Can't get into those old Chic jeans I loved so much back then.

May watch 2 of them. Don't care about white plastic idiot.

This is not the picture of health.
She doesn't look any thinner than Kylie or Sophy or Jessica to me (had to go to the DCC page to get names). If she had been this thin from the beginning no one would have said a thing.
Is that Jada next to her? Did DCC make her do that hair color?

I used these types of cases with my daughters when they moved in with their boyfriends, don't buy anything for the living space that you won't be able to walk away with.
I did the same with my 22 year old niece that is with her boyfriend. I really think she should wait to get married but I was raised to not live with someone too. But I'd rather she live with him than get married. I have left her some money and told her to never intermingle it with a boyfriend or even husband for that matter (of course putting something toward a house after marriage is different).

ever going to have Mel knowingly cheat on Jack and that crush was clearly never going to be reciprocated.
Mel apparently only is into guys who need "fixing." Jack clearly needs fixing badly. I was thinking the new doc must not, but then again he has a thing for Mel so something is clearly wrong there too.

Hopefully this is a sign that the end is near, but I have a feeling it's going to be renewed yet again.
I lowered my tier on DISH recently so don't get OWN anymore so I'll have to see what local channel the new season will be on (if any).
Surely he'll keep that girl that yells "5,4,3,2,1" else how will the cameraman know when to start rolling? For some reason "they" think it's terribly important we all see how complicated it is.
Maybe he'll get Robin off the payroll?

Ten years from now (hell even five) I hope Victoria shares her thoughts on how social media affected her very young life. I'm surprised she can even get out of bed every day.

I went to college in the 70's, and sororities weren't that popular. They were viewed as snobby. Also, almost everyone I knew that tried to join one found out they had no time for studying, that the mandatory clothing, dues, jewelry, and everything else were very expensive. I don't recall anyone rushing a sorority that didn't flunk out, or dropped the sorority to get their grades back up.
My husband was/is in what is considered the very greatest fraternity in the south. All he gets from them are letters asking for donations. Hazing is still a big thing at some colleges in the south. Unfortunately there's the occasional death or brain damage from alcohol poisoning too.

. Ah what's the new salty news I should be upset at, and be excited for?
Well for ladies like me who mainly just tuned in every Friday since the show's inception, the only salty news is I have no idea who any of the rookies are by name or sight, because TPTB chose to share little with us regular people during training camp.
Everything I've learned is from this forum. I don't have time to follow Istagram or TikTok or other stuff like that. I still could not match one name with one rookie. That's sad.
Exciting that I know of: Lea is still there. Some that weren't my favorite retired (not Gina I loved her).

All Episodes Talk: All Rise
in Judge Judy
Gospel there. What man walks into the house leaving wifey to lug in groceries? Any common jerk of a husband would at least carry in the loaf of bread (lightest bag). Least he could have taken the dog out to pee.
Glad he got $5,000.
