I think it makes the show more fun to not have UST between Liv and Ravi/Clive. It lets the characters not be on their best behavior around each other, be more snarky, etc.

If the emergency cure turns someone human and wipes their memories of being a zombie, I wonder if the cure will be used to restore many, many zombies to humanity. The zombies Major has put on ice and the ones getting brains from Blaine's operation, say.
