  1. I really liked her contemporary. This dance style on DWTS doesn't really have any rules so for me it wasn't a big issue. I do wonder how she'll cope with other dance styles though. Generally, I've noticed when Derek has a partner who isn't a gifted dancer he tends to keep them in hold and not cover a lot of the dance floor. I hope she does well in ballroom.
  2. Hi Folks. TWoP lurker (and snark lover) who defected from pure after about 5 min. Equal snark for everybody so I love the freedom to speak my mind :) ::group hug::
  3. You just ruined the show for me. I would have NEVER guessed that would happen. CAI emotional??? How do you know these things? LOL. Anywho I tend to be annoyed with the theme "Most Memorable Year of My Life." The whole point is to see who can get you to cry. Not the celebs but really the producers. The thing with Amy is when I heard her story I didn't want to cry. I mainly thought she was bad ass for deciding to become a bad ass Olympic snow boarder. I don't blame the celebs b/c it's their stories and their life. But this show has made me super cynical and fairly emotionless during "memorable year" week. It feels contrived by producers and their aim is super obvious.
  4. Agree- Erin should stick to what she's good at...more the straight man interview person. Leave the comedy to emmy award winning Tom B! As Candace has jive this week....wondering if there will be some sort of Full House theme since she has some cast members there. I REALLY hope not. I really can't think of an iconic DJ Tanner moment similar to "I'm So Exicted.....so scared" from Saved by the Bell....so I hope and pray the producers don't try to re-hash that idea. Now if that twit Cody could do something about his atrocious diaper pants........ As for Len...I refuse to believe that at 105 years old he doesn't understand the double meaning of what he is saying.
  5. If we weren't talking about her religion...we would have to discuss her dancing.......and........well.......oh dear. Mark's ridiculous hair aside, I really liked her contemporary week 1. But when I re-watch it I realize that a good portion was rolling around on the floor and not actual dancing....and the dance was like 1 min. to begin with. Week 2 she looked REALLY stiff and not very fluid. She might struggle not that she's getting into the ballroom dances. From what I've seen in social media world...it's looking like she might be paired with Val for the switch. I bet 1000% the storyline that week will be the moral conflict of dancing with Val. Which is funny because above all else I think Val is a superior teacher and dancer and he really lets his female celeb shine when they dance. Hell he made Kelly Monaco look like a dancer. I'm sure Val will deal with her just fine...probably approach his choreo and her clothes like he did with Zendaya. It's Candace I am curious about how she'll deal with Val.
