    he disease is Vonwillebrand

That's interesting.  The dog show people I know are most interested in having a dog negative for dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM).  I didn't get to see this episode darn it.

Apparently there was no written contract on genetic disease testing?

Plaintiff claims defendant called her, and said the daughter needed to leave her home.   However, JJ says defendant was taking care of plaintiff daughter, and she was under defendant's supervision.    So defendant will pay for her own door.  Defendant submits door pictures, but since plaintiff daughter was 17 at the time, plaintiff is not responsible for the daughter, and defendant will not get door money.      Defendant hands over the mail to plaintiff. Plaintiff now lives with a friend with her two children.

I really don't agree with JJ, although I do understand her reasoning.  But there was no formal foster papers or anything like that making it official.  JJ is usually a stickler for "officialness."  I think the 17 year old Is somewhat handicapped.  Defendant should consider herself lucky the girl left.

I started fast-forwarding through all of the Brie & Brady scenes. I don't enjoy them as a couple

Me neither.  I hated to say it first since so many people here like them.  I don't know if it's the actress herself or the character she plays.

(Several years ago, I knew someone who showed dogs, but they only bred their own replacement dogs, and were very active in rescue situations for the breed.    UKC wasn't his favorite, but the one he really disliked was CKC -Continental not our friends to the North.     He knew someone who sent a registration application, with a photo of his guinea pig, and received 'registration' papers from CKC for a made up dog breed)

CKC would register a toad with no legs.

And it always has to be pits!  In the area I am in it's always pitties that need rescues.  Unfortunately there are few people willing to take them.  Can't sell them up north.  The shelters that will take them always say they will be euthanized and frankly the life they are rescued from is worse than death in some cases.

I'm very active in my dog club and have 2 AKC registered dogs.  Over the last 20 years I've taken in over a dozen strays.  They just show up and thankfully none of them were pits.  The best one has been our beagle that obviously was someone's hunting dog that never found her way home.  She's a couch potato now.

I knew there was something repulsive about him. I knew his facade was all BS. What a sick individual. Then he had the nerve to sue a homeless man and act like his shit didn't stink when he was doing vile actions involving children. Don't throw stones in a glass house.

When I watched that episode I did wonder if he was just looking for prey.  I'm certain Judge Judy knew that too but I suppose she had to be very careful and for once keep her mouth shut on the subject.  I was thinking what I would do if he was standing in the pouring rain and I thought well gosh I'd call the police or at least the front desk and tell them about some guy in the parking lot.

But perhaps both of them were looking for the same thing.

Every time they show those ladies fake knitting, a piece of me dies.

I crochet but I even thought the knitting left a lot to be desired.  Director:  Just pretend you know how to knit.

The Television Gods have spoken. We have synched up network-wise on this episode. Meaning, I got this same episode today. I legit just finished watching it.

I guess my tv didn't say its prayers because that episode didn't come through.  Perhaps tomorrow.  Dog training one didn't either but I look forward to it.

or is making it a priority to make healthy choices .

Tiny people are just . . . tiny.  I have a 40 year old niece I swear is no larger than the tiniest DCC girl.  I'm always thinking why doesn't she just eat.  She's just tiny.  But she does eat a healthy diet splurging every now and then.  I guarantee though she's never been to some drive through hamburger joint or fried chicken place.

Or a variation on the game - a sip for every "are you okay" and "I love you".  Livers at risk.

Or "hey."   Lordy they say that a lot.  I never look over at hubby and say "hey" blah blah blah.

Verdict: $268 to Evelyn for her missing wages, but $1500 to Pat for the false CPS report. FINISH YOUR DRINK!

Did Auntie Judy say anything fucked up to anyone?: {to Evelyn} “Why weren’t you honest before you got fired?”

First let me admit--it also irks me to no end to have to continually call my man to the supper table.  I cook.  We live too far out for eat out food.  He better get to the supper table when I call him

Second--you live in the south, you have bugs.  Big bugs, little bugs, nice bugs, mean bugs.  They are everywhere.  JJ probably hasn't seen a bug in years.

Thanks for your review.  My first laugh of the day!

They could have done without the whole Denny thing, not a clue where that is supposed to end up.

Same here.  He isn't really even showing symptoms.  And how can two senior citizens take care of someone with symptoms as awful as his are going to be (per google search).  And he's given them all his money.

Mel reminds me of some broody hen.

P.S.  I do like the gangster sister however.  She's a badass for sure.  I'm waiting for Manny Montana to show up any day now too.

    Scenery is gorgeous.

  12. Finally finished.  I don't understand the point of Denny coming into the series.   Is he going to stay for next year?   Did I fall asleep and not see the part where Doc said no you can't give me all your money?   And he sure is way up there is age to still owe a ton of money on his little clinic.

We need a thread for burning questions.

  13. I've never been pregnant but do women really hold their bellies when they are barely 3 weeks pregnant?  Mel holds her belly as if the baby is just going to pop out any day now.  It's going to be at least another 3 years.

Doesn't "Glamping" include gourmet meals that are delivered to your tent or Air Stream or what ever you are glamping in? How is Jack going to have the time to prepare all those gourmet meals for his customers? Hire a chef and staff?

Maybe Lizzie could deliver meals (and more)?   This show is such an unfair representation of girls Lizzie's age.  If I was the actress I'd have to say oh come on guys sex is not all we think about.

The followups Phil's had over the years shows the catfish victims are not victims, but willing partners.

And some of them say "I wanted a Christian."   Damnit lady there's got to be a church somewhere near you.  Your luck would have to be just as good there.

  16. Lizzie can't decide between being a trollop or a candy striper (dating myself on that).

As much as I hated (HATED) her last year I may come around should the writers give her better material.

  17. Sometimes they stick a new character in a show to see what happens.  Apparently they didn't think he did enough for the show to keep him.  I remember reading somewhere with Good Girls Manny Montana wasn't supposed to be a regular at first but the chemistry was so good he stuck around to cause all kind of mayhem.

Here's a thought-maybe if you cleaned out the stables so they're not knee deep in their own shit and tamped down on the flies a bit....

I've never found cow or horse poo objectionable, but this kinda irks me too.  It gets me to wondering are all of the smaller beef/dairy farms like this in the barn/paddock area?

  19. On Jack not demanding DNA--apparently he just has a burning desire to be a father regardless?   Since doc is a doc it seems the first thing he would do is ask for a cheek swab to test for DNA.  Heck they could do it together and have a little ceremony.  The young man is either a fine example of a young man or a dirt bag just pretending.

Maybe I should have rewatched the last season. I'm having trouble remembering some of these people and their stories!

To refresh you--all I notice that has changed in first episode is Lizzie has now gone from trollop to helping the less fortunate in less than a week (in the show's timeline).

so I was hoping to hear that Dr. Phil would help her work with the buyers to possibly cancel the sale.  I think she is one of the most extreme cases of this I've seen on this show.

Well if he did he would be congratulating himself to no end because he rarely does anything without telling everyone how wonderful he is.  Scamming old women would be a wonderful cause for Robin, but it's probably not exotic enough for her to be helping women closer to her own age.
